PROMOTION To Regional Head After Eight Years Of Career Stagnation!

I had stagnation for almost
eight years in job promotion.

I tried first and failed.

Then I said, ‘Let me work with God's formula’ because I was using my own formula.

My name is Joseph.
I am connected from Namibia.

My wonderful testimony is all
about a career breakthrough.

I had stagnation for almost
eight years without job promotion.

I tried my best here and there.
Then I realised things were not working.

I tried first and failed.

I said, ‘Let me work with God's formula’
because I was using my own formula.

And then I decided to reach out to
God’s Heart TV last year (2024).

I sent a prayer request about the position that was advertised in our government ministry.

It was a promotion.

And then on December 7, I was invited to join the Interactive Prayer Service.

During the Interactive Prayer with
Brother Chris, it was just ‘normal’.

I couldn't feel or experience anything.

I was just there listening as he prayed for us.

But after he prayed for us, I knew 2025 was the year things were going to change in my life.

Then I had that faith that things would change through the prayers of Brother Chris.

‘He has prayed for me.
I know things will change.’

So what happened is that after I joined
the Interactive Prayer Service,

the following week,
I was invited for interviews.

I went for the interviews -
that was on December 20.

After I sat for the interviews,
I came back home.

In January, I sent another prayer
request to Brother Chris,

whereby I was invited for the Interactive Prayer Service on February 1.

I attended the Interactive Prayer Service.

He prayed for us and said we should declare we were marked for divine favour.

I said, ‘I am marked for divine favour.’

And then from there,
he prayed for our promotion.

The following week, I received
the appointment letter

that I was one of the people who was
privileged to get the promotion.

So I was promoted. Then from there,
I was told that I must go and report

for my new duty station.

Then I left on March 1 and went
to report at my new duty station.

I'm in charge of the district.

On top of that, I’m supervising
the whole staff.

I have substations that are reporting to me.

I'm in charge of all the government
fleets at the office.

Day-to-day routine activities
are taken care of by me.

So those are part of the duties that I'm holding at the new duty station.

Currently, I’m into nature conservation.

So, we are people who are taking care of the natural resources.

My second testimony - as I said,
I was invited on February 1

because I wrote another prayer request
to do with my marital home.

Whenever we used to meet as husband and wife, the following morning,

we would feel so tired like we were carrying bags of cement on our shoulders.

So it disturbed me and my wife also.

I said, ‘But why?’ So I decided to forward a prayer request to Brother Chris to pray for us.

So after that prayer, the whole issue,
the whole problem was gone.

Now we are happy. We are happily married.

Me and my wife - we can sit, we talk,
we share ideas.

Things are moving nicely.
We are enjoying our marriage.

Can you tell us now what is your word of advice to the viewers who are listening to you?

We just need to involve God in everything - in both our careers and our marital homes.

We just need to involve God in everything we do, so things will be possible for us.
