During a study on twins, Mary realizes Missy feels left out of the family. On the car ride home from the study, Mary lets Missy pick the restaurant they will eat at. In separate rooms during the study, the doctors ask Sheldon and Missy to look at a series of pictures and explain what they see. The two give completely different answers. The family learns how insightful Missy is.
