I use electricity to separate water into hydrogen and oxygen and then ignite the gas to "implode" back into water. The flame reaches incredible temperatures and the word going around is that the flame interacts with each material differently. If what your trying to melt has a melting point of 1200 degrees Fahrenheit, the flame will be that hot. 900 degrees...1600 degrees...etc
