Before entering the ice cold water, me and my friends always have this saying about leaving the old in the ice hole. Meaning, leaving all those things that no longer serves you, all old energy or blockages, into the water.
I really like to have that intention while taking a ice bath. Because when you get out of there, you really feel NEW. You feel a reset in your whole body and energy.
