My name is Toshiyuki Niino
and I'm 30 years old.

I run my own company.

We offer a service called "EXIT."

[ABOUT YOUR COMPANY]
In one sentence,

we're an agency that helps
people quit their jobs

and it's the first of its kind in Japan.

We support people who want to quit
but can't do it on their own.

To be exact, we don't
quit for them.

They let their employer know
by sending them a resignation letter

and we take care of the rest.

We contact the office for them,
for instance.

[WHY YOU DECIDED TO START YOUR BUSINESS]
I used to be an office worker.

I've worked with three different
companies and quit each time

and it was incredibly hard for me to quit.

Letting them know was especially hard.
Incredibly hard.

It's very uncomfortable,
embarrassing, and scary.

There were many reasons why
I couldn't tell them.

And even after I somehow
managed to tell them,

they always tried to hold me.

Like, "Can't you stay
for three more months?"

or, "Please stay until we find
someone to replace you."

So it was really hard to quit.

And it wasn't just me.

When we were drinking, everyone
said they wanted to quit, too.

But not many can
actually put that into action.

So after having experienced all of this,

I realized that there's a demand
for support in this process

and I started my business.

[REASON FOR JOINING TH]
My main reason for joining

is that I want to introduce
"EXIT" to a lot of people.

I want people who suffer like I did
because they can't quit their jobs to know

that there is a service that
supports them in this process.

That is the main reason.

The reality is that there are people
whose lives are at stake because of this

which is a big problem

and I hope this service can contribute
to finding a solution for this.

But I also just hope to meet someone nice.

I... guess I like girls

who never stop smiling.

My emotions don't show on my face,

so I find people fascinating
who show a lot of emotions.

When I see someone smile,
I become more positive.

I like it when a girl laughs
at something I said casually.

I'm not sure I remember

Visually, she's my type.

I'm very straightforward.

It's the opposite of how I used to be.
I went to an all-boys school.

And I couldn't talk to girls at all.

Contrary to that, I'm
super straightforward now.

I usually tell them directly how I feel.

I might even tell her I love her
on the first date.

[YOUR WEAKNESSES]
I'm full of flaws.

The reason I started my own business was--

Of course, I thought I could
help people quit their jobs

and that there's a demand for that.

But I also just can't get out
of bed in the morning.

Starting work at 9 in the morning
is impossible for me.

That's another reason why
I started my own business.

As a person, I'm a failure.

I'm full of imperfections.

When I had a date with my girlfriend,

I'd get up at the time
we were supposed to meet.

It got better over time, though.

But I still have a very hard time getting up
compared to the average person.

I might be the oldest in this particular house.

I think I'm probably--

I'll be the one who's expected
to offer support and guidance.

But I don't amount to much.

I'm really just a kid inside.

On the positive side, I'll be able to
talk to everyone on the same level.

But they might go like, "Even though
he's 30 years old, he's not very mature."

I'm scared they'll think like that.

If there's someone in the house who
hasn't found their goal or dream yet,

I'd like to give them some advice.

I used to be a NEET
myself for a long time.

There was a time when I
wasn't thinking about anything.

But now that I've found
something that I want to do,

I can work hard for it.

So by talking to them about
these things in depth,

maybe I can help them figure out
what they want to do.

This might be the value
that I'd be able to add to the table.
