Hi, guys! Welcome back to another video where
I try a celebrity diet and workout routine.
For those of you who don't know,
Kendall Jenner is a Victoria Secret model and a reality star.
Her diet and ab workout are available online,
so I thought it would be fun to try it out for a few days.
Kendall says she likes to drink detox tea in the morning.
I got the exact brand that she drinks, which is Kusmi Tea.
This is green and mate tea with lemongrass and flavoring,
and it’s actually pretty good.
For breakfast, Kendall says she likes to eat eggs, avocado, and a bowl of oatmeal.
Kendall likes to snack throughout the day since she doesn’t have time to eat lunch.
So, here are some of her favorite snacks.
I bought these Justin’s peanut butter packs to snack on when I get hungry.
Her 11-minute ab workout is detailed online,
so I just followed the steps for the workout portion of the video.
She probably has her own personal trainer who helps her with weight training
and other workouts to keep her in shape,
but I do not have a personal trainer,
so this workout is all I will be doing for this video.
I got pretty hungry halfway through the day,
so I ate some greek yogurt with berries,
which is also one of her favorite snacks.
For dinner, she likes to eat lean chicken and brown rice,
so I cooked some chicken breast and microwaved some instant rice.
Kendall says she often eats toast instead of oatmeal,
so that’s what I did for day two.
I melted some butter on a pan and toasted half a baguette slice
and had that with half an avocado and two eggs.
Later in the day, my mom, my sister, and I went to Beverly Hills
to stop by Kendall’s favorite greek frozen yogurt place.
Apparently, her favorite flavor is plain tart,
so I got that and a little bit of greek honey,
and then I also added a few chocolate toppings.
For dinner, I cooked a piece of breaded chicken breast in the air fryer
and heated up the leftover brown rice from the day before.
I also chopped up some lettuce and topped everything with mustard.
So, I got this package from Yesstyle.
It's been sitting in my closet for the past month,
and I've been meaning to unbox it.
I don't know what's inside because this is a mystery box that they sent out.
Okay, this is --
Okay, so the first thing is uhm
It's a shaking rubber mask.
I don't know what that means.
Oh, you're supposed to mix these in this and shake it,
And then apply it and it's supposed to like...
(Solidify into a rubber mask and moisturize?)
Yeah, skincare.
I'll try it in a future video.
This is a collaboration with Baemin, which is like
a food delivery app popular in Korea.
They collabed with this makeup brand,
so it's spicy rice cake, there's an egg...
That's really cute.
Banila co brush. I think this is a foundation brush.
Ooh, it looks like this.
This one comes with a metal straw, a straw cleaner,
A wooden fork and spoon.
It's really portable. You can just carry this to work or to school
and have it with your lunch.
Toilet deodorizing liquid
I believe you just put in a few drops into the toilet bowl
and it will help get rid of the scent.
This t-shirt says night.
And then, this t-shirt is a white t-shirt that says day.
This would be really cute for like a couple outfit
if you want to match with your significant other and walk around the streets.
I'm single, but this is really cute.
For day three breakfast,
I went back to eating a bowl of oatmeal instead of toast,
and I also added a small bowl of fruit on the side.
For dinner, my mom was cooking tofu and fish,
so I had those instead of chicken,
and I also added quinoa with some greens.
To give my overall thoughts on Kendall’s diet and workout,
The breakfast was a 9/10.
It’s very similar to what my typical breakfasts look like anyway
and it was quite filling.
Greek Frozen yogurt, 10/10. It was really, really good.
I highly recommend if you're ever in Beverly Hills.
The dinner was a solid 3/10.
I’m not a huge fan of chicken breast in general
and I clearly didn’t season it properly.
The breaded chicken breast wasn’t too bad with the mustard,
so i’ll give that a 6/10.
This is a meal that could have been an 8/10 if i was better at cooking
But that didn't happen, so it is what it is.
The ab workout was pretty easy compared to the past workouts I’ve tried,
but I do think it’s intense enough for me to break a sweat, which I like.
It’s easy enough for everyone to follow along,
and you can kinda go at your own pace,
so I would give this a 7/10.
Okay, that's it for today's video.
Thank you guys so much for watching.
I hope you enjoyed, and I will see you in my next video. Bye~
