起立屈曲テストで腰仙部、仙腸関節、
または骨盤の機能不全を評価します。

検査者が患者の後ろに立って、両側それぞれ、
手を腸骨稜に当て、親指を上後腸骨棘の下切痕に当てます。

患者はゆっくり前屈します。

もし、一側の上後腸骨棘がもう片方より頭側に動く
ようであれば、結果は陽性で機能不全を示唆します。
