My name is Sofie Helleman.

I am 26 years old and I am deaf.

In February 2018 I moved to Leeuwarden

with my boyfriend,

with whom I have been for almost two years.

The Talepaviljoen is about to start!

It’s a catering facility where
music, etc., is also present.

There, I do two different things:

I am doing an internship at Afûk

And besides that, I am also waiting there.

working at the Talepaviljoen!
