and today we are going to do the top 5 of the best beaches in Menorca.

If you are a tourist looking for information we hope you find it interesting and helpful.

CALA TORTUGA

This virgin beach is in the protected area of "S’ Albufera d’ es Grau" and you can only arrive there by foot or by boat.

It’s a little bit tricky to get there but is really worth it.

If you are a person who wants to get a break from the civilization this is your perfect beach.

CALA MITJANA

This beach is near Ferreries in the south coast of menorca

You can get easily by car or also by boat.

This beach has some of the finest white sand of menorca and it’s sourranded by pines.

There you can also see many cliffs and dunes.

CALA PREGONDA

This beach is near Mercadal in the north coast of menorca.

If you want to arrive there you will have to park the car near the beach and carry on by foot.

The beach has only some houses near and we could say it’s a virgin beach.

It has very characteristic red sand wich makes a beautiful contrast with the clear water.

It has also some special areas were you can cliff jump and snorkle.

CALA PILAR

It’s founded in the north part of menorca between Ferreries and Ciutadella.

You will have to live your car behind and walk for half an hour, obiously you can also arrive there from the see.

This beach is very famous for its red sand in wich people make mod baths.

CALA MACARELLA

It near ciutadella in the south coast of menorca.

It has white sand, a beautifull turquoise water and it’s protected by cliffts and pines around it.

It’s accessible by car and "MACARELLA" and its little sister "Cala Macarelleta" are the most visited beaches in Menorca.
