Kunnen we 1,501 schrijven als een percentage?

Dus als iets per 100.

1,501 is hetzelfde als 1,501 gedeeld door of per 1.

Laten we nu teller en noemer vermenigvuldigen met 100

Dan veranderen we niets aan de waarde,

het is vermenigvuldigen met 1.

We krijgen dan hetzelfde, maar anders geschreven.

De noemer wordt 100 keer 1, simpel.

Dat is gewoon 100.

En de teller: 1,501 keer 100.

dat is

als we met 10 vermenigvuldigen,

schuift de komma een naar rechts,

maar we moeten met 100 vermenigvuldigen,

dus nog een keer met 10.

Dus schuift de komma 2 plaatsen op.

We vermenigvuldigen twee keer met 10.

Dus in feite met 100.

Dit is vermenigvuldigen met 10,

en dit is vermenigvuldigen met 100,

Dus hier komt de komma nu.

Dus we krijgen 150,1

Dus we hebben 150,1 per 100,

150,1 per 100.

Ik schrijf dat op, 150,1 per ... per 100

Dat is hetzelfde als 150,1 procent

ofwel 150,1%

Klaar.

Wat we eigenlijk doen

- als je het heel simpel houdt -

is met 100 vermengivuldigen

en dan zeggen dat het een percentage is.

Dus je moet wel het % symbool erbij zetten!
