-
Hello, I'm me.
-
And welcome to the cooking show.
-
Today, we're gonna be cooking up
-
some tasty BBQ or...
-
barbecue, as they say, in scientific terms.
-
Now, let's take a gander at the grill.
-
Now, there are many
-
different kinds of grills
-
and what sits most of them
-
apart is the way they produce their heat.
-
And what I love the most about
-
gas-powered grill is their ability
-
to heat up the fastest.
-
But enough about this silly 'ol thing.
-
Let's get to the food.
-
Okay, let's go.
-
You know we're gonna be cooking up
-
some delicious steak.
-
Mmm-mmm, sounds yummy
-
unless you're a vegetarian. (laughing)
-
Now, steak comes from cows
-
and cows are living things called animals
-
like you and me.
-
Well, I don't know about you
-
but I'm quite the animal.
-
Grrr
-
I love the smell of BBQ in the morning.
-
Always makes me wanna do a little dance.
-
Let's do the BBQ dance.
-
(laughing)
-
Now, first, what we did with the steak
-
is we gave it a dry rub of cajun spices
-
and then infused it with a little bit of
-
asian flavoring like soy sauce and sugar.
-
Always remember
-
cook both sides of the steak
-
not just one, you silly goose. (laughing)
-
Now, it's always good to
-
have something else with the steak
-
to complement the flavor.
-
I mean, you just don't want to eat steak.
-
What are we, barbarians?
-
Let's take a look at what else
-
we're preparing to eat with the steak.
-
Oh, wow, it looks tasty.
-
What's it called?
-
It's called rice.
-
Rice, huh?
-
I gotta remember that one.
-
Now that the steak's are almost done
-
I'm getting poured
-
a nice glass of iced tea to wash it down.
-
Now that's icy, aunty.
-
Mmm-mmm-mmm, I can barely contain myself
-
but good thing I got this iced tea to help
-
my flavorings taste a bit more flavory
-
if you know what I'm saying.
-
That cow looks like it's about done.
-
Let's get it off the barbie
-
and get it into my mouth.
-
That's a big piece of meat, isn't it?
-
Now that's a big piece of meat.
-
That smells good.
-
You know, if I don't know what smells
-
as good as steak, then I don't know
-
what smells good at all.
-
I must not have any smell
-
or not know what smells good.
-
Okay, everyone, that's it for this very
-
special BBQ episode of the cooking show.
-
I'm me, and we'll see you next time.
-
I said, "That's it."
-
(chuckles)
-
Why are you filming me still?
-
Why are you filming me eating?
-
(laughing)
-
Okay, you can turn off the camera.
-
You can just shut it off now.
-
The show's over.
-
(chuckles)
-
Can you please shut off the camera, please?
-
This is ridiculous.
-
I'm gonna eat this on my own
-
and don't follow me, please.
-
I said...
-
I said, "Don't follow me."
-
Ahh.
-
Now that cow looks like it's about done.
-
Let's get it off the BBQ
-
and into my mouth.
-
(coughs)
