オーベルテストで腸脛靭帯症候群の評価をします。

患者が横向きの状態で、膝を支え９０度に曲げ、
股関節をやや伸展し外転させた状態にします。

検査者が膝の支えをはなした時に膝が内転しない場合は
陽性の結果とみなします。
