What does this new tool have to do with Dreso's needs? We are quite different from all the other companies, aren't we?

I wouldn't say that the system is completely off the shelf, logically.

We involved all CRM user groups in the CRM selection process back then.

Decided on Adito all together because they were quite honestly convincing.

At the 2020 launch, we had only ordered the basic functionality.

Since then, all requirements for the opportunity process have been compiled and coordinated with all user groups.

We checked the priorities together and decided whether a requirement should be implemented now in this release or at a later date.

Thus, no off-the-shelf system.

Off-the-shelf solutions are yesterday's news. We shape the CRM the way we like it!
