0:13 - 0:15I try a celebrity diet and workout routine.

0:15 - 0:16For those of you who don't know,

0:16 - 0:20Kendall Jenner is a Victoria Secret model and a reality star.

0:20 - 0:23Her diet and ab workout are available online,
-
0:23 - 0:26so I thought it would be fun to try it out for a few days.

0:26 - 0:29Kendall says she likes to drink detox tea in the morning.
-
0:29 - 0:32I got the exact brand that she drinks, which is Kusmi Tea.
-
0:32 - 0:35This is green and mate tea with lemongrass and flavoring,
-
0:35 - 0:37and it’s actually pretty good.
-
0:41 - 0:45For breakfast, Kendall says she likes to eat eggs, avocado, and a bowl of oatmeal.
-
1:30 - 1:34Kendall likes to snack throughout the day since she doesn’t have time to eat lunch.

1:34 - 1:36So, here are some of her favorite snacks.

1:36 - 1:40I bought these Justin’s peanut butter packs to snack on when I get hungry.

1:46 - 1:48Her 11-minute ab workout is detailed online,
-
1:48 - 1:51so I just followed the steps for the workout portion of the video.

1:51 - 1:55She probably has her own personal trainer who helps her with weight training
-
1:55 - 1:57and other workouts to keep her in shape,

1:57 - 1:59but I do not have a personal trainer,

1:59 - 2:02so this workout is all I will be doing for this video.

2:14 - 2:16I got pretty hungry halfway through the day,

2:16 - 2:19so I ate some greek yogurt with berries,
-
2:19 - 2:21which is also one of her favorite snacks.

2:27 - 2:30For dinner, she likes to eat lean chicken and brown rice,

2:30 - 2:33so I cooked some chicken breast and microwaved some instant rice.

3:16 - 3:18Kendall says she often eats toast instead of oatmeal,
-
3:18 - 3:20so that’s what I did for day two.

3:20 - 3:23I melted some butter on a pan and toasted half a baguette slice

3:23 - 3:26and had that with half an avocado and two eggs.

3:58 - 4:02Later in the day, my mom, my sister, and I went to Beverly Hills
-
4:02 - 4:05to stop by Kendall’s favorite greek frozen yogurt place.

4:05 - 4:08Apparently, her favorite flavor is plain tart,
-
4:08 - 4:10so I got that and a little bit of greek honey,

4:10 - 4:13and then I also added a few chocolate toppings.

5:03 - 5:07For dinner, I cooked a piece of breaded chicken breast in the air fryer

5:07 - 5:11and heated up the leftover brown rice from the day before.

5:11 - 5:14I also chopped up some lettuce and topped everything with mustard.

5:43 - 5:45So, I got this package from Yesstyle.

5:45 - 5:47It's been sitting in my closet for the past month,

5:47 - 5:50and I've been meaning to unbox it.

5:50 - 5:55I don't know what's inside because this is a mystery box that they sent out.

6:01 - 6:04It's a shaking rubber mask.

6:04 - 6:05I don't know what that means.

6:05 - 6:09Oh, you're supposed to mix these in this and shake it,

6:09 - 6:11And then apply it and it's supposed to like...

6:11 - 6:14(Solidify into a rubber mask and moisturize?)

6:14 - 6:15Yeah, skincare.

6:18 - 6:21This is a collaboration with Baemin, which is like

6:21 - 6:24a food delivery app popular in Korea.

6:24 - 6:26They collabed with this makeup brand,

6:26 - 6:29so it's spicy rice cake, there's an egg...

6:29 - 6:31That's really cute.

6:31 - 6:35Banila co brush. I think this is a foundation brush.

6:35 - 6:38Ooh, it looks like this.

6:38 - 6:42This one comes with a metal straw, a straw cleaner,
-
6:42 - 6:44A wooden fork and spoon.
-
6:44 - 6:47It's really portable. You can just carry this to work or to school
-
6:47 - 6:49and have it with your lunch.

6:49 - 6:51Toilet deodorizing liquid

6:51 - 6:53I believe you just put in a few drops into the toilet bowl
-
6:53 - 6:56and it will help get rid of the scent.

6:56 - 6:58This t-shirt says night.

6:58 - 7:02And then, this t-shirt is a white t-shirt that says day.

7:02 - 7:04This would be really cute for like a couple outfit

7:04 - 7:10if you want to match with your significant other and walk around the streets.

7:10 - 7:12I'm single, but this is really cute.

7:20 - 7:21For day three breakfast,

7:21 - 7:24I went back to eating a bowl of oatmeal instead of toast,

7:24 - 7:26and I also added a small bowl of fruit on the side.

7:47 - 7:49For dinner, my mom was cooking tofu and fish,
-
7:49 - 7:51so I had those instead of chicken,
-
7:51 - 7:54and I also added quinoa with some greens.
-
8:04 - 8:08To give my overall thoughts on Kendall’s diet and workout,
-
8:08 - 8:10The breakfast was a 9/10.
-
8:10 - 8:13It’s very similar to what my typical breakfasts look like anyway
-
8:13 - 8:14and it was quite filling.
-
8:14 - 8:17Greek Frozen yogurt, 10/10. It was really, really good.
-
8:17 - 8:20I highly recommend if you're ever in Beverly Hills.

8:20 - 8:22The dinner was a solid 3/10.
-
8:22 - 8:24I’m not a huge fan of chicken breast in general
-
8:24 - 8:27and I clearly didn’t season it properly.

8:27 - 8:30The breaded chicken breast wasn’t too bad with the mustard,
-
8:30 - 8:32so i’ll give that a 6/10.
-
8:32 - 8:36This is a meal that could have been an 8/10 if i was better at cooking
-
8:36 - 8:39But that didn't happen, so it is what it is.

8:39 - 8:43The ab workout was pretty easy compared to the past workouts I’ve tried,
-
8:43 - 8:46but I do think it’s intense enough for me to break a sweat, which I like.

8:46 - 8:48It’s easy enough for everyone to follow along,
-
8:48 - 8:49and you can kinda go at your own pace,
-
8:49 - 8:52so I would give this a 7/10.
