Art:21 | James Turrell

James Turrell's work involves explorations in light and space that speak to viewers without words, impacting the eye, body, and mind with the force of a spiritual awakening. Io voglio cogliere la luce delle stelle che provaniva dal sistema planetario

che potrebbe essere più vecchio del sistema solare

e si può ottenere questa luce e convogliarla in un punto particolare

così da averla fisicamente presente al punto da avvertire quella antica luce

Questa è l'apertura del cratere

che quindi è uno spazio ellittico del cielo

Lo spazio si colloca veramente nel cielo

e certamente quel che accade nel cielo penetra fino a

laggiù nel cratere.
