-
Listening to our heart brain.
-
Messages from the heart
-
may manifest in the form of lightness
-
or heaviness of the chest.
-
Relaxing or tightening.
-
Crushing pain in the chest.
-
Pleasant, slow, regular
-
or rapid, irregular heartbeats,
-
and so on.
-
In this exercise,
-
you listen to the rate and rhythm of the heart
-
from inside your body.
-
It may help, to place your hand
-
on the very center of your chest, over your heart.
-
Listen deeply to the sensations and emotional messages,
-
that are reflected from your heart brain,
-
such as feelings of peace,
-
joy, openness, gratitude, or melancholy,
-
sadness, fury, pain.
-
Remember to stay anchored in your breathing
-
and in your body,
-
relaxing the physical,
-
as well as the emotional heart
-
with your mindful breathing and relaxation.
-
Smile, rest and release the tension and pain
-
in every pause,
-
between the inbreaths and the outbreaths.
-
Breathing in.
-
I listen to my heart brain.
-
Breathing out.
-
I become aware of the message
-
sent from my heart brain.
-
Aware of heart brain.
-
Listening
-
[BELL]
-
I am here for you.
-
I am here.
