Racket hits shuttlecock Everyone thinks they're going to be a star but lots of people who were really good when they were young never make it in sport. Sound as bag knocks the person off the podium and whistling sound as they fall off. Bag then falls to the ground with a wooosh. While some who weren't so good go on to be amazing athletes. The problem is most people don't understand what talent really is and how you get good at sport. Squeak of shoes on the floor and sound of ball bouncing. Clunk as the player catches the hoop. The first step in becoming a top athlete is choosing a sport that you enjoy and suits you. Sound of the ball bouncing in the background. Different body types are suited to different sports but it's what you do in training that really counts. Try different sports to find the one you love and remember that everyone develops at different rates so how good you are at the moment is not that important. Wooshing sound as boxer punches the air. They listen to feedback and use it to improve even if they don't like it.
