Witness Cards instruction video (short version)

Hey, everyone out there!

I am so excited to tell about the new
witness cards we have made.

These are cards with pictures on,

you can use to share the gospel
to other people.

Many of you already know
of the cups and cookies,

how we use glass and water,
and things to illustrate the gospel,

but sometimes you are sitting
in a place

where you don't have these
to illustrate the gospel,

so we have made some new cards,
called "Witness Cards".

These cards are very, very special
in that way

that they really illustrate the gospel
in a beautiful way.

I just want to go through the cards
with you very short in this video,

and then you can go and see
a longer video,

where you can see in details how
to share the gospel with these cards.

There are 16 cards in a set like this.

On the backside
there is a link to videos,

where you can go and see more about it.

If we start with the cards,
on the fist three cards here

there are some commercials,
from the "Pioneer Training School",

from the TLR map and
for the movies we have.

If you take these cards and turn around,
we have the chess game.

And then I take the next three cards
and I turn around, now we have the chess.

That is to illustrate the things
we often talk about

that you move, we move, you move,
we move.

Are we allowed to move two times?

No. Why? Because there are rules.

And the things is
that we have all sinned.

God has sent His Son to die for our sins.

Whose time is it to move now?
It's your time.

And what do we need to do?

We need to repent, get baptized and
receive the Holy Spirit.

So, this is the beginning.
This are the cards we have.

Then, when we start to share the gospel,
we start with this.

In the beginning
God created heaven and earth.

And in the garden He put a man.

Or we can do it like this.

So, man walked with God.

Man was supposed to eat
of the tree of life and live forever,

but he took of the wrong tree,
and because of that man sinned.

Before they had a soft heart.
Now they got a stony heart.

Then they got divided from God.

And then we have a problem.
The sin came in.

And people sinned and rebelled
against God.

And then we can use these
to talk about sin

and talk about how we compare
ourselves with each other,

instead of how it was before
man fell away.

The good news is that He sent
His Son Jesus Christ to die for our sins.

Jesus walked here around us,

but where everyone have sinned,
He hasn't.

And then we illustrate, when He was
around 30 years old,

He got baptized in water and there
we have like a picture of water here.

He got baptized in water,
came up again,

and then the Holy Spirit
came over Him as a dove.

And then we turn a card around
and we see a dove there.

Then we share about how Jesus
walked around here,

healing the sick, preaching the gospel,

and called people to follow Him
as His disciples.

He died on the cross
and He got buried.

But because He was without sin,
He rose up again.

And then we have a new card
where He has a thorn on His head.

So, Jesus rose up again
from the cross.

But then He went to heaven
as now King,

and has sent His Holy Spirit
down here.

And then we can illustrate it like,

what do we now need to do?

We need to repent from our stony heart,

and when we turn around
and put our faith in Jesus,

God will give us a new heart,
a soft heart.

Now we have a heart that's soft.

But the body is still in sin.

So, what do we do with the sinful body,
with the dirty body?

We need to wash it clean in water.

And that is where we die with Christ.
We come down dirty

and we rise up as a new person.

We are now new in Christ,
have a new heart.

But, we need the Holy Spirit.

And like the Holy Spirit came over Jesus,
the Holy Spirit needs to come over us.

So, now we are sitting there
with the Holy Spirit,

walking here on earth
in Christ's place.

When other people hear the gospel
of the cross, of the Kingdom of God,

and about Jesus, they turn away
from their sins,

turn away and get a new heart.

Then they get baptized to Christ
and come up clean,

and then the Holy Spirit also
comes over them as a dove.

And then God, one day, is going to
divide the sheep from the goats,

and He's going to come down
in the New Jerusalem,

and there He will set the garden,
the tree of life,

people are going to eat of the tree of life
and live forever,

and one more time everything
is going to be so good, so perfect,

as it was in the beginning.

So, this is very short what we have
with these cards

and how you can use these cards
to illustrate the gospel,

when you talk with people.

You don't always have cups
and something to illustrate with,

and these cards are in a small set,
it's easy to have it in your pocket,

so when you're out some place:

"Hey, can we sit down and talk?
I want to show you something."

And there you can use these cards
to illustrate it.
