Where did the original episode 19 (rude cat) go???

The challenge that I was set was originally by a company who wasn't very happy about me recreating their idea, so I had to take down the video and it won't be coming back (sorry if you never got to watch it! p.s. It was really funny and you totally missed out! :P)

I gave full credits to the company for the design in my video, and urged everyone to support them financially if they could - not everyone can afford to spend $34 (+ shipping + taxes) on a t-shirt, after all - but after asking them to watch my video and explaining the idea behind the Make Thrift Buy series, they still weren't happy. So, I asked them if they wanted me to take the video down, and they said yes. *I totally respect their decision and I was in the wrong* - it's their design, after all - and above everything else I want to support independent designers. I guess that I now know where that line is that I shouldn't cross when doing this series, so that is a valuable lesson for me. And I will be more careful with the challenges I choose to do in the future - I'll stick to more generic/widespread designs by very BIG designers, and things which are sold-out-and-never-coming-back!

Make Thrift Buy is and always will be a series that aims to makes fashion accessible to EVERYONE (not just those who can afford it), so please keep suggesting whatever cool clothing you find, and I'll just try and do reinterpretations rather than direct recreations of more specific designs in the future, to protect the work of artists.

ps Please don't send any angry/hateful messages to the company if you did get to watch the original episode 19, coz that isn't cool. It was totally within their right to ask me to take the video down. I love you all! ♥

pps TheMusicivy suggested the original challenge, and in this episode I was able to do ANOTHER suggestion by TheMusicivy, because I felt bad about having to take that one down so soon :)
