you have to think about how are you

going to structure your leadership I

want to propose and what we try to do in

everything that we have is to build a

team together a leadership team cuz that

prevents one person from being the star

now it says for instance in Ephesians

4:11 some to be Apostles some prophets

some evangelists some pastors and

teachers I want to teach that the

opposite the way you've normally heard

that instead of thinking that you're

going to be the Superstar think in terms

that you want to build a team of five

different people that are gifted and

you're all going to help make room to

one another and you're going to operate

together as a team the way this is

normally quoted you know what I'm saying

Apostles prop is inflating ego and pride

right the when they read the verse I'm

saying read the verse just the opposite

saying nobody is good enough to be alone

nobody is good to be a single Minister

and you need to build a team on purpose

now that doesn't happen by itself why

cuz it's a lot quicker a lot easier to

do things by yourself when you have to

try to figure out how you're going to do

with a group of people if you have to

waste 90% of the time sorry to say that

but I'm speaking of almost 50 years of

experience in building teens it's a lot

of time that goes into it a lot of what

seems to be wasted time you have to talk

through people's differences of opinions

and it it's really hard but you have to

ask yourself what are you building are

you building a show where you're the

star or you're building a group of

people that know how to work together

five is a good number you building a

group of people that know how to work

together in teamwork that's Ephesians 4

now that's a change right now that is a

massive change of approach in 95% of the

Ministries in the world well
