Jesus has given the Church a diverse range of leaders—apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors, and teachers—to guide, teach, and equip His people.

However, the goal is not simply individual growth or personal achievement; it is about the collective maturity and effectiveness of the body of Christ.

Though this requires significant effort and often feels like a slow or thankless process, it is the only way to build a true team dedicated to serving the Lord.
