    just retain one object.

    And that object may be your inbreath,

    may be the tea you are drinking,

    or may be your body,
    mindfulness of body.

    And the Buddha gave us one whole Sutra
  • 0:41 - 0:43
    on the practice of mindfulness of body,
  • 0:44 - 0:47
    the contemplation of the body.
