This one is about what do as coaches.

Which is actually pretty straightforward so
-
I'm going to keep this video some what
-
short so you can have the rest of the
-
time of you evening. Soo...what we
-
do as coaches is live a healthy lifestyle,
-
pursue a better version of ourselves
-
share it with others and ask them to join
-
the journey with us. And how we live a healthy
-
lifestyle is by using our own programs.
-
Which coming from a retail background, I
-
definitely support. Because you can't really
-
sell something unless you actually experience
-
the benefits in it, believe in it and feel
-
confident recommending it to somebody else.
-
We have about 77 programs, everything from
-
hiit, cardio, fight club, yoga, even just
-
added a program called the Work which was
-
developed by an NBA trainer and we're going
-
to add a barre class, I think before the year
-
is even over. We have everything ranging from
-
beginner to expert and everything in between
-
whether you're an athlete, gearing up for a
-
marathon, or maybe just another challenge,
-
or you're a beginner that doesn't really
-
have experience working out, or you're coming
-
back from an injury and you need something low
-
impact, there's something for you. All the
-
workouts come with workout calendars so you
-
know exactly what you're doing from day
-
1 to the end. They come with nutrition plans
-
meal suggestions, recipes, all kinds, everything
-
you need to be successful in your fitness
-
program. So basically we are committed to
-
these fitness programs and gaining our own
-
transformation so that we can share it with
-
others and show them what's possible. Umm
-
another part of being a coach is personal
-
development. And something recommended in
-
our company that you read or listen to personal
-
development at least once a day for about
-
20 minutes. Anything like Rachel Hollis
-
Tony Robbins, something inspiring, gear ya
-
up for a good mindset. So you're developing
-
that better version of yourself kind of all
-
around. Another awesome part of being a
-
coach and actually one of my favorite parts
-
that you are part of a truly amazing community.
-
Umm, people that are going through the same
-
thing as you. That they are trying to pursue
-
better versions of themselves, that they have goals
-
as well. And they're going through it with you.
-
Supporting you, giving you suggestions, challenging
-
you. Just to be apart of that is amazing.
-
Umm..especially for someone, I've been in
-
work environments where its kinda been behind
-
each other's backs and kind of tearing people
-
down. This is something positive that
-
everybody's in it together. One of my highlights
-
of the week is my team calls with the other girls
-
on my team because I always leave it feeling
-
inspired and ready to pursue bigger goals
-
in my business, feeling positive. They're just
-
awesome! And we also give that community to
-
our challengers, because we have challenge groups
-
that we put our fitness people into so that
-
they get a chance to be apart of a truly
-
supportive, positive community as well. That makes
-
a huge difference when you're going after
-
big goals and trying to make better versions
-
of yourselves. Umm... so yeah it's pretty
-
straightforward what you do as a coach.
-
You pursue that better version of yourself
-
through fitness, nutrition, even personal
-
development. Umm...so that you're gaining,
-
especially for me it's been more about getting
-
a transformation not just physical, not just
-
the numbers on the scale or the inches that I've
-
lost but its about the confidence and actually
-
feeling that I have a direction in my life now.
-
I get to help other people but also build a
-
business for myself.
-
Umm... So it's like I said,
-
not just physical but all the way around type
-
of transformation. And then of course you share
-
that transformation with others and then ask
-
them to, invite them to join you so they can
-
pursue better versions of themselves. So
-
that's basically it for what we do as coaches.
-
