FIBROMYALGIA Research Suppressed (Fibromyalgia Cure Discovered?)

  • 0:00 - 0:03
has a cheap and easy treatment for
  • 0:03 - 0:05
    fibromyalgia one that
  • 0:05 - 0:07
makes your symptoms go almost back to
  • 0:07 - 0:08
    nothing
  • 0:08 - 0:12
    been discovered and then suppressed
  • 0:12 - 0:13
join me for the next few minutes as we
  • 0:13 - 0:17
discuss the root cause of fibromyalgia
  • 0:17 - 0:19
and some research that was very
  • 0:19 - 0:22
    compelling potentially groundbreaking
  • 0:22 - 0:25
    suppressed and the research study
  • 0:25 - 0:26
    retracted
  • 0:26 - 0:29
    for [ __ ] reasons i think you're
  • 0:29 - 0:30
    going to enjoy this and
  • 0:30 - 0:33
perhaps you could benefit greatly if you
  • 0:33 - 0:34
    or a family member
  • 0:34 - 0:37
suffers from fibromyalgia i'm dr ken
  • 0:37 - 0:38
    berry a family physician
  • 0:38 - 0:40
with 20 years of clinical experience and
  • 0:40 - 0:42
we're going to talk about the cure for
  • 0:42 - 0:43
    fibromyalgia that
  • 0:43 - 0:46
no one wants to be talked about
  • 0:46 - 0:49
over 10 million people in the united
  • 0:49 - 0:50
    states alone
  • 0:50 - 0:52
suffer from the severe symptoms of
  • 0:52 - 0:54
    fibromyalgia
  • 0:54 - 0:57
these people are 10 times more likely
  • 0:57 - 1:00
to commit suicide or to attempt suicide
  • 1:00 - 1:03
because of the severe fatigue the severe
  • 1:03 - 1:05
    pain the insomnia
  • 1:05 - 1:07
and the depression that go along with
  • 1:07 - 1:08
    fibromyalgia
  • 1:08 - 1:11
many research papers have hinted at the
  • 1:11 - 1:12
    root cause and
  • 1:12 - 1:15
    therefore the cure for fibromyalgia
  • 1:15 - 1:18
over the past few years but one research
  • 1:18 - 1:20
paper just came out and blatantly said
  • 1:20 - 1:21
    it
  • 1:21 - 1:25
and the fate of that paper
  • 1:25 - 1:27
is his concerning and i think you'll see
  • 1:27 - 1:29
    why in just a minute
  • 1:29 - 1:31
this research article was published in
  • 1:31 - 1:32
    plus one
  • 1:32 - 1:35
which is a fairly reputable online
  • 1:35 - 1:35
    journal
  • 1:35 - 1:38
and the title is is insulin resistance
  • 1:38 - 1:42
    the cause of fibromyalgia
  • 1:42 - 1:44
uh this paper went through all the
  • 1:44 - 1:46
standard hoops and jumped over all the
  • 1:46 - 1:48
    standard hurdles
  • 1:48 - 1:51
the publishers of plus one approved it
  • 1:51 - 1:54
    and it was released for
  • 1:54 - 1:57
    preliminary publication and then after
  • 1:57 - 1:58
it was published all of a sudden
  • 1:58 - 2:01
it was retracted and the reason for this
  • 2:01 - 2:02
    retraction is
  • 2:02 - 2:06
very odd i've actually been in contact
  • 2:06 - 2:09
with the lead publisher of this paper
  • 2:09 - 2:10
and this is what he had to say about the
  • 2:10 - 2:12
    retraction
  • 2:12 - 2:15
this is a quote we think the retraction
  • 2:15 - 2:15
    was
  • 2:15 - 2:17
odd and it came as a surprise according
  • 2:17 - 2:19
to the journal it was based on the
  • 2:19 - 2:20
premise that we should have obtained an
  • 2:20 - 2:23
irb letter of exclusion before we
  • 2:23 - 2:25
    started collecting research data not
  • 2:25 - 2:26
    after
  • 2:26 - 2:28
neither we nor the academic editors were
  • 2:28 - 2:30
aware of such regulation prior to
  • 2:30 - 2:32
    publication
  • 2:32 - 2:35
    incidentally similar retrospective
  • 2:35 - 2:35
    studies
  • 2:35 - 2:37
    abound in the literature there's
  • 2:37 - 2:39
hundreds and hundreds of this type of
  • 2:39 - 2:41
    study
  • 2:41 - 2:43
that are published by many journals
  • 2:43 - 2:44
    without
  • 2:44 - 2:48
    this new requirement and so
  • 2:48 - 2:51
to put it bluntly they made up a reason
  • 2:51 - 2:52
    to retract
  • 2:52 - 2:55
    this paper thus the lead
  • 2:55 - 2:58
author goes on to say we suspect that
  • 2:58 - 3:00
    outside interest probably pressured the
  • 3:00 - 3:01
    journal to retract the study
  • 3:01 - 3:03
although we do not know what motivated
  • 3:03 - 3:06
them to selectively apply a little known
  • 3:06 - 3:08
    controversial mechanism to retract our
  • 3:08 - 3:09
    study
  • 3:09 - 3:12
complaints from big pharma who knows
  • 3:12 - 3:16
yeah who knows the reason that such a
  • 3:16 - 3:19
    respected researcher as professor pipola
  • 3:19 - 3:22
and i agree that there were vested
  • 3:22 - 3:24
outside interests that had this paper
  • 3:24 - 3:25
    retracted
  • 3:25 - 3:28
is because just imagine if every person
  • 3:28 - 3:29
in the united states who suffers from
  • 3:29 - 3:31
    fibromyalgia
  • 3:31 - 3:35
stopped eating the foods that contribute
  • 3:35 - 3:37
to the root cause of fibromyalgia which
  • 3:37 - 3:38
    is
  • 3:38 - 3:42
    insulin resistance or hyperinsulinemia
  • 3:42 - 3:43
    or
  • 3:43 - 3:46
pre-diabetes or type 2 diabetes these
  • 3:46 - 3:46
    are all
  • 3:46 - 3:49
different ways of describing the same
  • 3:49 - 3:50
    elephant
  • 3:50 - 3:52
what if all 10 million of these people
  • 3:52 - 3:53
    immediately adopted
  • 3:53 - 3:56
a low carbohydrate diet and their
  • 3:56 - 3:58
    symptoms improved so much
  • 3:58 - 4:01
that they also didn't need to take their
  • 4:01 - 4:02
    lyrica
  • 4:02 - 4:05
    their sevilla their elivil their
  • 4:05 - 4:06
    neurotin
  • 4:06 - 4:09
    anymore immediately overnight
  • 4:09 - 4:11
big food corporations and big pharma
  • 4:11 - 4:13
    corporations would lose
  • 4:13 - 4:16
    billions of dollars of profits
  • 4:16 - 4:20
so you can see right away why professor
  • 4:20 - 4:21
    papola and i
  • 4:21 - 4:24
    both think this was squashed
  • 4:24 - 4:27
by some big players in the game
  • 4:27 - 4:30
and because i think this study reveals
  • 4:30 - 4:32
    the root cause
  • 4:32 - 4:35
    of fibromyalgia and therefore directly
  • 4:35 - 4:36
    implies
  • 4:36 - 4:39
what the treatment or the cure or or the
  • 4:39 - 4:41
    treatment to improve your symptoms
  • 4:41 - 4:42
    drastically
  • 4:42 - 4:45
is in this study they used hemoglobin
  • 4:45 - 4:46
    a1c
  • 4:46 - 4:49
as a proxy marker for insulin resistance
  • 4:49 - 4:49
    or
  • 4:49 - 4:52
    hyperinsulinemia i think there are
  • 4:52 - 4:52
    better
  • 4:52 - 4:54
markers for that and we'll we'll talk
  • 4:54 - 4:56
about that in just a second
  • 4:56 - 4:59
but they found that people who took the
  • 4:59 - 5:00
    drug
  • 5:00 - 5:02
metformin which is a very very
  • 5:02 - 5:04
    inexpensive version
  • 5:04 - 5:07
of the brand name drug glucophage or rio
  • 5:07 - 5:08
    met
  • 5:08 - 5:11
    had a drastic reduction
  • 5:11 - 5:13
in their pain scores very often going
  • 5:13 - 5:15
    from a
  • 5:15 - 5:17
six to eight out of ten on the ten point
  • 5:17 - 5:18
    pain scale down to a
  • 5:18 - 5:22
zero or a point five or a one out of ten
  • 5:22 - 5:26
on that same pain scale he also noticed
  • 5:26 - 5:28
in the research that there was a direct
  • 5:28 - 5:29
    correlation between
  • 5:29 - 5:33
elevated hemoglobin a1c and the severity
  • 5:33 - 5:34
    of the symptoms
  • 5:34 - 5:37
of the people in the study with
  • 5:37 - 5:39
fibromyalgia i've included a link to
  • 5:39 - 5:40
    this research
  • 5:40 - 5:42
study in the show notes below and also
  • 5:42 - 5:43
    some other research
  • 5:43 - 5:46
    that sufferers of fibromyalgia might
  • 5:46 - 5:47
    find very
  • 5:47 - 5:51
very informative and useful for reducing
  • 5:51 - 5:53
    their their fibromyalgia disability
  • 5:53 - 5:54
    scores
  • 5:54 - 5:57
so the question becomes okay so what
  • 5:57 - 5:58
    should i
  • 5:58 - 6:01
do if if i or a loved one suffers from
  • 6:01 - 6:02
    fibromyalgia
  • 6:02 - 6:03
here's what i think you should do first
  • 6:03 - 6:05
and foremost you need to go see your
  • 6:05 - 6:06
    doctor
  • 6:06 - 6:09
and demand respectfully demand that they
  • 6:09 - 6:13
    check a hemoglobin a1c a c
  • 6:13 - 6:16
    peptide and a fasting insulin
  • 6:16 - 6:19
on you immediately this is going to tell
  • 6:19 - 6:19
    you
  • 6:19 - 6:23
    your degree of hyperinsulinemia or
  • 6:23 - 6:25
insulin resistance and it's also going
  • 6:25 - 6:26
    to uncover
  • 6:26 - 6:29
whether you have pre-diabetes which i
  • 6:29 - 6:30
    consider to be
  • 6:30 - 6:33
early diabetes or type 2 diabetes that
  • 6:33 - 6:34
    could very well have been
  • 6:34 - 6:36
undiagnosed if your doctor hasn't been
  • 6:36 - 6:38
    checking these tests
  • 6:38 - 6:41
in the past number two the drug that
  • 6:41 - 6:42
    that
  • 6:42 - 6:44
professor papola used in this study was
  • 6:44 - 6:46
    glucophage
  • 6:46 - 6:49
immediately ask your doctor if you can
  • 6:49 - 6:51
    have a prescription and the
  • 6:51 - 6:55
    research used glucophage 500 milligrams
  • 6:55 - 6:58
    twice a day and i don't think that's the
  • 6:58 - 6:59
long-term solution for you i'm going to
  • 6:59 - 7:00
tell you what i think that is in a
  • 7:00 - 7:01
    second but
  • 7:01 - 7:04
for now getting you on glucophage could
  • 7:04 - 7:06
    lead to a drastic reduction
  • 7:06 - 7:10
in your fibromyalgia symptoms long term
  • 7:10 - 7:12
you need to understand what is the diet
  • 7:12 - 7:15
what kind of diet causes me
  • 7:15 - 7:17
to have high levels of blood sugar and
  • 7:17 - 7:18
    high levels of
  • 7:18 - 7:21
insulin that are chronically too high
  • 7:21 - 7:22
    and that is a
  • 7:22 - 7:24
high carbohydrate diet a diet filled
  • 7:24 - 7:25
    with sugars
  • 7:25 - 7:28
and filled with processed grains that's
  • 7:28 - 7:30
the kind of diet that's going to cause
  • 7:30 - 7:33
you to be insulin resistant or have
  • 7:33 - 7:35
    hyperinsulinemia so i would
  • 7:35 - 7:37
i would implore you to immediately
  • 7:37 - 7:38
    research
  • 7:38 - 7:41
and adopt some version of a low
  • 7:41 - 7:43
carbohydrate diet trying to keep your
  • 7:43 - 7:44
    total carbohydrate
  • 7:44 - 7:47
intake under 50 total grams a day this
  • 7:47 - 7:50
could be a low carb diet a banting diet
  • 7:50 - 7:53
a ketogenic diet a carnivore diet any of
  • 7:53 - 7:53
    these
  • 7:53 - 7:56
types of diets are going to drastically
  • 7:56 - 7:58
    reduce your chronically elevated insulin
  • 7:58 - 8:00
levels reduce your blood sugar levels
  • 8:00 - 8:01
    back to normal
  • 8:01 - 8:04
and begin to reverse your insulin
  • 8:04 - 8:05
    resistance
  • 8:05 - 8:07
which according to this research appears
  • 8:07 - 8:09
    to be the root cause
  • 8:09 - 8:12
of fibromyalgia there's also quite a bit
  • 8:12 - 8:14
    of research showing that
  • 8:14 - 8:16
most people with fibromyalgia are quite
  • 8:16 - 8:17
    depleted
  • 8:17 - 8:20
in magnesium and that indeed their
  • 8:20 - 8:22
    symptoms improve when they start
  • 8:22 - 8:24
getting more magnesium in their diet now
  • 8:24 - 8:26
i have a video on this channel about
  • 8:26 - 8:29
high magnesium foods you might want to
  • 8:29 - 8:30
    pick up something like ketochow's
  • 8:30 - 8:32
magnesium drops so that you can
  • 8:32 - 8:33
    immediately
  • 8:33 - 8:36
start to get more magnesium back into
  • 8:36 - 8:37
your body while you're learning which
  • 8:37 - 8:38
    foods
  • 8:38 - 8:41
are high in magnesium but i i think the
  • 8:41 - 8:43
    magnesium does matter
  • 8:43 - 8:45
but that's probably 20 of the solution
  • 8:45 - 8:46
    80
  • 8:46 - 8:49
of your solution to reversing your
  • 8:49 - 8:52
    fibromyalgia and the serious symptoms
  • 8:52 - 8:53
    that go along with it
  • 8:53 - 8:56
is lowering the carbohydrates in your
  • 8:56 - 8:57
    diet
  • 8:57 - 8:59
and the first carbohydrates that need to
  • 8:59 - 9:01
get out of your diet are the sugars
  • 9:01 - 9:04
and the processed grains the fruit
  • 9:04 - 9:05
    juices
  • 9:05 - 9:07
and the fruit juice smoothies those are
  • 9:07 - 9:09
the biggest offenders now of course if
  • 9:09 - 9:10
    you're drinking
  • 9:10 - 9:12
soft drinks every day that's that's dumb
  • 9:12 - 9:14
you need to stop that immediately
  • 9:14 - 9:16
but i want you to really think about the
  • 9:16 - 9:18
    dynamics behind
  • 9:18 - 9:20
how this study was retracted for
  • 9:20 - 9:22
    virtually no reason whatsoever no
  • 9:22 - 9:23
    meaningful reason
  • 9:23 - 9:26
no no study participants were harmed
  • 9:26 - 9:28
none of their rights were violated in
  • 9:28 - 9:29
    this study
  • 9:29 - 9:31
just out of the blue this study was
  • 9:31 - 9:32
    retracted
  • 9:32 - 9:33
and i want you to really think about
  • 9:33 - 9:36
what that says about the current state
  • 9:36 - 9:39
of big food and big pharma in the united
  • 9:39 - 9:40
    states
  • 9:40 - 9:43
please i implore you if you know someone
  • 9:43 - 9:45
    with fibromyalgia
  • 9:45 - 9:47
they need to hear what's in this video
  • 9:47 - 9:49
they need to read this research study
  • 9:49 - 9:51
they need to understand what the root
  • 9:51 - 9:53
cause of their fibromyalgia is so please
  • 9:53 - 9:55
  • 9:55 - 9:57
and if you would like to to help me and
  • 9:57 - 9:59
    become part of team berry
  • 9:59 - 10:02
as we rediscover a proper human diet and
  • 10:02 - 10:06
uncover the dastardly deeds of big food
  • 10:06 - 10:08
    and big pharma corporations

behind the scenes at how we do what we

do and how all the research is
  • 10:26 - 10:27
    discovered
  • 10:27 - 10:30
and then how i get it out to people
  • 10:30 - 10:30
    suffering
