Jim shares his life story when he became a person who builds others up instead of breaking them down.

Jim Astrove is a teacher at St. Catherine's School, where he has taught for 9 years. This his 32nd year in the classroom. He was a camp counselor at Camp Winnebago in Maine for 32 summers after being a camper there for 7 years. Jim loves to cook, canoe, kayak and count nineteens everywhere he goes.
