0:06 - 0:24The Divine Feminine(How to Awaken The Divine Feminine Within You)[subtitles
using inown.org] -
0:30 - 0:38hello everyone. today's subject
is divine feminine. -
0:39 - 0:45I want to preface this episode by saying that
all beings have aspects of divine feminine -
0:45 - 0:48and divine masculine present within them.
-
0:48 - 0:52but this particular episode
is designed and aimed -
0:52 - 0:55at those who are born into this
physical reality as females. -
0:55 - 0:58who are resisting the Divine
Feminine within them. -
0:58 - 1:02who wish to come into more alignment
with the feminine essence. -
1:02 - 1:05which they chose to come in with
-
1:05 - 1:09when they chose the incarnation of
a female body for this life. -
1:09 - 1:16part of living from the heart and living with
integrity is to come into alignment -
1:16 - 1:18with the essence of who we really are.
-
1:18 - 1:25and as women and as a human society we have been in resistance
to the Divine Feminine within us for far too long. -
1:25 - 1:32this third dimension which we exist in system is the
dimension based on the idea of contrast. -
1:32 - 1:34now, contrast meaning polar energies.
-
1:34 - 1:37I know what I don't want
so I know what I do want. -
1:37 - 1:42part of what develops out of polar
energies is duality from unity. -
1:42 - 1:45so if we look at the universe
in terms of unity -
1:45 - 1:50the dual aspect within that
unity is god and goddess -
1:50 - 1:55and translated into the physical dimension
that is man and woman. -
1:55 - 1:57yin and yang.
-
1:57 - 2:03the Divine Feminine is the goddess.
-
2:03 - 2:05The divine masculine is God.
-
2:07 - 2:13divine feminine energy represents these
aspects within the universe. -
2:13 - 2:20restoration, life, renewal,
creation, birth, healing, -
2:20 - 2:33receptivity, openness, nurturing,
love, understanding, compassion, -
2:33 - 2:47insight, intuition, wisdom, forgiveness, the
moon, connection, harmony and sensuality. -
2:47 - 2:57to come into the expression of your own divine feminine
is to search for and connect with these energies. -
2:57 - 3:05these things which are representative of divine feminine
within our being and allow those to express themselves. -
3:05 - 3:08it's understandable why many
of us haven't done this. -
3:08 - 3:14in our modern day society, it's extremely
hard to cultivate open receptivity -
3:14 - 3:20when you're competing in the workplace like
somebody of us are doing as women. -
3:20 - 3:24but our health as women is
dependent on us -
3:24 - 3:29allowing ourselves to come into contact with these
things which we have suppressed. -
3:29 - 3:37these aspects of divine feminine and allowing those
aspects of our true selves to express themselves. -
3:37 - 3:43our womanhood is unique, meaning that each woman is unique
expression of divine feminine. -
3:44 - 3:49what that means is, we're not looking to
conform to any archetypal idea of what -
3:49 - 3:52womanhood or divine feminine is or isn't.
-
3:52 - 3:59we are looking to define what it is for
us to allow our own divine feminine. -
3:59 - 4:02to flow through us to express
into this physical dimension. -
4:04 - 4:08this is about releasing the things that
disallow our true feminine essence. -
4:08 - 4:13for radiating through us and
reclaiming who we really are. -
4:13 - 4:16many of us have built our
lives and our image -
4:16 - 4:20either in resistance to the traditional
idea of what feminine should be. -
4:20 - 4:24or in support of the traditional
idea of what feminine should be. -
4:24 - 4:29this is a problem because neither course
of action represents our true selves. -
4:29 - 4:32neither allows us to be who
we really are. -
4:32 - 4:36instead of being genuine to our true feelings
relative to our feminine identity. -
4:36 - 4:40we spend our time rebelling against
expectations -
4:40 - 4:42or embracing expectations that we
don't actually enjoy. -
4:42 - 4:45because we desperately want
acceptance and approval. -
4:45 - 4:46we should ask ourselves.
-
4:46 - 4:52is there any part of the traditional gender
role of being female that we actually enjoy? -
4:52 - 4:56for example, do we actually enjoy wearing
high heels or makeup -
4:56 - 5:00because we enjoy the unique and creative image
we are projecting to the world? -
5:00 - 5:03are we using these things to
highlight our femininity? -
5:03 - 5:04or do we do it because we feel we are not adequate without it?
-
5:04 - 5:09and must simply
do it because we are female? -
5:09 - 5:12do we enjoy the idea of a man
being a provider -
5:12 - 5:17because it is fun to experience a person loving us enough
to support our physical needs and wants? -
5:17 - 5:21or are we accepting a man as a provider
because we do not feel capable? -
5:21 - 5:27the answer will vary from woman to woman
and then we need to ask ourselves. -
5:27 - 5:31does the answer we receive come from a good
emotional space or a negative emotional space? -
5:31 - 5:38i'll give you a personal example, a while
ago I stopped wearing makeup all together. -
5:38 - 5:46the reason is i started to get really frustrated at the fact that cosmos companies
were selling the idea that women were not good enough naturally as they wake up. -
5:46 - 5:49I started getting really frustrated the
idea that men can just roll out of bed, -
5:49 - 5:50just throw their clothes on
-
5:50 - 5:53and in 10 minutes they
are in their car. -
5:53 - 5:56whereas we are expected to perfect
ourselves before we leave the house. -
5:56 - 6:01it made me just mad enough that I stopped
wearing makeup all together. -
6:01 - 6:04and then I ask myself.
-
6:04 - 6:09does it mean, not wearing makeup have to do with the
fact that it simply doesn't add to my happiness -
6:09 - 6:12or does it come from a place
of extreme resistance? -
6:12 - 6:14know what I know about the universe
-
6:14 - 6:17i understand the resistance is total
disallowing of who we really are. -
6:17 - 6:21you can't be in an aspect of happiness
and be resistant at the same time. -
6:21 - 6:24so i started to explore
my idea about makeup. -
6:24 - 6:27what did I find? I actually love it.
-
6:27 - 6:29I'm an artist at heart.
-
6:29 - 6:34i love the idea that i can highlight
what I want to show to the world. -
6:34 - 6:36I get to choose what aspects of myself.
-
6:36 - 6:38i get to highlight or diminish.
-
6:38 - 6:41I get to choose what colors I wear.
-
6:41 - 6:48my face has become like a canvas and it is from that
space of pure enjoyment which I put on makeup now. -
6:48 - 6:51not the idea that i'm not good enough
without it. -
6:51 - 6:55which is what makes make up an
appropriate decision for me. -
6:55 - 6:59may not be an appropriate
decision for all women. -
6:59 - 7:01to me wearing makeup feels
like empowerment -
7:01 - 7:06not powerlessness to the idea that i'm
not good enough without makeup. -
7:06 - 7:08which is how it was before.
-
7:08 - 7:14so for me the traditional gender role of a woman
wearing makeup is right for me personally. -
7:14 - 7:18or another woman might ask the same question
and decide that is not right for her. -
7:18 - 7:26here's another story, I was raised with
a mother who is a seething feminist. -
7:26 - 7:28my mother is a byproduct
of the sixties. -
7:28 - 7:31she was a part of the woman's
rights movement -
7:31 - 7:35and so my mother has been in resistance
to her own femininity for years. -
7:35 - 7:40ironically under the guise that she is
for femininity. -
7:40 - 7:45she has also been rejecting the
traditional view of femininity for years. -
7:45 - 7:47she dressed like a man.
-
7:47 - 7:49she burned her bra's in public.
-
7:49 - 7:51these are all demonstrations
of rebellion. -
7:51 - 7:54and so of course by virtue
of her resistance -
7:54 - 7:58she managed to manifest a daughter who is all about
lipstick, push up bra's and high heels. -
7:58 - 8:03but what did this mean
for me as a child. -
8:04 - 8:09it meant that my mother went to great lengths to
exclude anything pink for my wardrobe and toys. -
8:09 - 8:14I got the message very young that pink was the color for
girly girls and the girly girls were powerless, weak, -
8:14 - 8:18pathetic and at the very least to blame
for the continual tyranny of men. -
8:19 - 8:23I was repulsed by pink growing up because
of that idea that I was raised with. -
8:23 - 8:29I look down on women who identified with pink as
inferior and as a discredit to my own gender. -
8:29 - 8:32but when I went through therapy
several years ago -
8:32 - 8:38i was asked to think of a color during the visualization
which felt safe to me and pink kept coming up. -
8:38 - 8:43so i decided to question my thoughts about
pink and what i found is I love pink. -
8:43 - 8:47it is one of my favorite colors and
yes, it feels very safe to me. -
8:47 - 8:51so the reason I was in resistance to pink had
nothing to do with the color or in that itself. -
8:51 - 8:53had to do with the fact that i was
associating it with something. -
8:53 - 8:57something which I saw
is negative. -
8:57 - 8:59something which I saw is powerless.
-
8:59 - 9:05and so I had rejected an aspect of my femininity
relative to pink because of that ideal. -
9:05 - 9:09so for me coming into alignment with
divine feminine was to embrace pink. -
9:10 - 9:18the thing about life in general is that if we are committed
to living the kind of life that makes us happy. -
9:18 - 9:23we need to commit to only keeping beliefs
and practices that add to our happiness. -
9:23 - 9:27this means that many of us during this
process of embracing our own divine feminine nature -
9:27 - 9:32will be embracing things
that are traditionally seen as feminine. -
9:32 - 9:35while some of us will
be discarding them. -
9:35 - 9:41the goal as far as embracing our femininity goes is taking
the time as an individual not as the female race. -
9:41 - 9:44to decide what works for
you and what doesn't. -
9:44 - 9:48what serves your personal happiness and
what doesn't. -
9:48 - 9:52we do not have to and should not get rid
of beliefs and practices that work for us. -
9:52 - 9:56based on the fact that other people have
decided that it doesn't work for them. -
9:56 - 10:01we simply need to be very honest with ourselves
about what does and does not work for us. -
10:01 - 10:06here are some suggestions which will
help you tap into your Divine Feminine essence. -
10:06 - 10:10the first being
create. -
10:10 - 10:14feminine essence, Divine Feminine is all about creation.
-
10:14 - 10:20that is why as women we create life. so to come
to contact with your own divine feminine -
10:20 - 10:23you need to learn how to
allow yourself to create. -
10:23 - 10:26one of the best ways to do
this is to start doing art. -
10:26 - 10:31there's not one art form that a superior
or inferior to any other. -
10:31 - 10:37you'll find that your unique creation best expresses
itself through this type of art be at collage -
10:37 - 10:39or this type of art be at painting
-
10:39 - 10:42or this type of art being dance.
-
10:42 - 10:45there's no limit to the way
that you could create. -
10:45 - 10:51but for those of you that feel especially blocked relative
to allowing yourself to create some kind of art. -
10:51 - 10:55I suggest picking up the
book "The Artist's Way". -
10:55 - 10:58The Artist Way by Julia
-
10:58 - 11:04Cameron is designed specifically to help people
who do not naturally create by way of doing art. -
11:04 - 11:12to come into alignment with the aspect of them
that does want to create through art -
11:12 - 11:15and to allow that side to become unblocked
-
11:15 - 11:17and flow unrestricted into the physical dimension.
-
11:17 - 11:21the second suggestion
is to collaborate. -
11:21 - 11:23come together as women.
-
11:23 - 11:28one of the most healing things when it comes to
the divine feminine essence expressing itself -
11:28 - 11:31is to collect yourself together
as a group of women. -
11:31 - 11:34to set it up or attend groups
oriented towards women. -
11:34 - 11:41come together for the sole purpose of healing
and expressing your own feminine essence. -
11:41 - 11:42what is it to be a woman?
-
11:42 - 11:46get together and talk about it.
-
11:46 - 11:50several cultures in our ancient
past understood this. -
11:50 - 11:57in fact this principle of women unifying in order to
allow their feminine essence to express itself -
11:57 - 12:01is the idea behind the entire
Red Tent movement. -
12:01 - 12:04my favorite thing to do is to do a
woman's group where I invite a bunch of women -
12:04 - 12:08over to the house and we do a
meditation on the womb. -
12:08 - 12:13so what we do in meditation,
is after we breathe -
12:13 - 12:19enough to Center our minds we visualize ourselves
sitting in our own wombs. -
12:19 - 12:21we observe our wombs.
-
12:21 - 12:25we observe the way that we're
feeling relative to our wombs. -
12:25 - 12:29and then we're treating our wombs
as if it is a separate entity. -
12:29 - 12:32we ask any question we want to ask it.
-
12:32 - 12:34we asking about how its feeling?
-
12:34 - 12:35what it wants?
-
12:35 - 12:37what bad memories it holds?
-
12:37 - 12:42you can hold groups which are centered around
a feminine subjects such as periods -
12:42 - 12:45or motherhood and open up the
floor for discussion. -
12:45 - 12:48it's incredible the kind of healing that
can occur when women are opening up -
12:48 - 12:50about their own womanhood to each other.
-
12:50 - 12:52there's no right or wrong
way to do this -
12:52 - 12:58and you can trust that when you gather women in the room the
energy will always go in the direction of healing. -
12:58 - 13:01I do have to interject caveat here.
-
13:02 - 13:07usually when women gather into women
groups there is a no guys allowed policy. -
13:07 - 13:14but i want to remind you that exclusion is the
exact opposite of divine feminine essence. -
13:14 - 13:18Divine Feminine is all about
inclusion. -
13:18 - 13:23separation of the sexes is part of what fuels the
fire and misunderstanding between us. -
13:23 - 13:28so I don't want you to think that I'm saying
that you need to hold only women groups -
13:28 - 13:32in fact if men want to participate in these gatherings
then consider yourself in good company. -
13:32 - 13:35this means, the men in your life or not
threatened by the divine feminine. -
13:35 - 13:39and so it will be that much easier for
you to express yours around them. -
13:39 - 13:43I am simply suggesting that you gather
together as a group of women because of -
13:43 - 13:46the fact that it can be so healing
to the divine feminine. -
13:46 - 13:51and other women can help you to come into
alignment with your Divine Feminine. -
13:51 - 13:56it also seems quite difficult for many women to express
their divine femininity with a man in the room. -
13:56 - 14:02this is not how it is naturally, this is simply the byproduct
of women being taught to suppress their femininity. -
14:02 - 14:06it is a byproduct of embarrassment
and shame that we do not feel -
14:06 - 14:09as if we can open up with ourselves as
women when a man is present. -
14:09 - 14:12but having an open minded
curious man present -
14:12 - 14:15or several present at these gatherings
can actually help us -
14:15 - 14:20as women to learn that we can unleash
the Divine Feminine around men. -
14:20 - 14:22think of it as rehab.
-
14:22 - 14:28besides we are always complaining that
men do not understand us -
14:28 - 14:31so help them out, open up and maybe they will.
-
14:31 - 14:33explore your sensuality
-
14:33 - 14:38divine Feminine is known as Beauty incarnate and so
it is time to celebrate beauty in your life. -
14:39 - 14:42do your surroundings reflect sensuality?
-
14:43 - 14:46are they aesthetically pleasing to you?
if not it's time to redecorate. -
14:47 - 14:50surround yourself and aesthetically
pleasing things. -
14:51 - 14:56allow yourself to enjoy a sensual pleasures whether
it's a warm bubble bath or fragrances you like. -
14:56 - 14:59surround yourself in color.
-
14:59 - 15:03and it is time to begin exploring
your own sexuality. -
15:03 - 15:07our bodies should never
be off-limits to us -
15:07 - 15:11it is incredibly important that
we explore our bodies -
15:11 - 15:14that we learn how to sexually pleasure ourselves as women.
-
15:14 - 15:19if we don't do this we're never going to be
able to find sexual pleasure with a partner. -
15:19 - 15:23so for those of you that feel cut off
from the side of your life. -
15:23 - 15:27I suggest a book called "Getting Off" by
Jamye Waxman. -
15:27 - 15:30there's a double benefit to this aspect
of sensuality. -
15:30 - 15:35if you learn how to pleasure yourself
sexually as a woman -
15:35 - 15:40you'll be releasing tons and tons
of stress relieving chemicals -
15:40 - 15:44and when you do that it helps
your hormones balance out. -
15:44 - 15:49the next suggestion is to
explore, question and heal. -
15:49 - 15:59your ideas and beliefs and feelings relative
to motherhood and relative to your own mother. -
15:59 - 16:04it doesn't really matter whether you're
planning on having children are not. -
16:04 - 16:07many of us have unhealthy ideas
and feelings about motherhood. -
16:07 - 16:13either we are in an unhealthy state of resistance about
it or we feel that it is our only mission as women. -
16:13 - 16:17as if it is our only way to have significance
and justify our existence. -
16:17 - 16:21neither of these ways of being as
healthy and neither of them makes us healthy as individuals -
16:21 - 16:26or as mothers
when we do end up having children. -
16:26 - 16:32also your first introduction to divine feminine
is your relationship with your mother. -
16:32 - 16:39and so if you have any kind of problems with your
mother then you have resistance to divine feminine. -
16:39 - 16:46part of your process of coming into your own feminine essence
is to examine and heal that relationship within yourself. -
16:46 - 16:51for some of us this is a tall order.
-
16:51 - 16:53don't worry this doesn't mean you have
to reconnect with your mother physically. -
16:53 - 16:56it doesn't mean you have to become best
friends. -
16:56 - 16:58she does not even have to be alive.
-
16:58 - 17:01but it means we need to separate
ourselves from her. -
17:01 - 17:04so we can shut off all the damaging
ideas she passed on to us. -
17:04 - 17:07we need to forgive her for
her damaging perceptions. -
17:07 - 17:10we need to set ourselves
free from her. -
17:10 - 17:14and we will find that once we distance
ourselves mentally from her regime. -
17:14 - 17:17we can learn to be ourselves
who we choose to be fully. -
17:17 - 17:20and only then can we make
peace with our mothers. -
17:20 - 17:23and it is only when we make peace
with our mothers -
17:23 - 17:26that we can truly embody the Divine
Feminine and within us. -
17:26 - 17:30examine your current perspective
of womanhood. -
17:31 - 17:37explore the current perspective of womanhood
and what it meant to be female in your family. -
17:37 - 17:42and explore what it means to be
female in your greater Society. -
17:42 - 17:48it's important that we examine the gender
roles that exist within the society -
17:48 - 17:51of where we grew up where we live
in the world specifically. -
17:51 - 17:57because this set up our beliefs relative to femininity
and many of those beliefs get in the way. -
17:57 - 17:59so what does it mean to be female?
-
17:59 - 18:02this is going to vary based
on where you live. -
18:02 - 18:05it's going to vary based on where you
live even within the same country. -
18:05 - 18:09for example, where i live in America the
traditional rule of being female entails. -
18:09 - 18:11make up
-
18:11 - 18:12high heels
-
18:12 - 18:14birth control pills
-
18:14 - 18:18concealing periods with
tampons and pads -
18:18 - 18:19dresses
-
18:19 - 18:20wearing bras
-
18:20 - 18:23shaved legs and armpits
-
18:23 - 18:24getting married
-
18:24 - 18:26raising children
-
18:26 - 18:27cooking
-
18:27 - 18:28cleaning
-
18:28 - 18:30kindness and caretaking
-
18:30 - 18:34not managing the household money
-
18:34 - 18:36not having careers
-
18:36 - 18:40self-sacrificing to remain virtuous
-
18:40 - 18:41shopping
-
18:41 - 18:42decorating the household
-
18:42 - 18:47and allowing men to do the heavy lifting
or manual labor jobs for us. -
18:47 - 18:52you want to examine the ones that
you connect with and enjoy. -
18:52 - 18:56and the ones that you do not connect
with and do not enjoy. -
18:56 - 19:01which ones do you feel personally reflect divine
feminine and which ones do you feel suppress it. -
19:01 - 19:05I want to tell you a little story
about my next door neighbor. -
19:05 - 19:10on the street where I live is a woman who
is a stay-at-home mom she raises two sons. -
19:10 - 19:17this woman has become the bane of my existence
because she loves being a mother so much. -
19:17 - 19:20seems like every time I
look outside the window. -
19:20 - 19:24she's skipping along the street with her children and
she's waiting for them to come home from school. -
19:24 - 19:27she's baking cookies and delivering
them around the neighborhood. -
19:27 - 19:35now every time this woman interacts with me it highlights
my own sense of insignificance as a mother. -
19:35 - 19:38I feel like a terrible example
-
19:38 - 19:45because i can't seem to feel that same sense of joy when
i'm staying at home raising my children. -
19:45 - 19:51now for a long long time I felt
inadequate super inadequate. -
19:51 - 19:55every time I ran into this woman I would
feel worse and worse about myself. -
19:55 - 19:58and then I sat down and I
ask myself the question. -
19:58 - 20:02do I really want to live the kind
of life that she's living? -
20:02 - 20:04or do I feel this kind
of envy for her -
20:04 - 20:08because I think I should feel that way relative
to raising children and I don't? -
20:08 - 20:13the answer was, I feel miserable when
i'm sitting at home raising children. -
20:14 - 20:20I've got all these goals worldly goals and that's
what my true passion is and i love my son. -
20:20 - 20:23I love him more than
anything in the world. -
20:23 - 20:28but the idea of being the one who
stays home and raises him -
20:28 - 20:32while the men in my life goes out and works
feels like prison to me. -
20:32 - 20:38and so for me expressing my own divine feminine
does not mean staying at home -
20:38 - 20:41and being the sole person
who raises my child. -
20:41 - 20:45while the man in my life
goes out and works. -
20:45 - 20:50where that may actually be the expression of
divine feminine within my neighbor. -
20:50 - 20:54for me it does not mean
I'm any less of a mother. -
20:54 - 21:01raising my child the way I raised my child
as opposed to the way she raises her child. -
21:01 - 21:03I am a different kind of mother.
-
21:03 - 21:06that is because the divine
essence within me -
21:06 - 21:10Divine Feminine expresses itself relative
to Motherhood differently. -
21:10 - 21:15than her divine feminine expresses
itself relative to mothering. -
21:15 - 21:20so staying home to raise children
feels like prison to me -
21:20 - 21:24where as much to the dismay of the
podiatrist in this nation. -
21:24 - 21:26I love wearing high heels.
-
21:26 - 21:34to me it makes me feel elegant it highlights the Divine
Feminine within me quite nicely and so I wear high heels. -
21:34 - 21:38speaking of which you will find
relative to divine feminine -
21:38 - 21:43but there are some aspects of divine feminine
which you are perfectly in alignment with. -
21:43 - 21:46while others you are very out
of alignment with. -
21:46 - 21:51for example, I am perfectly in alignment with sensuality
relative to divine feminine. -
21:51 - 21:56that is an aspect of my life which i have healed
and I've come totally into alignment with. -
21:56 - 22:02which is why so many of you feel the intense sexual energy
behind these videos behind my presence in general. -
22:02 - 22:08whereas I am not healed relative to the Divine
Feminine when it comes to motherhood. -
22:08 - 22:12so for me learning how to allow the
divine feminine within me to express itself. -
22:12 - 22:16means coming into an aspect of healing
relative to motherhood. -
22:16 - 22:206 get in touch with your intuition.
-
22:20 - 22:22this means, listen to your emotions.
-
22:22 - 22:29a woman who is run by logic is women who is profoundly
out of touch with her own divine feminine. -
22:29 - 22:31womanhood is a receptive
state of being. -
22:31 - 22:38receptivity means, we do not build walls around ourselves
instead we are in a state of profound openness. -
22:38 - 22:39and part of what comes with that
-
22:39 - 22:44openness is receptivity to that which
is beyond the physical dimension. -
22:44 - 22:48part of what comes with that openness
is receptivity to other people. -
22:48 - 22:54so the question to ask yourself
is, do i shut people out? -
22:54 - 22:57if you find that you shut people out.
-
22:57 - 23:00if you build walls against them.
-
23:00 - 23:01if you withdraw.
-
23:01 - 23:02if you escaped.
-
23:02 - 23:07you are not expressing your
own divine feminine. -
23:07 - 23:137 cultivate openness love compassion and gentleness
towards the world and towards yourself. -
23:13 - 23:18I want to reiterate that this does not just apply
to others but it also applies to yourself. -
23:18 - 23:24in our modern society we push ourselves so hard every day there
seems to be no room for these qualities within ourselves. -
23:24 - 23:27but we are developing breast
cancer because of it. -
23:27 - 23:28we are dying because of it.
-
23:28 - 23:31our delicate biochemistry cannot keep
up with what we are doing to it. -
23:31 - 23:36spiritual practice will always help you get in
touch with these divine feminine qualities. -
23:36 - 23:40if you are watching this video you
have already begun the process. -
23:40 - 23:46so i want you to choose 3 changes that
you can make on a weekly basis. -
23:46 - 23:51to allow these traits, these qualities
to express themselves in your life. -
23:51 - 24:00for example, you could commit once a week to calling a friend
for the pure intention of listening really listening to them. -
24:00 - 24:02not with a judgmental mind.
-
24:02 - 24:08just for the sake of finding compassion
and pure understanding for them. -
24:08 - 24:12or you could write affirmations on papers
and carry them with you in your purse. -
24:12 - 24:17and hand them out to random people or
place them on random car windshields. -
24:17 - 24:20so when the driver gets back they can
see this note on the windshield -
24:20 - 24:22and receive some sort of affirmation
from the universe. -
24:22 - 24:26that's a perfect expression
of divine feminine energy. -
24:26 - 24:31or you could commit to doing one
kind thing for you each day. one -
24:31 - 24:33thing for yourself.
-
24:33 - 24:35for example, go get
yourself a pedicure. -
24:35 - 24:39buy yourself that thing
you've always wanted. -
24:39 - 24:43let yourself go to sleep instead of
finishing that project. -
24:44 - 24:50it's important that you know that you can trust
yourself to know what is right for you to do. -
24:50 - 24:54you can trust that you know what
you need to do in your life -
24:54 - 24:57in order to allow the Divine Feminine
to express itself. -
24:57 - 24:58it's been trying to all along.
-
24:58 - 25:02it's been knocking at the door
and so you know it's there. -
25:02 - 25:088 do meditations that are aimed specifically
at connecting to the Divine Feminine. -
25:08 - 25:10there is no right or wrong
way to do this -
25:10 - 25:15you can invent your own if you like but hundreds
of these meditations can be found online. -
25:15 - 25:18guided meditations are
extremely effective -
25:18 - 25:23and a lot of people have great ideas about how to go about
connecting with your divine feminine essence. -
25:23 - 25:27if you type Divine Feminine
Meditation in to youtube. -
25:27 - 25:31you'll be bombarded with all
kinds of meditations to try. -
25:31 - 25:34so my suggestion is to do
any of them in all of them. -
25:34 - 25:39the worst that can happen
is you find one that works. -
25:39 - 25:44examine your resistance relative to every
aspect of being female on any level. -
25:44 - 25:48such as the spiritual, mental,
physical, or societal level. -
25:48 - 25:53resistance is a word we use to describe
the energy behind negative emotion. -
25:53 - 25:59do you have resistance therefore negative
emotion relative to your periods. -
25:59 - 26:01do you have resistance
to natural birth? -
26:01 - 26:04do you have resistance relative
to being a wife? -
26:04 - 26:08do you have resistance relative
to your own breasts? -
26:08 - 26:11do you have resistance relative
to wearing dresses? -
26:12 - 26:15do you have resistance to wearing or not
wearing makeup? -
26:16 - 26:18do you have resistance towards
being open with others? -
26:18 - 26:25if you have resistance in any area of your life relative
to any aspect of reality that you identify as female. -
26:25 - 26:30then you have something in the way
of divine feminine within you. -
26:30 - 26:36try to find your core beliefs relative to the resistance
you feel and then release those core beliefs. -
26:36 - 26:38nothing helps Divine Feminine
shine through -
26:38 - 26:43better than releasing our resistance relative to the
things that you associate with femininity. -
26:43 - 26:50for example, you do not need to wear dresses in
order to express the Divine Feminine within you. -
26:50 - 26:56but if you have resistance to dresses you are
suppressing the Divine Feminine within you. -
26:56 - 27:00we need to be willing to heal
our negative emotions -
27:00 - 27:06relative to anything that we identify as female in
order to set the female within us free. -
27:06 - 27:10divine feminine does not need
to be cultivated or created. -
27:10 - 27:15it is the essence of who you are in this life
if you have come in as physically female. -
27:15 - 27:19there are some exceptions to
this rule. -
27:19 - 27:24but for most of us, we have come in with the express intention
of embodying divine feminine. -
27:24 - 27:29the reason I tell you that
it's important to know -
27:29 - 27:36that you do not need to cultivate Divine Feminine
is because it is important to understand -
27:36 - 27:39that this is not going to be a process which is
super super difficult. -
27:40 - 27:44it's not like you have to come in and clear everything
that's in the way of divine feminine. -
27:44 - 27:47and then work towards
becoming a woman. -
27:47 - 27:53this is how it goes, divine feminine
being the essence of who you are -
27:53 - 27:57is always there ever-present like
a light behind a window. -
27:58 - 28:01the same as worth is like a light behind
a window. -
28:01 - 28:10all you need to do is to start wiping the filament out from
in front of that light so the light can shine through. -
28:10 - 28:17all we need to do is to clear the thoughts and actions
which are preventing that divine feminine from showing. -
28:17 - 28:19for the Divine Feminine
to show through. -
28:19 - 28:25the only thing that's preventing our divine feminine
from coming through the physical dimension. -
28:25 - 28:32through our thoughts words and actions are the thoughts
words and actions that we use which get in the way of it. -
28:32 - 28:38in other words if we begin to release
the things which are obscuring. -
28:38 - 28:45the essence of who we are in our aspect of divine
feminine are divine feminine will shine through. -
28:45 - 28:52the icing on the cake of this process of coming into divine
feminine can be highlighted i think by reading a book. -
28:52 - 28:58which I've actually been reading this last month
it's called "Woman Code" by Alisa Vitti. -
29:01 - 29:04here's the book for any of you that want
to get it. -
29:04 - 29:07it's incredible book i'm quite
impressed with it -
29:07 - 29:13even though I don't agree with every single aspect
of this book most of it has blown my mind. -
29:13 - 29:18I was not aware of how much i was even in resistance
to relative to my own femininity. -
29:18 - 29:21in fact I believed for a lot of years.
-
29:21 - 29:28like I said in the last video that there are just some things
that come along with being female which are our cross to bear. -
29:28 - 29:34this book really changed my mind about that and that's
pretty impressive when any kind of book changes my mind. -
29:34 - 29:38so I'd suggest that any of you
who are women read this book. -
29:38 - 29:45it will help you in this complicated modern society
to come into alignment with what it is to be a woman. -
29:45 - 29:48it will help you become more healthy.
-
29:48 - 29:53and it's super important to understand and i
can tell you this just as a medical intuitive. -
29:53 - 29:59that so much of the reason that we as women suffer
here is because our very delicate biochemistry. -
29:59 - 30:03our hormones are way out of balance.
-
30:03 - 30:08most women i know have hormonal imbalance
problems it's a pervasive issue. -
30:08 - 30:12in this book really helps you to
understand how to live your life. -
30:12 - 30:19how to structure it so that your hormones will
remain in balance instead of masking symptoms. -
30:19 - 30:25let's face it it's exhausting suppressing the
essence of who we are in this life. -
30:25 - 30:30and so, I for one think that it's time to stop suppressing
it and to start expressing the Divine Feminine within us. -
30:31 - 30:34i for one, i'm ready for it.
-
30:34 - 30:37have a good week.

- The Divine Feminine (Ask Teal: How To Awaken The Divine Feminine Within You)
- Description:

Ask Teal Website - http://www.askteal.com
Divine feminine does not need to be cultivated or created within us as women. It is us. It is the essence of our choice to come into this life as women. And so, it is an ever-present energy that is always there.Divine feminine energy represents these aspects within the universe:
Restoration, life, renewal, creation, birth, healing, receptivity, openness, motherhood, nurturing, love, understanding, compassion, insight, intuition, wisdom, forgiveness, the moon, connection, harmony and sensuality. To allow the divine feminine within ourselves to surface, we need to search for these aspects within ourselves. You will find that you are more in touch with some aspects of your divine feminine nature and less in touch with others. For example, you may be fully in touch with your own sensuality but not in touch with motherhood. If this is the case, expressing the divine feminine within you, means connecting with and expressing the latent motherhood within you in your own unique way.
It is understandable how in today's world, many of us would have suppressed these energies in order to cope with modern day life. For example, it is difficult to allow the softness of receptive compassion into our life when we are expected to maintain competitive careers in the work place. But our health depends on making the space in our lives to allow these inherent qualities to surface.
Our Womanhood is unique. Every woman is a unique expression of the divine feminine. Coming into alignment with the divine feminine within us is not about conforming to an archetypal idea of what divine feminine is or isn't. It is about releasing the things that disallow our own unique feminine essence from radiating through us. It is about reclaiming who we really are.
In this episode, Teal explains how we, as women, can open up to the divine feminine within us.
