0:08 - 0:11you are concentrated somehow on that.

0:11 - 0:15Concentrated means that
you only pay attention to that, -
0:15 - 0:16and not to other things.

0:17 - 0:22You release everything else,
just retain one object. -
0:23 - 0:27And that object may be your inbreath,

0:27 - 0:30may be the tea you are drinking,

0:30 - 0:34or may be your body,
mindfulness of body. -
0:36 - 0:40And the Buddha gave us one whole Sutra

0:41 - 0:43on the practice of mindfulness of body,

0:44 - 0:47the contemplation of the body.
