Position yourself at right angles to your massage partner

facing the back of the knees and the upper thighs.

Place your hand side by side over the nearest thigh.

And perform a -- wringing-like movement,
-
squeezing the flesh between your hands as they pass each other.

Work rythmically over the whole thigh,
-
massaging all the way down to just above the knee line,
-
then move back to the top of the thigh.

Use firm pressure, but be careful not to pinch hard.

Breathe regularly. and gently and always remember to keep your shoulders relaxed.
