Sahte bir kimlikle avukatlığa başlayan Mahir, çok istediği halde babasının davasından başka bir davada görevlendirilir. Şansına bu, Nazif'in koğuş arkadaşı Emin'in davasıdır.
Vakit kaybetmeden hapishaneye giden Mahir, babasına gerçekleri anlatmak zorunda kalır. Fakat aynı gece babasından öğrendiği gerçekle sarsılır. Nazif, başsavcı Süleyman'ı 30 yıl öncesinden tanımaktadır!
Asıl katil Turgut ise Nazif'le ilgili araştırma yaparken Ayten'le tanışır. Turgut'un bu güzel kız için hain planları vardır.
Mahir, 'Emin' davasıyla ilgili gerçekleri Feride'ye anlatır. Mahir'in söylediklerinden etkilenmemiş gibi görünen Feride, olayı kendi araştırmak için hapishaneye gider. Mahir de babasını ziyaret etmek için oradadır. Feride kapıyı açtığında karşısında Mahir'i görür.
