Full Phone Call: Trump Pressures Georgia Secretary of State To Recount Election Votes | NBC News

  • 0:00 - 0:02
    Mark Meadows:
Mr President everybody is on the line
  • 0:02 - 0:04
and just so, this is Mark Meadows the
    chief of staff
  • 0:04 - 0:09
just so we all are aware
  • 0:09 - 0:15
on the line is secretary of state and
    two other individuals,
  • 0:16 - 0:20
Jordan and Mr Germany with him.
  • 0:20 - 0:26
You also have the attorneys that represent
    the President,
  • 0:26 - 0:31
Kurt and Alex and Cleta Mitchell
who is not the attorney of record
  • 0:31 - 0:35
    but has been involved,
    myself and then the President.
  • 0:35 - 0:37
So Mr president, i'll turn it over to you
  • 0:37 - 0:40
Donald Trump: okay thank you very much.
  • 0:40 - 0:43
Hello, Brad and Ryan and everybody:
we appreciate the time and the call.
  • 0:44 - 0:47
So we've spent a lot of time on this and
  • 0:48 - 0:50
if we could just go over some
    of the numbers
  • 0:50 - 0:56
i think it's pretty clear that we won,
    we won very substantially Georgia,
  • 0:58 - 1:00
you even see it by rally size, frankly.
  • 1:00 - 1:03
    Would be getting 25, 30 000 people a rally
  • 1:03 - 1:07
    and the competition would get
    less than 100 people.
  • 1:07 - 1:10
    and it never made sense,
but we have a number of things,
  • 1:10 - 1:12
we have at least two or three
  • 1:12 - 1:16
    anywhere from 250 to 300 000 ballots
  • 1:16 - 1:19
were dropped mysteriously into the rolls.
  • 1:20 - 1:24
Much of that had to do with Fulton County
    which hasn't been checked
  • 1:24 - 1:27
we think that if you check the signatures
a real check of the signatures
  • 1:27 - 1:31
    going back in Fulton County,
    you'll find at least
  • 1:31 - 1:34
    a couple of hundred thousand
    of forged signatures
  • 1:35 - 1:38
of people with -- that who's
    who have been forged
  • 1:40 - 1:42
    and we are quite sure
    that's going to happen.
  • 1:42 - 1:45
    Another tremendous number --
  • 1:45 - 1:48
we're going to have an accurate number
    over the next two days,
  • 1:48 - 1:53
    with certified accountants --
but an accurate number uh will be given,
  • 1:53 - 2:00
but it's in the 50s of thousands,
and that's people that went to vote
  • 1:59 - 2:01
and they were told they can't vote
  • 2:01 - 2:03
because they've already been voted for
  • 2:04 - 2:06
    and it's a very sad thing. ***
  • 2:06 - 2:09
they walked out complaining but they the
  • 2:09 - 2:11
the numbers large will have it
  • 2:11 - 2:13
for you but it's very it's much more
  • 2:13 - 2:14
    than the uh number
  • 2:14 - 2:17
    of 11 779 that's
  • 2:17 - 2:21
the the current margin is only 11
  • 2:21 - 2:24
779 brad i think i think you agree with
  • 2:24 - 2:24
    that
  • 2:24 - 2:26
    right that's that's something i think
  • 2:26 - 2:28
everyone at least that's the number that
  • 2:28 - 2:29
    everyone agrees on
  • 2:29 - 2:32
but that's the difference uh in the
  • 2:32 - 2:33
    votes
  • 2:33 - 2:37
but we've had uh hundreds of thousands
  • 2:37 - 2:38
    of ballots that we're
  • 2:38 - 2:42
    uh we're we're able to actually we'll
  • 2:42 - 2:43
get you a pretty accurate number you
  • 2:43 - 2:45
don't need much of a number because the
  • 2:45 - 2:46
    number that
  • 2:46 - 2:48
in theory i lost by the margin would be
  • 2:48 - 2:50
    11
  • 2:50 - 2:53
seventy nine uh but you also have uh
  • 2:53 - 2:55
    substantial uh numbers of people
  • 2:55 - 2:57
thousands and thousands who went to the
  • 2:57 - 2:59
    voting place on november third
  • 2:59 - 3:02
were told they couldn't vote we're told
  • 3:02 - 3:03
they couldn't vote because a ballot had
  • 3:03 - 3:04
    been put in
  • 3:04 - 3:07
on their name and uh you know that's
  • 3:07 - 3:11
uh very very very very sad we had
  • 3:11 - 3:16
    um i believe it's about 4502 voters
  • 3:16 - 3:19
who voted uh but who weren't on the
  • 3:19 - 3:22
voter registration list so it's 5
  • 3:22 - 3:26
4 502 who voted but they
  • 3:26 - 3:29
were not on the voter registration role
  • 3:29 - 3:31
    which they had to be
  • 3:31 - 3:35
uh you had 18 325 vacant address voters
  • 3:35 - 3:36
    they had no
  • 3:36 - 3:39
the address was vacant uh and they're
  • 3:39 - 3:40
    not allowed to be
  • 3:40 - 3:44
    counted that's 18 325.
  • 3:44 - 3:47
uh smaller number you had 904 who
  • 3:47 - 3:51
uh only voted uh where they had just a
  • 3:51 - 3:54
po a post office box number
  • 3:54 - 3:56
and they had a post office box number
  • 3:56 - 3:58
    and that's
  • 3:58 - 4:02
    not allowed we had uh
  • 4:02 - 4:06
at least 18 000 that's on tape we had
  • 4:06 - 4:07
    them counted
  • 4:07 - 4:11
    very painstakingly 18 000 voters
  • 4:11 - 4:14
uh having to do with ruby freeman that's
  • 4:14 - 4:15
    she's a vote scammer
  • 4:15 - 4:19
a professional vote scammer and hustler
  • 4:19 - 4:23
ruby freeman uh that is uh that was the
  • 4:23 - 4:24
tape that's been shown all over the
  • 4:24 - 4:27
world that makes everybody look bad
  • 4:27 - 4:29
uh you me and everybody else where they
  • 4:29 - 4:30
    got uh
  • 4:30 - 4:32
number one they they said they said very
  • 4:32 - 4:34
    clearly and and
  • 4:34 - 4:36
it's been reported that they said there
  • 4:36 - 4:38
was a major water main break
  • 4:38 - 4:41
    everybody fled the area
  • 4:41 - 4:43
and then they came back ruby friedman
  • 4:43 - 4:46
her daughter and a few people
  • 4:46 - 4:48
there were no republican poll watchers
  • 4:48 - 4:50
actually there were no democrat poll
  • 4:50 - 4:51
watchers i guess they were them
  • 4:51 - 4:53
but there were no democrats either and
  • 4:53 - 4:55
    there was no law enforcement
  • 4:55 - 4:57
late in the morning they went early in
  • 4:57 - 4:59
the morning they went to uh
  • 4:59 - 5:03
the table with the black robe the black
  • 5:03 - 5:05
shield and they pulled out the votes
  • 5:05 - 5:07
those votes were put there a number of
  • 5:07 - 5:09
hours before the table was put there i
  • 5:09 - 5:10
    think it was
  • 5:10 - 5:12
brad you would know it was probably uh
  • 5:12 - 5:14
eight hours or seven hours before and
  • 5:14 - 5:15
    then it was
  • 5:15 - 5:17
stuffed with uh votes they weren't in an
  • 5:17 - 5:18
    official
  • 5:18 - 5:21
voter box they were in what looked to be
  • 5:21 - 5:22
    uh
  • 5:22 - 5:25
    suitcases or trunks suitcases but
  • 5:25 - 5:28
they weren't in uh in voter boxes
  • 5:28 - 5:30
uh the minimum number it could be
  • 5:30 - 5:31
    because we watched it and
  • 5:31 - 5:34
they they watched it certified uh
  • 5:34 - 5:38
in slow motion instant replay if you can
  • 5:38 - 5:39
believe it but had slow motion and it
  • 5:39 - 5:42
    was magnified many times over
  • 5:42 - 5:45
and the minimum it was was 18 000
  • 5:45 - 5:45
    ballots
  • 5:45 - 5:48
all for biden um you had
  • 5:48 - 5:53
out-of-state voters uh they voted in uh
  • 5:53 - 5:55
georgia but they were from out of state
  • 5:55 - 5:59
    of 4925.
  • 5:59 - 6:02
uh you had absentee ballot sent to
  • 6:02 - 6:05
uh their vacant they were absentee
  • 6:05 - 6:08
    ballots sent to vacant addresses
  • 6:08 - 6:09
uh they had nothing on them about
  • 6:09 - 6:14
    addresses that's 2326.
  • 6:14 - 6:17
    um and you had dropboxes
  • 6:17 - 6:20
uh which is very bad your dropbox
  • 6:20 - 6:23
boxes that were picked up we have uh
  • 6:23 - 6:25
    photographs and
  • 6:25 - 6:27
we have uh affidavits for many people i
  • 6:27 - 6:29
don't know if you saw the hearings but
  • 6:29 - 6:31
but you have dropboxes where the box was
  • 6:31 - 6:33
picked up and not delivered for three
  • 6:33 - 6:34
    days
  • 6:34 - 6:35
so all sorts of things could have
  • 6:35 - 6:38
    happened to that box including
  • 6:38 - 6:39
you know putting in the votes that you
  • 6:39 - 6:41
    wanted so there are many
  • 6:41 - 6:44
infractions and the bottom line is
  • 6:44 - 6:47
many many times the 11 779
  • 6:47 - 6:51
margin that they said we lost by
  • 6:51 - 6:54
uh we had vast i mean you have
  • 6:54 - 6:58
the state is in turmoil uh over this
  • 6:58 - 7:00
and i know you would like to get to the
  • 7:00 - 7:02
bottom of it although i saw you on
  • 7:02 - 7:04
television today and you said uh
  • 7:04 - 7:06
that you found nothing wrong i mean you
  • 7:06 - 7:09
know i and i didn't lose the state bread
  • 7:09 - 7:12
uh people have have been saying
  • 7:12 - 7:15
that it was the highest vote ever there
  • 7:15 - 7:17
was no way a lot of the
  • 7:17 - 7:19
the political people said that there's
  • 7:19 - 7:21
no way they beat me and they beat me
  • 7:21 - 7:21
    they
  • 7:21 - 7:24
they beat me in the poll as you know
  • 7:24 - 7:25
    every single state
  • 7:25 - 7:27
we want every state we want every state
  • 7:27 - 7:29
    house in the country
  • 7:29 - 7:31
we held the senate which is shocking to
  • 7:31 - 7:32
people although we'll see what happens
  • 7:32 - 7:33
    tomorrow or
  • 7:33 - 7:36
in a few days uh and we uh we won the
  • 7:36 - 7:37
    house
  • 7:37 - 7:40
but we won every single state house and
  • 7:40 - 7:40
    we won
  • 7:40 - 7:43
congress which was supposed to lose 15
  • 7:43 - 7:44
    seats and they gained
  • 7:44 - 7:46
    i think 16 or 17 or something i think
  • 7:46 - 7:48
there's now a difference of five
  • 7:48 - 7:50
there was supposed to be a difference
  • 7:50 - 7:52
    substantially more but politicians in
  • 7:52 - 7:55
every state but politicians in georgia
  • 7:55 - 7:57
have given affidavits and are going to
  • 7:57 - 7:59
    that
  • 7:59 - 8:01
that there was no way they beat me in
  • 8:01 - 8:03
    the in the election
  • 8:03 - 8:05
uh that the people came out in fact they
  • 8:05 - 8:06
    were expecting to lose
  • 8:06 - 8:08
and then they ended up winning by a lot
  • 8:08 - 8:10
    because of the coattails
  • 8:10 - 8:12
and they said there's no way that
  • 8:12 - 8:14
they've done many polls prior to the
  • 8:14 - 8:16
election there was no way that they won
  • 8:16 - 8:19
uh ballots were dropped in massive
  • 8:19 - 8:20
    numbers
  • 8:20 - 8:22
and we're trying to get to those numbers
  • 8:22 - 8:24
and we will have them they'll take a
  • 8:24 - 8:25
    period of time
  • 8:25 - 8:28
    certified uh but but uh
  • 8:28 - 8:30
but they're massive numbers and far
  • 8:30 - 8:32
    greater than the 11
  • 8:32 - 8:35
    779
  • 8:35 - 8:38
the other thing dead people so dead
  • 8:38 - 8:39
    people voted
  • 8:39 - 8:42
and i think uh the the number is in the
  • 8:42 - 8:42
    pro
  • 8:42 - 8:46
close to 5 000 people and they went to
  • 8:46 - 8:48
    uh obituaries they went to
  • 8:48 - 8:51
all sorts of methods to come up with an
  • 8:51 - 8:52
    accurate number and a minimum
  • 8:52 - 8:55
is close to about 5 000 voters the
  • 8:55 - 8:58
bottom line is when you end it all up
  • 8:58 - 9:01
and then you start adding you know 300
  • 9:01 - 9:04
    000 of fake ballots
  • 9:04 - 9:06
then the other thing they said is in
  • 9:06 - 9:08
    fulton county in other areas
  • 9:08 - 9:10
and this may or may not seem because
  • 9:10 - 9:12
this just came up this morning
  • 9:12 - 9:16
that they are burning their ballots that
  • 9:16 - 9:17
    they are shredding
  • 9:17 - 9:20
    shredding ballots and removing equipment
  • 9:20 - 9:24
they're changing the equipment on the uh
  • 9:24 - 9:27
on the dominion machines and you know
  • 9:27 - 9:29
that that's not legal and they
  • 9:29 - 9:31
supposedly shred and i think they said
  • 9:31 - 9:32
    300 pounds of
  • 9:32 - 9:36
3 000 pounds of balance and that just
  • 9:36 - 9:36
    came
  • 9:36 - 9:39
to us as a report today and
  • 9:39 - 9:42
uh you know it's uh it's a very sad
  • 9:42 - 9:43
    situation
  • 9:43 - 9:47
but uh but brad uh if you took
  • 9:47 - 9:50
the minimum numbers were where many
  • 9:50 - 9:53
    times above the 11 000 779
  • 9:53 - 9:56
and many of those numbers are certified
  • 9:56 - 9:58
or they will be certified but they are
  • 9:58 - 9:58
    certified
  • 9:58 - 10:00
those are numbers that are there that
  • 10:00 - 10:03
    exist and that uh
  • 10:03 - 10:07
that beat the margin uh the margin of
  • 10:07 - 10:08
    loss
  • 10:08 - 10:11
it be they beat it i mean by a lot
  • 10:11 - 10:13
and people should be happy to have an
  • 10:13 - 10:14
    accurate count
  • 10:14 - 10:15
instead of an election where there's
  • 10:15 - 10:17
turbo i mean there's turmoil in georgia
  • 10:17 - 10:19
and other places you're not the only one
  • 10:19 - 10:21
    i mean we have uh
  • 10:21 - 10:23
other states that i believe will be
  • 10:23 - 10:25
    flipping to us very shortly
  • 10:25 - 10:28
and uh but this is this is something
  • 10:28 - 10:30
that's uh you know as an example i think
  • 10:30 - 10:31
    in
  • 10:31 - 10:33
in detroit and i think there's a section
  • 10:33 - 10:35
a good section of your state actually
  • 10:35 - 10:35
    which
  • 10:35 - 10:36
we're not sure so we're not going to
  • 10:36 - 10:38
    report it yet but uh
  • 10:38 - 10:43
in detroit we had 100 i think it was 139
  • 10:43 - 10:47
    uh of the people voted
  • 10:47 - 10:51
uh that's not too good in pennsylvania
  • 10:51 - 10:55
they had uh well over 200 000 more votes
  • 10:55 - 10:57
    than they had people voting
  • 10:57 - 11:00
and uh that was that doesn't play too
  • 11:00 - 11:00
    well
  • 11:00 - 11:03
and the legislature there is which is
  • 11:03 - 11:04
    republican is
  • 11:04 - 11:07
extremely activist and angry but i mean
  • 11:07 - 11:10
there were other things also that were
  • 11:10 - 11:13
almost as bad as that but but uh
  • 11:13 - 11:15
they had as an example in michigan a
  • 11:15 - 11:17
trem tremendous number of dead people
  • 11:17 - 11:19
that voted i think it was
  • 11:19 - 11:22
i think market was 18 000. oh some
  • 11:22 - 11:24
    some unbelievably high number much
  • 11:24 - 11:26
    higher than yours you were
  • 11:26 - 11:29
you were in the 4 to 5 000 category and
  • 11:29 - 11:30
    that was checked out
  • 11:30 - 11:34
uh laboriously by going through uh
  • 11:34 - 11:37
uh versus by going through the obituary
  • 11:37 - 11:40
    columns in the newspapers
  • 11:40 - 11:43
so i guess with all of it being said
  • 11:43 - 11:43
    brad
  • 11:43 - 11:45
it's the bottom line and provisional
  • 11:45 - 11:47
    ballots uh again
  • 11:47 - 11:48
you know you'll have to tell me about
  • 11:48 - 11:50
the provisional ballots but we have
  • 11:50 - 11:53
uh a lot of people that were complaining
  • 11:53 - 11:54
that they weren't able to vote because
  • 11:54 - 11:56
they were already voted for and
  • 11:56 - 11:59
these are great people and you know they
  • 11:59 - 12:00
    were
  • 12:00 - 12:01
    shell-shocked i don't know if you call
  • 12:01 - 12:03
that provisional ballots in some states
  • 12:03 - 12:05
we had a lot of provisional ballot
  • 12:05 - 12:08
uh situations where people were given a
  • 12:08 - 12:09
    provisional ballot because when they
  • 12:09 - 12:11
walked into november 3rd they were
  • 12:11 - 12:12
    already voting for
  • 12:12 - 12:16
voted for so that's it i mean we have uh
  • 12:16 - 12:20
many many times the number of uh of
  • 12:20 - 12:22
votes necessary to win the state
  • 12:22 - 12:25
and we won the state and we want it very
  • 12:25 - 12:27
    substantially and
  • 12:27 - 12:30
easily and we're we're getting we have
  • 12:30 - 12:32
much of this is a very cert you know
  • 12:32 - 12:34
    they're certified
  • 12:34 - 12:37
uh far more certified than we need but
  • 12:37 - 12:38
    we're getting additional numbers
  • 12:38 - 12:39
    certified too
  • 12:39 - 12:41
and we're getting uh pictures of
  • 12:41 - 12:43
    dropboxes being delivered
  • 12:43 - 12:45
and delivered late and delivered three
  • 12:45 - 12:47
    days later in some cases
  • 12:47 - 12:49
plus we have many affidavits to that
  • 12:49 - 12:50
    effect
  • 12:50 - 12:53
so mr president if i if i might be able
  • 12:53 - 12:55
to jump in and i'll give brad a chance
  • 12:55 - 12:58
    uh uh mr secretary uh
  • 12:58 - 13:02
    one of obviously uh
  • 13:02 - 13:05
there is uh there are allegations where
  • 13:05 - 13:05
    we believe
  • 13:05 - 13:09
that not every vote or fair vote
  • 13:09 - 13:12
and legal vote was was counted
  • 13:12 - 13:15
and that's at odds with the
  • 13:15 - 13:16
    representation from the secretary of
  • 13:16 - 13:18
    state's office
  • 13:18 - 13:21
what i'm hopeful for is is there some
  • 13:21 - 13:23
    way that we can
  • 13:23 - 13:27
we can find uh some kind of agreement to
  • 13:27 - 13:29
to uh to look at this a little bit more
  • 13:29 - 13:30
    fully
  • 13:30 - 13:32
as you know the president mentioned
  • 13:32 - 13:33
    fulton county
  • 13:33 - 13:35
but in some of these areas where there
  • 13:35 - 13:36
    seems to be
  • 13:36 - 13:40
    a difference of where
  • 13:40 - 13:43
the facts seem to lead and so mr
  • 13:43 - 13:44
    secretary i was
  • 13:44 - 13:47
hopeful that you know in a spirit of
  • 13:47 - 13:50
    cooperation and compromises or there's
  • 13:50 - 13:52
    something that
  • 13:52 - 13:53
we can at least have a discussion to
  • 13:53 - 13:56
look at some of these allegations
  • 13:56 - 14:01
to to find a path forward that's less
  • 14:01 - 14:03
    litigious
  • 14:03 - 14:06
    well uh i've listened to
  • 14:06 - 14:09
what the president has just said
  • 14:09 - 14:10
    president trump
  • 14:10 - 14:14
    uh we've had several lawsuits
  • 14:14 - 14:16
and we've had to respond in court to the
  • 14:16 - 14:19
    lawsuits and the contentions
  • 14:19 - 14:22
um we don't agree that you have one we
  • 14:22 - 14:22
    don't
  • 14:22 - 14:25
    i didn't agree about the 200 000 number
  • 14:25 - 14:26
    that you mentioned
  • 14:26 - 14:28
and i go through that point by point
  • 14:28 - 14:29
    what we have done
  • 14:29 - 14:33
is we gave our state senate about one
  • 14:33 - 14:36
and a half hours of of our time going
  • 14:36 - 14:37
    through the election
  • 14:37 - 14:40
issue by issue and then on the state
  • 14:40 - 14:40
    house
  • 14:40 - 14:42
uh the government affairs committee we
  • 14:42 - 14:43
gave them about two and a half hours of
  • 14:43 - 14:44
    our time
  • 14:44 - 14:47
going back point by point on all the
  • 14:47 - 14:47
    issues of
  • 14:47 - 14:50
contention and then uh just a few days
  • 14:50 - 14:51
    ago we met with
  • 14:51 - 14:53
    our u.s congressman republican
  • 14:53 - 14:55
    congressman
  • 14:55 - 14:56
and we gave them about two hours of our
  • 14:56 - 15:00
time uh talking about this past election
  • 15:00 - 15:04
uh going back primarily what you're
  • 15:04 - 15:06
what you've talked about here focused in
  • 15:06 - 15:08
on primarily i believe is the absolute
  • 15:08 - 15:09
    about process
  • 15:09 - 15:10
    i don't believe that you're really
  • 15:10 - 15:12
    questioning the uh
  • 15:12 - 15:15
the dominion machines because we did a
  • 15:15 - 15:16
    hand re-tally
  • 15:16 - 15:19
    a 100 re-tally of all the
  • 15:19 - 15:20
ballots and compared that to what the
  • 15:20 - 15:22
machine said and it came up with
  • 15:22 - 15:24
    virtually the same result
  • 15:24 - 15:26
then we did the recount we got virtually
  • 15:26 - 15:27
    the same results so
  • 15:27 - 15:29
i guess we could probably take that off
  • 15:29 - 15:30
    the table i don't think there's
  • 15:30 - 15:34
an issue about that um i think
  • 15:34 - 15:38
well not that there's not an issue
  • 15:38 - 15:40
but because i we have a big issue with
  • 15:40 - 15:41
    dominion
  • 15:41 - 15:44
and other states and perhaps in yours
  • 15:44 - 15:46
but we have we haven't felt we needed to
  • 15:46 - 15:47
    go there
  • 15:47 - 15:50
and just to you know maybe put a little
  • 15:50 - 15:51
different spin on what mark is saying
  • 15:51 - 15:55
    mark meadows um yeah we'd
  • 15:55 - 15:57
like to go further but we don't really
  • 15:57 - 15:58
need to we have all the votes we need
  • 15:58 - 16:00
you know we want to say
  • 16:00 - 16:02
if you took these are the most minimal
  • 16:02 - 16:04
numbers the numbers that i gave you
  • 16:04 - 16:05
    those are
  • 16:05 - 16:07
numbers that are certified your absentee
  • 16:07 - 16:08
    ballots sent to vacant
  • 16:08 - 16:11
    addresses your your out-of-state voters
  • 16:11 - 16:12
four thousand nine twenty-five you know
  • 16:12 - 16:14
    when you add them up
  • 16:14 - 16:16
it's many more time it's many times the
  • 16:16 - 16:18
    eleven thousand
  • 16:18 - 16:21
seven seventy-nine number so we could go
  • 16:21 - 16:22
    through we have not
  • 16:22 - 16:24
gone through your dominion so we can't
  • 16:24 - 16:25
    give them blessing i mean
  • 16:25 - 16:27
in other states we think we found
  • 16:27 - 16:29
    tremendous corruption with dominion
  • 16:29 - 16:30
machines but we'll have to see
  • 16:30 - 16:34
but but we we only lost
  • 16:34 - 16:38
the safe by 11 by by that number 11 000
  • 16:38 - 16:42
    votes and uh 779 so
  • 16:42 - 16:46
with that being said uh with just what
  • 16:46 - 16:48
    we have
  • 16:48 - 16:51
and you know with just what we have
  • 16:51 - 16:52
    we're giving you minimum
  • 16:52 - 16:54
minimum numbers we're doing the most
  • 16:54 - 16:56
    conservative numbers possible
  • 16:56 - 16:59
we're many times many many times above
  • 16:59 - 17:00
    the
  • 17:00 - 17:03
the margin and so we don't really have
  • 17:03 - 17:05
to mark i don't think we have to go
  • 17:05 - 17:05
    through
  • 17:05 - 17:08
    right because because what's the
  • 17:08 - 17:09
    difference between
  • 17:09 - 17:12
winning the election by two two votes
  • 17:12 - 17:13
    and winning it by
  • 17:13 - 17:15
a half a million votes i think you
  • 17:15 - 17:17
probably did win it by half of it
  • 17:17 - 17:18
you know one of the things that happened
  • 17:18 - 17:20
brad is we have other people coming in
  • 17:20 - 17:22
    now from alabama
  • 17:22 - 17:25
and from south carolina and from other
  • 17:25 - 17:26
    states
  • 17:26 - 17:28
and they're saying it's impossible for
  • 17:28 - 17:30
    you to have lost georgia
  • 17:30 - 17:32
we want you know in alabama we set a
  • 17:32 - 17:34
record got the highest vote ever
  • 17:34 - 17:38
in uh georgia we set a record
  • 17:38 - 17:40
with a massive amount of votes and they
  • 17:40 - 17:42
    say it's not possible
  • 17:42 - 17:44
to have lost georgia and i could tell
  • 17:44 - 17:46
you by our rallies i could tell you by
  • 17:46 - 17:47
the rally i'm having on monday night the
  • 17:47 - 17:49
place they already have lines of people
  • 17:49 - 17:51
    standing out front waiting
  • 17:51 - 17:53
it's just not possible to have lost
  • 17:53 - 17:54
    georgia it's not possible
  • 17:54 - 17:56
when i heard it was close i said there's
  • 17:56 - 17:58
    no way
  • 17:58 - 17:59
but they dropped a lot of votes in there
  • 17:59 - 18:01
late at night you know that brett
  • 18:01 - 18:03
and that's what we are working on very
  • 18:03 - 18:05
    very stringently
  • 18:05 - 18:08
but regardless of those votes with all
  • 18:08 - 18:10
    of it being said
  • 18:10 - 18:13
we lost by uh 11 essentially 11 000
  • 18:13 - 18:14
    votes
  • 18:14 - 18:17
and we have many more votes already
  • 18:17 - 18:18
    calculated
  • 18:18 - 18:21
and certified too so i just don't know
  • 18:21 - 18:22
    you know
  • 18:22 - 18:25
    mark i don't know what's the purpose i i
  • 18:25 - 18:27
won't give dominion a pass because we
  • 18:27 - 18:29
found too many bad things but
  • 18:29 - 18:31
we don't need dominion or anything else
  • 18:31 - 18:33
we have we have all we have won this
  • 18:33 - 18:34
    election
  • 18:34 - 18:36
in georgia based on all of this and
  • 18:36 - 18:39
    there's there's nothing wrong with
  • 18:39 - 18:40
with saying that brad you know i mean
  • 18:40 - 18:43
    having the having a correct
  • 18:43 - 18:46
if the people of georgia are angry and
  • 18:46 - 18:48
these numbers are going to be repeated
  • 18:48 - 18:49
    on monday night
  • 18:49 - 18:50
along with others that we're going to
  • 18:50 - 18:52
have by that time which are much more
  • 18:52 - 18:53
    substantial even
  • 18:53 - 18:56
and the people of georgia are angry the
  • 18:56 - 18:57
people of the country are angry
  • 18:57 - 18:59
and there's nothing wrong with saying
  • 18:59 - 19:02
    that you know uh
  • 19:02 - 19:05
    that you've recalculated because uh
  • 19:05 - 19:07
the two thousand two thirty six and
  • 19:07 - 19:08
    absentee ballots i mean
  • 19:08 - 19:12
they're all exact numbers that were were
  • 19:12 - 19:16
done by accounting firms law firms etc
  • 19:16 - 19:17
and even if you cut them in half cut
  • 19:17 - 19:19
them in half and cut them in half again
  • 19:19 - 19:23
it's more votes than we need
  • 19:23 - 19:25
well mr president the challenge that you
  • 19:25 - 19:28
have is the data you have is wrong
  • 19:28 - 19:31
uh we we talked to the congressmen
  • 19:31 - 19:33
and they were surprised but they uh i
  • 19:33 - 19:35
guess there was a person named mr raynor
  • 19:35 - 19:37
that came to these meetings and
  • 19:37 - 19:39
    presented data
  • 19:39 - 19:41
and he said that there was dead people i
  • 19:41 - 19:42
believe it was upward of five thousand
  • 19:42 - 19:43
    the actual number
  • 19:43 - 19:46
were two two two people that were dead
  • 19:46 - 19:48
    that voted
  • 19:48 - 19:49
and so that's wrong that was two well
  • 19:49 - 19:51
plato how do you respond to that i mean
  • 19:51 - 19:52
    you tell me what
  • 19:52 - 19:54
well i i would say mr secretary one of
  • 19:54 - 19:57
the things that we have requested
  • 19:57 - 19:59
and we did what we said was and if you
  • 19:59 - 20:00
    look at
  • 20:00 - 20:03
this if you read our petition it says
  • 20:03 - 20:08
that we took the name and birth years
  • 20:08 - 20:10
and you know we had certain information
  • 20:10 - 20:12
    available to us
  • 20:12 - 20:15
we have asked from your office for
  • 20:15 - 20:16
    records that only you
  • 20:16 - 20:21
have and so we said there's a universe
  • 20:21 - 20:24
of people who have the same name and
  • 20:24 - 20:27
    same birth year and died
  • 20:27 - 20:30
but we don't have the records that you
  • 20:30 - 20:31
    have
  • 20:31 - 20:33
and one of the things that we have been
  • 20:33 - 20:34
    suggesting
  • 20:34 - 20:38
    formally and informally for
  • 20:38 - 20:42
weeks now is to try is for you to make
  • 20:42 - 20:43
    available
  • 20:43 - 20:47
to us the records that would be
  • 20:47 - 20:49
    necessary
  • 20:49 - 20:52
even before you do that even before you
  • 20:52 - 20:54
    do that
  • 20:54 - 20:55
and not even including that that's why i
  • 20:55 - 20:57
    hardly even included that number
  • 20:57 - 20:58
although in one state we have a
  • 20:58 - 21:00
tremendous amount of dead people so i
  • 21:00 - 21:02
don't know i'm sure we do in georgia too
  • 21:02 - 21:05
i'm sure we do in georgia too but um
  • 21:05 - 21:09
is that we're so far ahead
  • 21:09 - 21:11
we're so far ahead of these numbers even
  • 21:11 - 21:12
    the phony ballots of
  • 21:12 - 21:16
uh of ruby freeman known scammer
  • 21:16 - 21:18
you know the internet you know what was
  • 21:18 - 21:20
    trending on the internet
  • 21:20 - 21:22
where's ruby because they thought you'd
  • 21:22 - 21:23
    be in jail
  • 21:23 - 21:27
    where's ruby um it's uh
  • 21:27 - 21:30
it's crazy it's crazy that was the
  • 21:30 - 21:32
    minimum number is 18 000
  • 21:32 - 21:34
for ruby but they think it's probably
  • 21:34 - 21:37
about 56 000. but the minimum number is
  • 21:37 - 21:39
    18 000. on the ruby
  • 21:39 - 21:41
freeman night where she ran back in
  • 21:41 - 21:43
there when everybody was gone and stuff
  • 21:43 - 21:44
she stuffed the ballot boxes let's face
  • 21:44 - 21:46
    it brad i mean
  • 21:46 - 21:48
they did it in slow motion replay
  • 21:48 - 21:49
    magnified right
  • 21:49 - 21:52
she stuffed the ballot boxes they were
  • 21:52 - 21:52
    stuffed
  • 21:52 - 21:54
like nobody's ever seen them stuffed
  • 21:54 - 21:56
before so there's a term for it when
  • 21:56 - 21:58
it's a machine instead of a ballot box
  • 21:58 - 21:59
    but
  • 21:59 - 22:01
uh she stuffed the machine she stuffed
  • 22:01 - 22:02
    the ballot each
  • 22:02 - 22:05
each ballot went three times they were
  • 22:05 - 22:05
    showing
  • 22:05 - 22:08
here's ballot number one here it is the
  • 22:08 - 22:09
    second the third time
  • 22:09 - 22:13
next ballot i mean look brad this is
  • 22:13 - 22:14
we we have a new tape that we're going
  • 22:14 - 22:17
    to release it's devastating
  • 22:17 - 22:20
and by the way that one event that one
  • 22:20 - 22:20
    event
  • 22:20 - 22:23
is much more than the 11 000 votes that
  • 22:23 - 22:25
    we're talking about
  • 22:25 - 22:29
it's uh you know that one event was a
  • 22:29 - 22:32
a disaster uh it's it's just you know
  • 22:32 - 22:33
    but it was
  • 22:33 - 22:36
it it was something that uh it can't be
  • 22:36 - 22:37
    disputed
  • 22:37 - 22:39
yet again we have a version that you
  • 22:39 - 22:41
    haven't seen but it's
  • 22:41 - 22:44
    uh it's it's uh magnified
  • 22:44 - 22:46
it's magnified and you can see every
  • 22:46 - 22:47
    everything
  • 22:47 - 22:49
and she put for some reason they put it
  • 22:49 - 22:51
    in three times
  • 22:51 - 22:53
each ballot and i don't know why but you
  • 22:53 - 22:54
know why i don't know why three times
  • 22:54 - 22:56
    why not five times right
  • 22:56 - 23:00
but uh yeah go ahead you're you're
  • 23:00 - 23:01
    talking about
  • 23:01 - 23:04
the state farm video and i think it's
  • 23:04 - 23:06
    extremely unfortunate
  • 23:06 - 23:09
that rudy giuliani or his people they
  • 23:09 - 23:11
sliced and diced that video and took it
  • 23:11 - 23:12
    out of context
  • 23:12 - 23:15
so the next day we brought in wsb tv and
  • 23:15 - 23:15
    we let them
  • 23:15 - 23:18
show to see the full run of tape and
  • 23:18 - 23:19
    what you'll see
  • 23:19 - 23:21
the events that transpired are nowhere
  • 23:21 - 23:22
    near what was pre
  • 23:22 - 23:25
was uh projected by where were the poll
  • 23:25 - 23:26
watchers brad there were no poll
  • 23:26 - 23:28
watchers there there were no democrats
  • 23:28 - 23:30
or republicans there was no security
  • 23:30 - 23:30
    there
  • 23:30 - 23:33
it was late in the evening late in the
  • 23:33 - 23:34
    early in the morning
  • 23:34 - 23:36
and there was nobody else in the room
  • 23:36 - 23:37
where were the pole watches and
  • 23:37 - 23:39
why did they say a water main broke
  • 23:39 - 23:42
which they did and which is reported in
  • 23:42 - 23:44
in the newspapers they said they left
  • 23:44 - 23:46
they ran out because of a water main
  • 23:46 - 23:48
break and there was no water main
  • 23:48 - 23:49
there was nothing there was no break
  • 23:49 - 23:51
there was no water main break
  • 23:51 - 23:54
um but where if you if you take out
  • 23:54 - 23:57
    everything where were the republican
  • 23:57 - 23:58
poll watchers even where were the
  • 23:58 - 24:00
    democrat paul watchers because there
  • 24:00 - 24:01
    were none
  • 24:01 - 24:04
and then you say well they left their
  • 24:04 - 24:05
    station
  • 24:05 - 24:07
you know if you look at the tape and
  • 24:07 - 24:09
this was it this was reviewed by
  • 24:09 - 24:10
    professional
  • 24:10 - 24:13
police and and detectives and and other
  • 24:13 - 24:14
    people
  • 24:14 - 24:17
uh when they left in a rush everybody
  • 24:17 - 24:18
    left in a rush
  • 24:18 - 24:20
because of the water main but everybody
  • 24:20 - 24:21
    left in a rush
  • 24:21 - 24:24
these people left their station when
  • 24:24 - 24:26
    they came back
  • 24:26 - 24:28
they didn't go to their station they
  • 24:28 - 24:29
    went
  • 24:29 - 24:33
to the apron wrapped around the table
  • 24:33 - 24:37
under which were thousands and thousands
  • 24:37 - 24:38
    of ballots
  • 24:38 - 24:40
in a box that was not as an official or
  • 24:40 - 24:42
    a sealed box
  • 24:42 - 24:44
and then they took those and they went
  • 24:44 - 24:46
    back to a different station
  • 24:46 - 24:48
so if they would have come back they
  • 24:48 - 24:49
    would have walked
  • 24:49 - 24:51
to their station and they would have
  • 24:51 - 24:53
    continued to work
  • 24:53 - 24:54
but they couldn't do the even that
  • 24:54 - 24:56
because that's illegal because they had
  • 24:56 - 24:56
    no
  • 24:56 - 24:59
    republican poll watchers and remember
  • 24:59 - 25:00
    her reputation is
  • 25:00 - 25:04
is is she's known all over the internet
  • 25:04 - 25:06
brett she's known all over it i'm
  • 25:06 - 25:07
    telling you where's
  • 25:07 - 25:10
where's ruby was one of the hot items on
  • 25:10 - 25:10
    the
  • 25:10 - 25:13
ruby they knew her where's ruby uh
  • 25:13 - 25:16
so brad you know this there can be no
  • 25:16 - 25:18
    justification for that
  • 25:18 - 25:20
and i i you know i give everybody the
  • 25:20 - 25:22
    benefit of the doubt
  • 25:22 - 25:24
but that was and and brad why did they
  • 25:24 - 25:27
put the uh votes in three times you know
  • 25:27 - 25:29
they put them in three times mr
  • 25:29 - 25:30
president they did not put that
  • 25:30 - 25:33
we we can we did an audit of that and
  • 25:33 - 25:35
we've proved conclusively that they were
  • 25:35 - 25:36
    not scanned three times
  • 25:36 - 25:38
where was everybody else at that late
  • 25:38 - 25:40
    time in the morning
  • 25:40 - 25:41
where was everybody where were the
  • 25:41 - 25:43
    republicans where were the security
  • 25:43 - 25:44
    guards
  • 25:44 - 25:45
where were the people that were there
  • 25:45 - 25:47
    just a little while before
  • 25:47 - 25:49
when everyone ran out of the room how
  • 25:49 - 25:51
come how come we had no security in the
  • 25:51 - 25:51
    room
  • 25:51 - 25:53
why did they run to the bottom of the
  • 25:53 - 25:55
    table
  • 25:55 - 25:57
why did they run there and just open the
  • 25:57 - 25:58
    skirt and
  • 25:58 - 26:00
rip out the uh and rip out the votes i
  • 26:00 - 26:01
    mean
  • 26:01 - 26:04
brad and they were sitting there i think
  • 26:04 - 26:06
for five hours or something like that
  • 26:06 - 26:08
the most but they just all happened to
  • 26:08 - 26:10
    run back and go
  • 26:10 - 26:13
you know brad yeah mr president we'll
  • 26:13 - 26:15
send you the link from wsb that doesn't
  • 26:15 - 26:16
    i don't care about a link i don't need
  • 26:16 - 26:18
it i have a lot of much better brand i
  • 26:18 - 26:18
    have a much
  • 26:18 - 26:21
better list i will tell you i've seen
  • 26:21 - 26:22
    the tape
  • 26:22 - 26:25
the full tape so has alex we've watched
  • 26:25 - 26:26
    it
  • 26:26 - 26:30
and what we saw and what we've confirmed
  • 26:30 - 26:33
in the timing is that they made
  • 26:33 - 26:34
    everybody leave
  • 26:34 - 26:37
we have sworn after david saying that
  • 26:37 - 26:38
and then they continue then they begin
  • 26:38 - 26:39
    to
  • 26:39 - 26:42
process ballots and our estimate is
  • 26:42 - 26:45
that there are roughly 18 000 ballots we
  • 26:45 - 26:45
    don't know that
  • 26:45 - 26:48
if you know that it was 18 000 ballots
  • 26:48 - 26:49
    but they used each one
  • 26:49 - 26:53
    three times well i don't
  • 27:02 - 27:04
but nobody can make a case for that
  • 27:04 - 27:05
brett nobody i mean look that's
  • 27:05 - 27:08
you'd have to be a child to think
  • 27:08 - 27:09
    anything other than that
  • 27:09 - 27:11
just a child i mean you have you never
  • 27:11 - 27:12
    trump
  • 27:12 - 27:15
attorneys how many ballots which is
  • 27:15 - 27:17
    right
  • 27:17 - 27:20
then we had gti certainly investigate
  • 27:20 - 27:22
    that
  • 27:22 - 27:24
we had our this is ryan germany we had
  • 27:24 - 27:25
    our law enforcement officers
  • 27:25 - 27:28
talk to everyone uh who was who was
  • 27:28 - 27:30
there after that event came to light
  • 27:30 - 27:33
the gbi was with them as well as fbi
  • 27:33 - 27:35
    agents
  • 27:35 - 27:36
well there's there's no way they could
  • 27:36 - 27:38
    buy then they're incompetent
  • 27:38 - 27:40
    they're they're either dishonest okay
  • 27:40 - 27:42
there's only two answers dishonesty or
  • 27:42 - 27:43
    incompetence
  • 27:43 - 27:46
there's just no way look there's no way
  • 27:46 - 27:47
    and on the other side
  • 27:47 - 27:49
    i said too there's no way i mean there's
  • 27:49 - 27:52
no way that these things could have been
  • 27:52 - 27:53
you know you have all these different
  • 27:53 - 27:55
people that that voted but they don't
  • 27:55 - 27:57
    live in georgia anymore
  • 27:57 - 27:59
uh what was that number clay that was a
  • 27:59 - 28:00
    pretty good number too
  • 28:00 - 28:03
yeah the number who had registered out
  • 28:03 - 28:03
    of state
  • 28:03 - 28:07
after they moved from georgia um
  • 28:07 - 28:09
and so they they had a date when they
  • 28:09 - 28:10
    moved from georgia
  • 28:10 - 28:13
they registered to vote out of state and
  • 28:13 - 28:13
    then it's like
  • 28:13 - 28:15
    4 500 i don't have that right in front
  • 28:15 - 28:17
of me and then they came back in and
  • 28:17 - 28:18
    they voted
  • 28:18 - 28:20
and voted no that was a large number
  • 28:20 - 28:22
though it was in the 20s
  • 28:22 - 28:25
and uh you know the point is going
  • 28:25 - 28:25
    through
  • 28:25 - 28:28
each of those as well and and those
  • 28:28 - 28:30
    numbers that we got um
  • 28:30 - 28:32
that miss mitchell was just saying
  • 28:32 - 28:34
they're not accurate everyone we've been
  • 28:34 - 28:35
    through
  • 28:35 - 28:37
are people that lived in georgia moved
  • 28:37 - 28:38
    to a different state
  • 28:38 - 28:40
but then moved back to georgia
  • 28:40 - 28:42
    legitimately and in many cases
  • 28:42 - 28:44
how many people do that i mean they
  • 28:44 - 28:45
moved out and then they said how to help
  • 28:45 - 28:47
with it i'll move back and you know
  • 28:47 - 28:50
it doesn't sound like a very normal like
  • 28:50 - 28:51
    you mean they moved out
  • 28:51 - 28:53
and what they missed it so much that
  • 28:53 - 28:55
they wanted to move back in you know
  • 28:55 - 28:56
    it's like
  • 28:56 - 28:57
it's great well and then this is they
  • 28:57 - 28:59
moved back in years ago this was not
  • 28:59 - 29:01
like something just before the election
  • 29:01 - 29:03
so there's something about that data
  • 29:03 - 29:05
that it's just not accurate well i don't
  • 29:05 - 29:06
    know we i mean
  • 29:06 - 29:09
all i know is that it is it is certified
  • 29:09 - 29:09
    and
  • 29:09 - 29:13
they moved out of georgia and they voted
  • 29:13 - 29:15
it didn't say they moved back in plato
  • 29:15 - 29:17
    did it
  • 29:17 - 29:19
no but i mean we look we're looking at
  • 29:19 - 29:20
    the voter register
  • 29:20 - 29:22
again if you have additional records
  • 29:22 - 29:25
    we've been asking for that
  • 29:25 - 29:27
but you haven't shared any of that with
  • 29:27 - 29:28
    us you just
  • 29:28 - 29:30
keep saying you've been a lot of it you
  • 29:30 - 29:32
don't need to be shared i mean to be
  • 29:32 - 29:35
    honest they should share it
  • 29:35 - 29:36
they should share it because you want to
  • 29:36 - 29:38
get to an honest election i won this
  • 29:38 - 29:40
election by hundreds of thousands of
  • 29:40 - 29:40
    votes
  • 29:40 - 29:43
there's no way i lost georgia there's no
  • 29:43 - 29:45
way we won by hundreds of thousands of
  • 29:45 - 29:46
    votes
  • 29:46 - 29:48
i'm just going by small numbers when you
  • 29:48 - 29:50
add them up there many times the eleven
  • 29:50 - 29:51
    thousand but
  • 29:51 - 29:53
but i won that state by hundreds of
  • 29:53 - 29:54
    thousands of us
  • 29:54 - 29:57
now do you think it's possible that they
  • 29:57 - 29:58
    uh shredded
  • 29:58 - 30:00
ballots in uh fulton county because
  • 30:00 - 30:02
    that's what the rumor is
  • 30:02 - 30:05
and also that dominion took out machines
  • 30:05 - 30:08
uh that dominion is really moving fast
  • 30:08 - 30:09
    to get rid of their
  • 30:09 - 30:13
uh machinery do you know anything about
  • 30:13 - 30:15
    that
  • 30:15 - 30:18
because that's illegal ryan germany no
  • 30:18 - 30:19
    dominion has not
  • 30:19 - 30:21
um moved any machinery out of fulton
  • 30:21 - 30:22
county we're having well but no but
  • 30:22 - 30:25
but if they move have they have they
  • 30:25 - 30:25
    moved
  • 30:25 - 30:28
the inner parts of the machines and
  • 30:28 - 30:31
    replaced them with other parts
  • 30:31 - 30:34
    no is yours ryan
  • 30:34 - 30:37
i'm sure i'm sure mr president what
  • 30:37 - 30:39
    about what about the uh
  • 30:39 - 30:41
what about the ballots the shredding of
  • 30:41 - 30:42
    the ballast
  • 30:42 - 30:45
have they been shredding ballots no the
  • 30:45 - 30:47
only investigation that we have into
  • 30:47 - 30:48
that they have not been shredding any
  • 30:48 - 30:49
    ballots
  • 30:49 - 30:51
there was an issue in cobb county where
  • 30:51 - 30:53
    they were doing normal
  • 30:53 - 30:55
uh you know office shredding getting rid
  • 30:55 - 30:56
    of old stuff
  • 30:56 - 30:58
and we investigated death but this is
  • 30:58 - 31:02
stuff from you know past elections
  • 31:03 - 31:06
it doesn't pass the smell test though
  • 31:06 - 31:07
    because we hear they're shredding
  • 31:07 - 31:10
    thousands and thousands of ballots
  • 31:10 - 31:11
uh and now what they're saying oh we're
  • 31:11 - 31:13
    just cleaning up the office
  • 31:13 - 31:16
you know i don't think that plays
  • 31:16 - 31:18
mr president the problem you have with
  • 31:18 - 31:20
    social media they can
  • 31:20 - 31:22
people can say you know no this isn't
  • 31:22 - 31:24
social media this is trump media
  • 31:24 - 31:26
    it's not social media it's it's it's
  • 31:26 - 31:28
really not it's not social media
  • 31:28 - 31:30
    i don't care about social but i couldn't
  • 31:30 - 31:32
    care less social media
  • 31:32 - 31:34
is big tech big tech is on your side you
  • 31:34 - 31:35
know i don't even know why you have a
  • 31:35 - 31:36
    side because
  • 31:36 - 31:38
you should want to have an accurate
  • 31:38 - 31:40
    election
  • 31:40 - 31:42
and you're a republican we believe but
  • 31:42 - 31:44
we do have an accurate election
  • 31:44 - 31:47
no i know you don't no no you know you
  • 31:47 - 31:48
    don't have
  • 31:48 - 31:50
you don't have not even close you got
  • 31:50 - 31:52
you're off by hundreds of thousands of
  • 31:52 - 31:52
    votes
  • 31:52 - 31:54
and just on the small numbers you're off
  • 31:54 - 31:56
    on these numbers
  • 31:56 - 31:58
and these numbers can't be just well why
  • 31:58 - 31:59
    won't
  • 31:59 - 32:02
okay so you send us into cobb county for
  • 32:02 - 32:05
uh signature verification right you send
  • 32:05 - 32:07
this into cop county which we didn't
  • 32:07 - 32:08
    want to go into
  • 32:08 - 32:10
uh and you said it would be open to the
  • 32:10 - 32:12
public and we could have our
  • 32:12 - 32:14
so we had our experts there they weren't
  • 32:14 - 32:16
allowed into the room but we didn't want
  • 32:16 - 32:18
cobb county we wanted fulton county
  • 32:18 - 32:21
and you wouldn't give it to us now why
  • 32:21 - 32:21
    aren't we doing
  • 32:21 - 32:23
signature and why can't it be open to
  • 32:23 - 32:24
the public and why can't we have
  • 32:24 - 32:26
    professionals do it
  • 32:26 - 32:28
instead of rank amateurs that will never
  • 32:28 - 32:30
find anything and and don't want to find
  • 32:30 - 32:31
anything they don't want to find you
  • 32:31 - 32:33
know they don't want to find anything
  • 32:33 - 32:35
someday you'll tell me the reason why
  • 32:35 - 32:36
    because i don't understand your
  • 32:36 - 32:38
reasoning but someday you'll tell me the
  • 32:38 - 32:39
    reason why
  • 32:39 - 32:43
but why don't you we chose
  • 32:43 - 32:47
what sorry go ahead yeah why did
  • 32:47 - 32:49
why okay so why did you do cop counting
  • 32:49 - 32:51
we didn't even request we requested
  • 32:51 - 32:58
    fulton county not cobb county
  • 32:59 - 33:01
we chose cobb county because that was
  • 33:01 - 33:03
the only county where there's been any
  • 33:03 - 33:04
    evidence submitted
  • 33:04 - 33:06
that the signature verification was not
  • 33:06 - 33:08
    properly done no but but
  • 33:08 - 33:10
i told you but we're not we're not
  • 33:10 - 33:13
    saying that we are
  • 33:13 - 33:15
we're the agreed party fulton county
  • 33:15 - 33:16
    look
  • 33:16 - 33:18
stacy in my opinion stacy is as
  • 33:18 - 33:20
    dishonest as they come
  • 33:20 - 33:23
she has outplayed you at every heart at
  • 33:23 - 33:24
    everything
  • 33:24 - 33:26
she got you to sign a totally
  • 33:26 - 33:27
    unconstitutional
  • 33:27 - 33:31
uh agreement which which is a disastrous
  • 33:31 - 33:31
    agreement
  • 33:31 - 33:33
you can't check signatures you can't do
  • 33:33 - 33:35
    it i can't imagine
  • 33:35 - 33:37
you're allowed to do harvesting i guess
  • 33:37 - 33:39
in that agree that agreement is a
  • 33:39 - 33:40
    disaster for
  • 33:40 - 33:43
for this country and but she got you
  • 33:43 - 33:45
    somehow to sign that thing
  • 33:45 - 33:49
and she is a she's outsmarted you at
  • 33:49 - 33:52
every step and i i hate to imagine
  • 33:52 - 33:53
    what's gonna happen
  • 33:53 - 33:56
on monday or tuesday but it's very scary
  • 33:56 - 33:57
    to people
  • 33:57 - 33:59
you know where the ballots flow in out
  • 33:59 - 34:01
of nowhere it's very scary to people
  • 34:01 - 34:04
that consent decree is a disaster it's a
  • 34:04 - 34:06
    disaster
  • 34:06 - 34:08
a a very good lawyer who examined it
  • 34:08 - 34:11
said they've never seen anything like it
  • 34:11 - 34:14
and uh service thing is still illegal in
  • 34:14 - 34:15
    the state of georgia
  • 34:15 - 34:17
and that settlement agreement did not
  • 34:17 - 34:18
    change that one
  • 34:18 - 34:20
    it's not a settlement agreement it's a
  • 34:20 - 34:22
consent decree it even says consent
  • 34:22 - 34:25
    decree on it doesn't it
  • 34:25 - 34:28
it uses the term consent decree it
  • 34:28 - 34:30
    doesn't say settlement agreement it's a
  • 34:30 - 34:32
    consent to create a disaster
  • 34:32 - 34:35
    it's a settlement agreement what's
  • 34:35 - 34:38
what's written on top of it
  • 34:39 - 34:42
ryan i don't i don't have it in front of
  • 34:42 - 34:44
me but it was not entered by the court
  • 34:44 - 34:45
    it's not a court order
  • 34:45 - 34:48
no it's it's called but ryan it's called
  • 34:48 - 34:49
the consent decree is that right on the
  • 34:49 - 34:51
    paper is that right
  • 34:51 - 34:54
    i don't i i i don't i don't believe so
  • 34:54 - 34:55
but i don't have it in front of me
  • 34:55 - 34:58
    okay whatever it's a disaster it's a
  • 34:58 - 35:00
    disaster
  • 35:00 - 35:03
uh look here's the problem we can go
  • 35:03 - 35:03
    through
  • 35:03 - 35:06
    signature verification and we'll find
  • 35:06 - 35:08
hundreds of thousands of signatures if
  • 35:08 - 35:10
    you let us do it
  • 35:10 - 35:12
and the only way you can do it as you
  • 35:12 - 35:13
know is to go to the past
  • 35:13 - 35:15
but you didn't do that in cobb county
  • 35:15 - 35:17
you just looked at one page compared to
  • 35:17 - 35:18
    another
  • 35:18 - 35:20
the only way you can do a signature
  • 35:20 - 35:23
    verification is go from
  • 35:23 - 35:26
the one that signed it into in
  • 35:26 - 35:29
    november whatever recently and compare
  • 35:29 - 35:30
    compared to two years ago
  • 35:30 - 35:33
four years ago six years ago you know or
  • 35:33 - 35:34
    or even
  • 35:34 - 35:36
one and you'll find that you have many
  • 35:36 - 35:37
    different signatures
  • 35:37 - 35:41
    but in in uh fulton
  • 35:41 - 35:43
where they dump to ballots you will find
  • 35:43 - 35:45
that you have many that aren't even
  • 35:45 - 35:46
    signed
  • 35:46 - 35:48
and you have many that are forgeries
  • 35:48 - 35:49
    okay
  • 35:49 - 35:52
you know that you know that you have no
  • 35:52 - 35:54
    doubt about that
  • 35:54 - 35:57
and you will find you will be at 11
  • 35:57 - 36:00
    000 779 within minutes
  • 36:00 - 36:03
because fulton county is totally corrupt
  • 36:03 - 36:06
and so is she totally corrupt
  • 36:06 - 36:09
    and they're going around
  • 36:09 - 36:11
playing you and laughing at you behind
  • 36:11 - 36:13
    your back brad
  • 36:13 - 36:14
whether you know it or not they're
  • 36:14 - 36:16
    laughing at you
  • 36:16 - 36:17
    and you've taken a state that's a
  • 36:17 - 36:19
    republican state
  • 36:19 - 36:21
and you've made it almost impossible for
  • 36:21 - 36:22
    a republican to win
  • 36:22 - 36:24
because of cheating because they cheated
  • 36:24 - 36:28
    like nobody's ever cheated before
  • 36:28 - 36:31
and i don't care how long it takes me
  • 36:31 - 36:32
you know we're going to have other
  • 36:32 - 36:34
    states coming forward pretty good
  • 36:34 - 36:38
but i won't this is never given this is
  • 36:38 - 36:42
    we have some incredible talent
  • 36:42 - 36:44
said they've never seen anything now the
  • 36:44 - 36:45
problem is they need more time for the
  • 36:45 - 36:47
big numbers but they are very
  • 36:47 - 36:48
    substantial numbers
  • 36:48 - 36:49
but and i think you're going to find
  • 36:49 - 36:51
that they uh by the way
  • 36:51 - 36:53
    a little information i think you're
  • 36:53 - 36:55
going gonna find that they are shredding
  • 36:55 - 36:55
    ballots
  • 36:55 - 36:56
because they have to get rid of the
  • 36:56 - 36:58
ballots because the ballots are unsigned
  • 36:58 - 36:59
    the ballots are
  • 36:59 - 37:03
    are corrupt
  • 37:03 - 37:04
and they're brand new and they don't
  • 37:04 - 37:06
have seals and there's a whole thing
  • 37:06 - 37:07
    with the ballots but
  • 37:07 - 37:08
the ballots are corrupt and you're going
  • 37:08 - 37:10
    to find that they are
  • 37:10 - 37:12
    which is totally illegal it's it's it's
  • 37:12 - 37:14
more illegal for you than it is for them
  • 37:14 - 37:16
because you know what they did and
  • 37:16 - 37:17
    you're not reporting it that's a
  • 37:17 - 37:20
    you know that's a criminal that's a
  • 37:20 - 37:21
    criminal offense
  • 37:21 - 37:23
and and you know you can't let that
  • 37:23 - 37:25
    happen that's that's a big risk
  • 37:25 - 37:28
to you and to ryan your lawyers that's a
  • 37:28 - 37:29
    big risk
  • 37:29 - 37:32
but they are shredding ballots in my
  • 37:32 - 37:32
    opinion
  • 37:32 - 37:35
based on what i've heard and they are
  • 37:35 - 37:37
    removing machinery
  • 37:37 - 37:39
uh and they're moving it as fast as they
  • 37:39 - 37:40
    can
  • 37:40 - 37:42
both of which are criminal fines and you
  • 37:42 - 37:44
can't let it happen and you are letting
  • 37:44 - 37:45
it happen or you know i mean
  • 37:45 - 37:47
i'm notifying you that you're letting it
  • 37:47 - 37:48
    happen
  • 37:48 - 37:52
so look all i want to do is this i just
  • 37:52 - 37:53
    want to find
  • 37:53 - 37:58
    uh 11 780
  • 37:58 - 38:02
votes which is one more that we have
  • 38:02 - 38:04
because we won the state and flipping
  • 38:04 - 38:05
    the state
  • 38:05 - 38:08
is a great testament to our country
  • 38:08 - 38:08
    because
  • 38:08 - 38:11
you know and there's this there's just
  • 38:11 - 38:13
it's a testament that they can admit to
  • 38:13 - 38:16
a mistake or whatever you want to call
  • 38:16 - 38:17
it if it was a mistake i don't know
  • 38:17 - 38:19
a lot of people think it wasn't a
  • 38:19 - 38:20
    mistake it was much more
  • 38:20 - 38:23
uh criminal than that but it's a big
  • 38:23 - 38:25
problem in georgia and it's it's not a
  • 38:25 - 38:27
    problem that's going away
  • 38:27 - 38:28
i mean you know it's not a problem
  • 38:28 - 38:30
    that's going away
  • 38:30 - 38:32
and and we got it this is ryan we're
  • 38:32 - 38:34
looking into every one of those things
  • 38:34 - 38:35
    that that you mentioned
  • 38:35 - 38:38
um but if you find them you've got to
  • 38:38 - 38:39
    say it right
  • 38:39 - 38:43
there right and then i'm going
  • 38:43 - 38:45
to tell you what we are seeing go ahead
  • 38:45 - 38:46
    good we
  • 38:46 - 38:49
what we're saying is not at all
  • 38:49 - 38:51
what you're describing right these are
  • 38:51 - 38:53
investigators from our office these are
  • 38:53 - 38:55
    investigators from
  • 38:55 - 38:58
uh gbi um and they're looking and
  • 38:58 - 38:59
    they're good
  • 38:59 - 39:01
and that's not what they're seeing and
  • 39:01 - 39:03
    we'll keep we'll we'll keep looking
  • 39:03 - 39:04
we'll keep looking at all these things
  • 39:04 - 39:05
well you better check on the ballots
  • 39:05 - 39:07
because they are shredding ballots bro
  • 39:07 - 39:09
i'm just telling you ryan they're
  • 39:09 - 39:11
    shredding ballots
  • 39:11 - 39:14
and uh you should look at that very
  • 39:14 - 39:18
    carefully because that's so illegal
  • 39:18 - 39:20
you know you may not even believe it
  • 39:20 - 39:22
because it's so bad but but
  • 39:22 - 39:24
    they're shredding ballots because they
  • 39:24 - 39:25
think we're going to eventually get
  • 39:25 - 39:27
there because we'll eventually get into
  • 39:27 - 39:28
    fulton
  • 39:28 - 39:31
you know it's in my opinion it's my
  • 39:31 - 39:34
    opinion it's never too late
  • 39:34 - 39:39
so oh so oh little double uh
  • 39:39 - 39:42
so um so that's the story
  • 39:42 - 39:47
fellas i look we need only 11 000 votes
  • 39:47 - 39:47
    we have far
  • 39:47 - 39:50
more than that as it stands now we'll
  • 39:50 - 39:50
    have
  • 39:50 - 39:53
    more and more uh and
  • 39:53 - 39:55
do you have provisional ballots at all
  • 39:55 - 39:56
    uh brad
  • 39:56 - 40:00
    provisional ballots provisional ballots
  • 40:00 - 40:01
    are
  • 40:01 - 40:03
allowed you know by state law sure but
  • 40:03 - 40:06
you have them i mean are they counted or
  • 40:06 - 40:08
did you just hold them back because they
  • 40:08 - 40:10
you know in other words how many
  • 40:10 - 40:11
provisional ballots do you have in the
  • 40:11 - 40:13
    state
  • 40:13 - 40:16
we'll get you that number because uh
  • 40:16 - 40:17
most of them are made out to the name
  • 40:17 - 40:18
    trump
  • 40:18 - 40:19
because these are people that were
  • 40:19 - 40:22
    scammed when they came in
  • 40:22 - 40:23
and we have thousands of people that
  • 40:23 - 40:26
have testified or that want to testify
  • 40:26 - 40:29
when they came in they were proudly
  • 40:29 - 40:31
going to vote on november 3rd
  • 40:31 - 40:33
and they were told i'm sorry you've
  • 40:33 - 40:34
    already been voted for
  • 40:34 - 40:38
you've already voted the women men
  • 40:38 - 40:40
started screaming no i proudly voted
  • 40:40 - 40:42
till november third they said i'm sorry
  • 40:42 - 40:45
but you already been voted for and you
  • 40:45 - 40:47
    have a ballot
  • 40:47 - 40:49
and these people are beside themselves
  • 40:49 - 40:51
so they went out and they filled in a
  • 40:51 - 40:52
    provisional ballot
  • 40:52 - 40:55
putting the name trump on it and what
  • 40:55 - 40:58
about that batch of military ballots
  • 40:58 - 40:59
that came in and even though i won the
  • 40:59 - 41:01
    military by a lot
  • 41:01 - 41:03
it was a hundred percent trump do you
  • 41:03 - 41:04
    know i mean 100
  • 41:04 - 41:07
biden do you know about that a large
  • 41:07 - 41:09
group of ballots came in i think it was
  • 41:09 - 41:10
    the fulton county
  • 41:10 - 41:12
and they just happened to be a hundred
  • 41:12 - 41:15
    percent for trump even though
  • 41:15 - 41:18
even though trump won the military by a
  • 41:18 - 41:18
    lot
  • 41:18 - 41:21
you know a tremendous amount but these
  • 41:21 - 41:22
    ballots were 100
  • 41:22 - 41:25
forbidden and you know about that a very
  • 41:25 - 41:27
    substantial number came in
  • 41:27 - 41:29
    all for bud
  • 41:32 - 41:35
does anybody know about it i know about
  • 41:35 - 41:37
    it but we were never
  • 41:37 - 41:39
well okay clean away i'm not asking you
  • 41:39 - 41:41
    tolena honestly
  • 41:41 - 41:44
i'm asking i'm asking brad you know
  • 41:44 - 41:46
about the military ballots that we have
  • 41:46 - 41:48
confirmed now do you know about the
  • 41:48 - 41:50
military ballots that came in that were
  • 41:50 - 41:52
uh a hundred percent i mean a hundred
  • 41:52 - 41:56
percent for biden do you know about that
  • 41:56 - 41:58
and i don't know about that i do know
  • 41:58 - 41:59
    that um we have
  • 41:59 - 42:01
when when military ballots come in it's
  • 42:01 - 42:04
not just military it's also military and
  • 42:04 - 42:08
    overseas citizens the military
  • 42:08 - 42:10
part of that does generally go
  • 42:10 - 42:12
republican the overseas citizen part of
  • 42:12 - 42:13
    it
  • 42:13 - 42:16
generally goes very democrat no but this
  • 42:16 - 42:16
    was
  • 42:16 - 42:19
    you're next yeah that's okay but i get i
  • 42:19 - 42:21
    got like 78
  • 42:21 - 42:23
in the military these ballots were all
  • 42:23 - 42:24
    for this this they were
  • 42:24 - 42:26
they didn't tell me overseas could be
  • 42:26 - 42:27
overseas too but i get votes overseas
  • 42:27 - 42:29
too ryan you know in all fairness
  • 42:29 - 42:32
no they came in a large batch came in
  • 42:32 - 42:33
    and it was
  • 42:33 - 42:36
    quote uh 100 for biden
  • 42:36 - 42:40
and that is criminal you know that's
  • 42:40 - 42:40
    criminal
  • 42:40 - 42:42
    okay that's another criminal that's
  • 42:42 - 42:44
another of the many criminal events
  • 42:44 - 42:48
    many criminal events here um
  • 42:48 - 42:51
    i don't know look brad i gotta get i
  • 42:51 - 42:53
    have to find
  • 42:53 - 42:55
twelve thousand votes and i have them
  • 42:55 - 42:56
    times
  • 42:56 - 42:59
a lot and therefore i won the state
  • 42:59 - 43:02
that's before we go to the next step
  • 43:02 - 43:04
which is in the process of right now
  • 43:04 - 43:07
you know and i watched you this morning
  • 43:07 - 43:08
    and you said
  • 43:08 - 43:11
uh well there was no criminality but i i
  • 43:11 - 43:13
mean all of this stuff is
  • 43:13 - 43:15
is very dangerous stuff when you talk
  • 43:15 - 43:17
about no criminality i think it's very
  • 43:17 - 43:18
    dangerous
  • 43:18 - 43:20
for you to say that i just i just don't
  • 43:20 - 43:21
    know why
  • 43:21 - 43:24
you don't want to have the votes counted
  • 43:24 - 43:27
as they are like even you when you went
  • 43:27 - 43:29
and did that check and i was surprised
  • 43:29 - 43:30
because you know i didn't consider
  • 43:30 - 43:33
the check and we found a few thousand
  • 43:33 - 43:33
    votes that were
  • 43:33 - 43:36
against me i was actually surprised
  • 43:36 - 43:37
because the way that check was done
  • 43:37 - 43:39
all you you're doing is we you know
  • 43:39 - 43:40
    recertifying
  • 43:40 - 43:44
    existing votes and you know
  • 43:44 - 43:45
you were given votes and you just
  • 43:45 - 43:47
counted them up and you still found
  • 43:47 - 43:48
    three thousand that were bad
  • 43:48 - 43:51
that was sort of surprising that came
  • 43:51 - 43:52
    down three or five
  • 43:52 - 43:54
i don't know a lot it was still a lot of
  • 43:54 - 43:55
    votes but but
  • 43:55 - 43:58
you have to go back to check from past
  • 43:58 - 43:59
    years
  • 43:59 - 44:02
    with respect to uh signatures
  • 44:02 - 44:04
and if you check with fulton county
  • 44:04 - 44:05
    you'll have hundreds of thousands
  • 44:05 - 44:07
    because they dumped
  • 44:07 - 44:09
ballots into fulton county and the other
  • 44:09 - 44:11
    county next to it
  • 44:11 - 44:12
so what so what are we going to do here
  • 44:12 - 44:15
    folks i only need 11 000 votes
  • 44:15 - 44:17
    fellas i need 11 000 votes give me a
  • 44:17 - 44:18
    break
  • 44:18 - 44:21
uh you know we have that in spades
  • 44:21 - 44:22
    already
  • 44:22 - 44:24
or we can keep it going but that's not
  • 44:24 - 44:26
fair to the voters of georgia because
  • 44:26 - 44:29
they're going to see what happened
  • 44:29 - 44:31
and they're going to see what happened i
  • 44:31 - 44:32
    mean i'll
  • 44:32 - 44:34
i'll take on anybody you want with
  • 44:34 - 44:37
regard to ruby freeman and her lovely
  • 44:37 - 44:37
    daughter
  • 44:37 - 44:40
a very lovely young lady i'm sure but
  • 44:40 - 44:42
ruby friedman i i will take freeman
  • 44:42 - 44:45
i will take on anybody you want and the
  • 44:45 - 44:47
    the minimum
  • 44:47 - 44:49
there were 18 000 ballots but they used
  • 44:49 - 44:50
    them three times so that's
  • 44:50 - 44:53
you know a lot of votes uh
  • 44:53 - 44:55
and that one event and they were all
  • 44:55 - 44:56
dividing by the way that's the other
  • 44:56 - 44:57
    thing we didn't say
  • 44:57 - 45:00
you know the uh ruby friedman one thing
  • 45:00 - 45:01
i forgot to say which was the most
  • 45:01 - 45:02
    important
  • 45:02 - 45:04
you know that every single ballot she
  • 45:04 - 45:07
did went to biden you know that right
  • 45:07 - 45:10
do you know that by the way brett
  • 45:10 - 45:12
every single ballot that she did through
  • 45:12 - 45:14
    the machine
  • 45:14 - 45:18
at uh early early in the morning
  • 45:18 - 45:22
went to biden did you know that ryan
  • 45:22 - 45:26
that's not accurate mr president huh
  • 45:26 - 45:29
    what is accurate
  • 45:29 - 45:32
the numbers that we are showing are
  • 45:32 - 45:33
    accurate
  • 45:33 - 45:36
um no about ruby freeman about about
  • 45:36 - 45:39
early in the morning ryan when the woman
  • 45:39 - 45:40
took the you know when the whole gang
  • 45:40 - 45:41
took the stuff out of the
  • 45:41 - 45:45
from under the table right do you know
  • 45:45 - 45:47
that though do you know who those
  • 45:47 - 45:48
ballots you know who they were made out
  • 45:48 - 45:52
to do you know who they were voting for
  • 45:53 - 45:57
no not specifically did you ever check
  • 46:00 - 46:02
we we we did what i described the orange
  • 46:02 - 46:04
no no no did you ever check the ballots
  • 46:04 - 46:07
that were scammed by ruby freeman known
  • 46:07 - 46:11
a known uh political operative uh
  • 46:11 - 46:13
balloter did you ever check who those
  • 46:13 - 46:16
    votes were for
  • 46:16 - 46:18
we've looked into that situation that
  • 46:18 - 46:20
you described no they were 100
  • 46:20 - 46:23
    forbidden
  • 46:23 - 46:25
100 percent there wasn't a trump vote in
  • 46:25 - 46:28
    the whole group
  • 46:28 - 46:29
why don't you want to find this right
  • 46:29 - 46:31
what's wrong with you i heard that i
  • 46:31 - 46:31
    heard
  • 46:31 - 46:33
your lawyer is very difficult actually
  • 46:33 - 46:36
    but i'm sure you're a good lawyer
  • 46:36 - 46:39
you have a nice last name but but i'm
  • 46:39 - 46:42
    just curious
  • 46:42 - 46:44
why wouldn't why why do you keep
  • 46:44 - 46:45
    fighting this thing
  • 46:45 - 46:48
it just doesn't make sense we're way
  • 46:48 - 46:50
    over the
  • 46:50 - 46:52
    17779 right
  • 46:52 - 46:55
we're way over that number and
  • 46:55 - 46:59
just if you took just ruby freeman
  • 46:59 - 47:02
we're over that number by five five or
  • 47:02 - 47:04
six times when you multiply it out times
  • 47:04 - 47:05
    three
  • 47:05 - 47:09
uh and every single ballot went to
  • 47:09 - 47:13
    biden and
  • 47:13 - 47:15
and you didn't know that but now you
  • 47:15 - 47:16
    know it
  • 47:16 - 47:19
so so tell me brad what are we going to
  • 47:19 - 47:20
    do
  • 47:20 - 47:22
we won the election and it's not fair to
  • 47:22 - 47:25
take it away from us like this
  • 47:25 - 47:28
and it's going to be very costly in many
  • 47:28 - 47:29
    ways
  • 47:29 - 47:32
and i think you have to say that you're
  • 47:32 - 47:33
    going to re-examine it and
  • 47:33 - 47:35
you can re-examine it but but re-examine
  • 47:35 - 47:37
    it with people that
  • 47:37 - 47:38
want to find answers not people that
  • 47:38 - 47:42
    don't want to find answers
  • 47:42 - 47:44
for instance i'm hearing ryan and he's
  • 47:44 - 47:46
    probably
  • 47:46 - 47:47
i'm sure a great lawyer and everything
  • 47:47 - 47:49
    but he's making statements about
  • 47:49 - 47:52
those ballots that he doesn't know but
  • 47:52 - 47:53
    he's making him with such
  • 47:53 - 47:56
he he did make him with surety but now i
  • 47:56 - 47:58
think he's less sure because the answer
  • 47:58 - 48:00
is they all went to biden
  • 48:00 - 48:03
and that alone wins us the election
  • 48:03 - 48:07
    by a lot you know
  • 48:07 - 48:11
mr president you have people that submit
  • 48:11 - 48:12
    information
  • 48:12 - 48:14
and we have our people that submit
  • 48:14 - 48:15
    information
  • 48:15 - 48:17
and then it comes before the court and
  • 48:17 - 48:18
the court then has to make a
  • 48:18 - 48:20
    determination
  • 48:20 - 48:21
we have to stand by our numbers we
  • 48:21 - 48:23
    believe our numbers are right
  • 48:23 - 48:25
why do you say that though i don't know
  • 48:25 - 48:27
i mean sure we can play this game with
  • 48:27 - 48:27
    the courts
  • 48:27 - 48:29
but why do you say that first of all
  • 48:29 - 48:32
they don't even assign us a judge
  • 48:32 - 48:35
they don't even assign us a judge uh
  • 48:35 - 48:38
but why wouldn't you if hey brad
  • 48:38 - 48:41
why wouldn't you want to check out ruby
  • 48:41 - 48:42
    freeman
  • 48:42 - 48:45
and why wouldn't you want to say hey if
  • 48:45 - 48:46
    if in fact
  • 48:46 - 48:49
president trump is right about that then
  • 48:49 - 48:51
he wins the state of georgia just that
  • 48:51 - 48:53
one incident alone without going through
  • 48:53 - 48:56
hundreds of thousands of drop ballots
  • 48:56 - 48:58
you just say you stick by you i mean
  • 48:58 - 49:00
    i've been watching you for
  • 49:00 - 49:01
you know you don't care about anything
  • 49:01 - 49:03
    your numbers are right
  • 49:03 - 49:05
but your numbers aren't right they're
  • 49:05 - 49:07
really wrong and they're really wrong
  • 49:07 - 49:08
    brad
  • 49:08 - 49:09
and i know this phone call's going
  • 49:09 - 49:11
    nowhere other than
  • 49:11 - 49:14
    other than ultimately you know
  • 49:14 - 49:18
look ultimately i win okay because mr
  • 49:18 - 49:19
    secretary
  • 49:19 - 49:21
you guys are so wrong and you've treated
  • 49:21 - 49:23
this you've treated the population of
  • 49:23 - 49:25
    georgia so badly
  • 49:25 - 49:27
you between you and your governor who
  • 49:27 - 49:29
wouldn't who was down at 21
  • 49:29 - 49:33
he was down 21 points and like a schmuck
  • 49:33 - 49:33
    i
  • 49:33 - 49:36
endorsed him and got he got elected but
  • 49:36 - 49:36
    uh
  • 49:36 - 49:39
i will tell you he's a disaster and
  • 49:39 - 49:40
    he'll never
  • 49:40 - 49:43
i can't imagine the people are so angry
  • 49:43 - 49:44
    in georgia i can't imagine
  • 49:44 - 49:45
he's ever getting elected again i'll
  • 49:45 - 49:47
tell you that much right now
  • 49:47 - 49:49
but but why wouldn't you want to find
  • 49:49 - 49:51
the right answer brad instead of
  • 49:51 - 49:54
keep saying that the numbers are right
  • 49:54 - 49:59
because those numbers are so wrong
  • 49:59 - 50:01
mr secretary mr president i mean one of
  • 50:01 - 50:02
    the things that
  • 50:02 - 50:05
we have been alex can talk about this
  • 50:05 - 50:07
    we've talked about it
  • 50:07 - 50:09
and i don't know whether the information
  • 50:09 - 50:10
    has been conveyed to
  • 50:10 - 50:13
your office but i think what the
  • 50:13 - 50:14
    president's saying
  • 50:14 - 50:16
what we've been trying to do is to say
  • 50:16 - 50:18
    look the court is not
  • 50:18 - 50:20
acting on our petition they haven't even
  • 50:20 - 50:21
    assigned a judge
  • 50:21 - 50:23
but the people of georgia and the people
  • 50:23 - 50:25
of america have a right to know
  • 50:25 - 50:28
the answers and you have data and
  • 50:28 - 50:31
records that we don't have access to
  • 50:31 - 50:33
and you keep telling us and making
  • 50:33 - 50:34
    public statements
  • 50:34 - 50:36
that you've investigated this and you
  • 50:36 - 50:38
    know nothing to see here
  • 50:38 - 50:41
but we don't know about that all we know
  • 50:41 - 50:43
    is what you tell us
  • 50:43 - 50:44
what i don't understand is why it
  • 50:44 - 50:47
wouldn't be in everyone's best interest
  • 50:47 - 50:51
    to um to try to
  • 50:51 - 50:54
get to the bottom compare the numbers
  • 50:54 - 50:55
    you know if you say
  • 50:55 - 50:59
because if to try to be able to get to
  • 50:59 - 51:02
the truth and that we because
  • 51:02 - 51:06
we don't have any way of confirming
  • 51:06 - 51:09
what you're telling us you tell us that
  • 51:09 - 51:10
you've had an investigation of the state
  • 51:10 - 51:12
    farm arena
  • 51:12 - 51:14
    i i don't have any report i've never
  • 51:14 - 51:16
    seen a reported investigation i don't
  • 51:16 - 51:18
    know what that is
  • 51:18 - 51:20
i've been pretty involved in this i
  • 51:20 - 51:22
    don't know and that's just
  • 51:22 - 51:26
    one of like 25 categories
  • 51:26 - 51:28
and it doesn't even and and as i as the
  • 51:28 - 51:30
    president said we haven't even
  • 51:30 - 51:33
gotten into the dominion issue that's
  • 51:33 - 51:36
not part of our case it's not part of
  • 51:36 - 51:37
we we just didn't feel as though we had
  • 51:37 - 51:39
    any way
  • 51:39 - 51:41
to be able to develop no we do have a
  • 51:41 - 51:44
way but i don't want to get into it
  • 51:44 - 51:46
have we found a way in other states
  • 51:46 - 51:48
later excuse me but we don't need it
  • 51:48 - 51:50
because we're only down 11 000 votes so
  • 51:50 - 51:53
    we don't even need it
  • 51:53 - 51:55
i personally think they're corrupt as
  • 51:55 - 51:57
hell but we don't need that
  • 51:57 - 51:59
because all we have to do later is find
  • 51:59 - 52:01
    11 000 plus votes
  • 52:01 - 52:05
so we don't need that i'm not looking to
  • 52:05 - 52:07
to shake up the whole world we want
  • 52:07 - 52:09
    georgia easily
  • 52:09 - 52:11
we want to buy hundreds of thousands of
  • 52:11 - 52:12
votes but if you go by
  • 52:12 - 52:15
basic simple numbers we want it easily
  • 52:15 - 52:16
    easily
  • 52:16 - 52:19
so we're not giving uh dominion a pass
  • 52:19 - 52:20
    on the record
  • 52:20 - 52:23
right exactly but we just don't you know
  • 52:23 - 52:24
we don't need dominion because we have
  • 52:24 - 52:26
    so many other votes
  • 52:26 - 52:28
that we don't need to prove it any more
  • 52:28 - 52:30
    than we already have
  • 52:30 - 52:33
mr president this is kurt hillberg if i
  • 52:33 - 52:33
    might
  • 52:33 - 52:37
come back here for a moment um ryan uh i
  • 52:37 - 52:38
    would like to suggest
  • 52:38 - 52:41
that just four categories that have
  • 52:41 - 52:43
already been mentioned by the president
  • 52:43 - 52:47
uh that have actually hard numbers of 24
  • 52:47 - 52:50
149 votes that were counted illegally
  • 52:50 - 52:52
that in and of itself is sufficient to
  • 52:52 - 52:54
change the results or place the outcome
  • 52:54 - 52:55
    in doubt
  • 52:55 - 52:57
um we would like to just sit down with
  • 52:57 - 52:58
your office and we can do it through
  • 52:58 - 53:00
    purposes of compromise compromising
  • 53:00 - 53:02
settlement just like this phone call
  • 53:02 - 53:04
just to deal with that limited category
  • 53:04 - 53:05
    of votes
  • 53:05 - 53:07
and if you were able to establish that
  • 53:07 - 53:09
    our numbers are not accurate
  • 53:09 - 53:12
then fine however we believe that they
  • 53:12 - 53:13
    are accurate we've had
  • 53:13 - 53:16
now three to four separate experts look
  • 53:16 - 53:17
    at these numbers
  • 53:17 - 53:19
these numbers are based upon the usb and
  • 53:19 - 53:21
    certified certified accountants looked
  • 53:21 - 53:22
    at them
  • 53:22 - 53:25
correct and this is just based on usps
  • 53:25 - 53:27
data and your own secretary of state
  • 53:27 - 53:28
    data
  • 53:28 - 53:31
so that's what we would entreat and ask
  • 53:31 - 53:33
you to do to sit down with us
  • 53:33 - 53:37
in a compromise and settlements you know
  • 53:37 - 53:40
proceeding and actually go through the
  • 53:40 - 53:41
    registered voter ids and the
  • 53:41 - 53:42
    registrations
  • 53:42 - 53:45
and if you can convince us that that 24
  • 53:45 - 53:48
    149 is inaccurate then fine
  • 53:48 - 53:51
but we we tend to believe that that is
  • 53:51 - 53:53
you know obviously more than 11
  • 53:53 - 53:56
779 that's sufficient to change the
  • 53:56 - 53:59
results entirely in and of itself so
  • 53:59 - 54:03
what would you say to that mr germany
  • 54:03 - 54:06
    kurt um i'm happy to
  • 54:06 - 54:08
i'll give with our lawyers and we'll set
  • 54:08 - 54:09
    that up um
  • 54:09 - 54:11
that number is not accurate and i think
  • 54:11 - 54:13
we can show you for all the ones we've
  • 54:13 - 54:14
    looked at
  • 54:14 - 54:17
uh why it's not uh and so if that
  • 54:17 - 54:19
that would be helpful i'm happy to keep
  • 54:19 - 54:20
with our lawyers and set that up with
  • 54:20 - 54:22
    you guys
  • 54:22 - 54:25
well let me kurt you think that is an
  • 54:25 - 54:26
    accurate number
  • 54:26 - 54:28
that was based on the information given
  • 54:28 - 54:30
to you by the secretary of state's
  • 54:30 - 54:31
    department right
  • 54:31 - 54:33
that that is correct that that
  • 54:33 - 54:35
    information is the minimum most
  • 54:35 - 54:36
    conservative data
  • 54:36 - 54:39
based upon the usps data and the
  • 54:39 - 54:41
    secretary of state's office data
  • 54:41 - 54:42
that has been made publicly available we
  • 54:42 - 54:44
do not have the internal numbers from
  • 54:44 - 54:45
    the secretary of state
  • 54:45 - 54:48
yet we have asked for it six times i've
  • 54:48 - 54:49
sent a letter over to mr anolewitz
  • 54:49 - 54:51
    several times uh requesting this
  • 54:51 - 54:53
information and it's been rebuffed every
  • 54:53 - 54:55
    single time so
  • 54:55 - 54:57
it stands to reason that if the
  • 54:57 - 54:58
    information is not worth company
  • 54:58 - 55:00
    forthcoming there's something to hide
  • 55:00 - 55:04
that's the problem that we have
  • 55:04 - 55:05
well that's not the case there are
  • 55:05 - 55:07
things that that you guys are
  • 55:07 - 55:08
are entitled to get and there's things
  • 55:08 - 55:10
that under law we are not allowed
  • 55:10 - 55:12
to give out well you have to well under
  • 55:12 - 55:13
law you're not allowed to give
  • 55:13 - 55:16
faulty election results okay you're not
  • 55:16 - 55:17
allowed to do that and that's what
  • 55:17 - 55:18
    you've done
  • 55:18 - 55:21
this is a faulty election result and
  • 55:21 - 55:22
    honestly
  • 55:22 - 55:23
this should go very fast you should meet
  • 55:23 - 55:26
tomorrow because you have a big election
  • 55:26 - 55:28
election coming up and because of what
  • 55:28 - 55:29
you've done to the president you know
  • 55:29 - 55:31
    the people of uh
  • 55:31 - 55:33
georgia know that this was a scam and
  • 55:33 - 55:34
because of what you've done to the
  • 55:34 - 55:36
president a lot of people aren't going
  • 55:36 - 55:37
    out to vote
  • 55:37 - 55:39
and a lot of republicans are going to
  • 55:39 - 55:41
vote negative because they hate what you
  • 55:41 - 55:42
    did to the president
  • 55:42 - 55:44
okay they hate him and they're going to
  • 55:44 - 55:46
vote and if you would be
  • 55:46 - 55:49
respected if really respected if this
  • 55:49 - 55:51
    thing could be straightened out
  • 55:51 - 55:53
before the election you have a big
  • 55:53 - 55:56
    election coming up on tuesday
  • 55:56 - 55:58
and therefore i think that it really is
  • 55:58 - 56:00
important that you meet tomorrow and
  • 56:00 - 56:02
    work out on these numbers
  • 56:02 - 56:05
because i know brad that if if you think
  • 56:05 - 56:07
we're right i think you're going to say
  • 56:07 - 56:09
and and i'm not looking to blame anybody
  • 56:09 - 56:11
i'm not blaming i'm just saying that
  • 56:11 - 56:14
you know you know under new counts and
  • 56:14 - 56:16
    under new uh
  • 56:16 - 56:19
views of of the election results we won
  • 56:19 - 56:20
    the election
  • 56:20 - 56:22
it's all you know it's very simple we
  • 56:22 - 56:24
    won the election
  • 56:24 - 56:26
as the governor of major states and the
  • 56:26 - 56:28
    surrounding states said
  • 56:28 - 56:31
there is no way you lost georgia as the
  • 56:31 - 56:32
    georgia politicians
  • 56:32 - 56:35
say there is no way you lost georgia
  • 56:35 - 56:37
nobody everyone knows i want to buy
  • 56:37 - 56:38
    hundreds of thousands of votes
  • 56:38 - 56:40
but i'll tell you it's going to have a
  • 56:40 - 56:42
big impact on tuesday if you guys don't
  • 56:42 - 56:45
get this thing straightened out fast
  • 56:45 - 56:47
well mr president this is mark let me uh
  • 56:47 - 56:49
let me just it sounds like we've got
  • 56:49 - 56:52
uh two different sides agreeing that
  • 56:52 - 56:56
we can look at those those areas and
  • 56:56 - 56:58
and i assume that we can do that within
  • 56:58 - 56:59
    the next 24
  • 56:59 - 57:02
to 48 hours to go ahead and get that
  • 57:02 - 57:04
reconciled so that we can look at the
  • 57:04 - 57:05
    two claims
  • 57:05 - 57:07
and making sure that we get the access
  • 57:07 - 57:09
to the secretary of state's data
  • 57:09 - 57:11
to either validate or invalidate the
  • 57:11 - 57:13
claims that have been made is that
  • 57:13 - 57:15
    correct
  • 57:15 - 57:17
    so that's that's not what i said um i'm
  • 57:17 - 57:19
happy to you know sit down with or have
  • 57:19 - 57:21
our lawyers sit down with curtin
  • 57:21 - 57:23
and and the lawyers on on that side and
  • 57:23 - 57:25
    explain to him hey here's
  • 57:25 - 57:27
based on what we've looked at so far
  • 57:27 - 57:29
    here's how we know
  • 57:29 - 57:30
this is wrong this is wrong this is
  • 57:30 - 57:32
wrong this is wrong this is wrong
  • 57:32 - 57:34
what you're saying ryan hold on let me
  • 57:34 - 57:35
let me make sure so what you're saying
  • 57:35 - 57:38
is you really don't want to give access
  • 57:38 - 57:39
    to the data
  • 57:39 - 57:42
you just want to make another case on
  • 57:42 - 57:42
    why
  • 57:42 - 57:46
the lawsuit is wrong i don't think we
  • 57:46 - 57:48
i don't think we can give access to data
  • 57:48 - 57:50
    that's protected by law
  • 57:50 - 57:51
but we can sit down with them and say
  • 57:51 - 57:54
you're allowed to have a phony election
  • 57:54 - 57:55
you're allowed to have a phony election
  • 57:55 - 57:57
    right no sir
  • 57:57 - 57:59
what are you what are you going to do
  • 57:59 - 58:00
the signature counts on when are you
  • 58:00 - 58:03
going to do signature verification on
  • 58:03 - 58:05
fulton county which you said you were
  • 58:05 - 58:06
going to do and now all of a sudden
  • 58:06 - 58:08
you're not doing it when are you doing
  • 58:08 - 58:10
    that
  • 58:10 - 58:13
mr president we've announced to get to
  • 58:13 - 58:14
    this issue of the
  • 58:14 - 58:17
    personal information and privacy issue
  • 58:17 - 58:17
    um
  • 58:17 - 58:19
is it possible that the secretary of
  • 58:19 - 58:21
    state could deputize the lawyers
  • 58:21 - 58:23
for the president so that we could
  • 58:23 - 58:25
    access that information that private
  • 58:25 - 58:27
information without you having any kind
  • 58:27 - 58:29
    of violation
  • 58:29 - 58:31
well i don't want to know who it is you
  • 58:31 - 58:32
guys can do it very confidentially you
  • 58:32 - 58:35
    can sign a confidentiality agreement
  • 58:35 - 58:38
that's okay i don't need to know names
  • 58:38 - 58:41
all right but we got the information on
  • 58:41 - 58:43
this stuff that we're talking about
  • 58:43 - 58:45
we got all that information from the
  • 58:45 - 58:48
    secretary of state
  • 58:48 - 58:51
yeah so let me let me recommend uh ryan
  • 58:51 - 58:54
if you and kurt will get together and
  • 58:54 - 58:55
you know when we get off of this phone
  • 58:55 - 58:57
call if you could get together
  • 58:57 - 59:00
and work out uh a plan to
  • 59:00 - 59:04
to address uh some of what we've we've
  • 59:04 - 59:05
    got with your attorneys
  • 59:05 - 59:07
where we can we can actually look at the
  • 59:07 - 59:08
    data
  • 59:08 - 59:12
uh uh for example uh mr secretary i i
  • 59:12 - 59:13
can tell you you said there was only two
  • 59:13 - 59:16
dead people that would vote uh i i can
  • 59:16 - 59:18
promise you there are more than that uh
  • 59:18 - 59:20
and that may be what your investigation
  • 59:20 - 59:22
shows but i can promise you there are
  • 59:22 - 59:23
    more than that
  • 59:23 - 59:26
but at the same time i think it's
  • 59:26 - 59:27
important that we go ahead and move
  • 59:27 - 59:29
expeditiously to try to do this and
  • 59:29 - 59:32
resolve it as quickly as we possibly can
  • 59:32 - 59:35
and uh and if that's the good next step
  • 59:35 - 59:38
hopefully we can we can uh
  • 59:38 - 59:41
finish this phone call and go ahead and
  • 59:41 - 59:42
agree that the two of you will get
  • 59:42 - 59:43
    together immediately
  • 59:43 - 59:45
but why don't my lawyer show you where
  • 59:45 - 59:48
you got the information it'll show the
  • 59:48 - 59:49
    secretary of state
  • 59:49 - 59:50
and you don't even have to look at any
  • 59:50 - 59:53
names we don't want names we don't care
  • 59:53 - 59:56
but we got that information from you
  • 59:56 - 59:59
and stacy abrams is laughing about you
  • 59:59 - 60:00
know she's going around saying these
  • 60:00 - 60:03
guys are dumber than a rock
  • 60:03 - 60:04
what she's done to this party is
  • 60:04 - 60:07
    unbelievable i tell you
  • 60:07 - 60:09
and i only ran against her once and that
  • 60:09 - 60:10
was with a guy named brian
  • 60:10 - 60:14
kemp and i beat her and if i didn't run
  • 60:14 - 60:15
brian wouldn't have had even a shot
  • 60:15 - 60:18
either in the general or in the primary
  • 60:18 - 60:20
he was dead dead at a door nail he never
  • 60:20 - 60:22
thought he had a shot at either one of
  • 60:22 - 60:23
    them
  • 60:23 - 60:26
what a schmuck i was but that's the way
  • 60:26 - 60:26
    it is
  • 60:26 - 60:30
that's the way it is uh i would like you
  • 60:30 - 60:30
    to
  • 60:30 - 60:33
uh uh for the attorneys or i'd like you
  • 60:33 - 60:34
    to
  • 60:34 - 60:37
perhaps meet with ryan ideally tomorrow
  • 60:37 - 60:38
because i think we should come to a
  • 60:38 - 60:40
resolution of this before the election
  • 60:40 - 60:42
    otherwise you could have
  • 60:42 - 60:44
you're going to have people just not
  • 60:44 - 60:46
voting they don't want to vote they
  • 60:46 - 60:48
hate the state they hate the governor
  • 60:48 - 60:51
