    Baby gives a cry and then the sound of the racket hitting the shuttlecock can be heard.

    [Narrator's voice] Sometimes it seems that some people are just born with natural sporting talent

    Sound of the shuttlecock being hit by the rackets. One of the players yawns loudly.

    They're so much better than everyone else when they're young.

    Rumbling then wooshing sound as podium rises up. Crowd cheers and claps in the background. Swishing sound as the second two podiums rise up.

    Racket hits shuttlecock

    Everyone thinks they're going to be a star but lots of people who were really good when they were young never make it in sport.

    Sound as bag knocks the person off the podium and whistling sound as they fall off. Bag then falls to the ground with a wooosh.

    While some who weren't so good go on to be amazing athletes. The problem is most people don't understand what talent really is and how you get good at sport.

    Squeak of shoes on the floor and sound of ball bouncing. Clunk as the player catches the hoop.

    The first step in becoming a top athlete is choosing a sport that you enjoy and suits you.

    Sound of the ball bouncing in the background.

    Different body types are suited to different sports but it's what you do in training that really counts.

    Try different sports to find the one you love and remember that everyone develops at different rates so how good you are at the moment is not that important.

    Wooshing sound as boxer punches the air. Metal clinking as the person swings on the rings. Feet shuffling as the shot put is thrown. Sound of a snowboard on the snow.

    Others might be better when they're young because they practiced more or growing faster but as you grow and develop there's nothing to stop you learning how to catch up.

    If they can't do something, they don't feel they'll never be able to do it, they understand, you just can't do it yet. They listen to feedback and use it to improve even if they don't like it.

    These are all behaviours you can learn and develop as you train, just like the best athletes have done. So beiing successful in sport is more of a choice than you might have first thought.
