elevates slightly, indicating the gluteus -
0:26 - 0:30medius muscle appropriately abducts the supported
hip. -
0:30 - 0:35If the pelvis drops on the unsupported side
or remains level, it's considered a positive -
0:35 - 0:40Trendelenburg, indicating a weak gluteus medius
or intra-articular pathology in the supported hip.
