86:02 - 86:02You go.
-
86:10 - 86:10Faizi...
-
86:15 - 86:18You have got good experience
in aII departments. -
86:18 - 86:22But I haven't trained you in
a very important department. -
86:23 - 86:23Customers.
-
86:24 - 86:25But no probIem.
-
86:25 - 86:26That we can compensate.
-
86:26 - 86:30The customer in tabIe 28 has
requested to meet the chef. -
86:31 - 86:32I give this opportunity to you.
-
86:32 - 86:33Go and meet him.
-
86:33 - 86:36But, without knowing which
dish he has ordered...... -
86:36 - 86:38In our kitchen, everything is a team work.
-
86:39 - 86:43If I couId take the credit of your dish,
you take the credit of oyster? -
86:49 - 86:51Carry on.
- Thank you chef. -
86:59 - 87:00Sir...
-
87:00 - 87:01May I heIp you.
-
87:01 - 87:02Sure.
-
87:03 - 87:05I wouId be pIeased if you couId
teII me what is in this pIate. -
87:08 - 87:10Sir, that Oysters with KeraIa spices.
-
87:10 - 87:12This is the star attraction
of ourfusion food festivaI. -
87:13 - 87:16Our IocaI ingredients Iike pepper,
Iime and smaII onion are... -
87:16 - 87:18...served with a European
dish Iike oyster. -
87:19 - 87:21European styIe!
-
87:21 - 87:22Yes sir.
-
87:24 - 87:26Do you know even
the speIIing of Europe? -
87:27 - 87:28Mehroof..pIease...
-
87:32 - 87:33Don't create a scene unnecessariIy.
-
87:35 - 87:36HeIIo.
-
87:36 - 87:39I ask this after ordering the most
expensive dish in the menu. -
87:39 - 87:42If this stuff is to be served raw,
there is no need of chef. -
87:45 - 87:48In a fusion food menu generaIIy.......
- This is not fusion but confusion. -
87:51 - 87:52Sir, pIease understand.
-
87:52 - 87:54This dish is to be eaten Iike this.
-
87:54 - 87:56So, it is not your mistake.
-
87:56 - 87:58The probIem is with my ignorance.
-
87:59 - 88:00CaII your MD.
-
88:00 - 88:01I wiII taIk to him.
-
88:12 - 88:12Sorry sir.
-
88:13 - 88:15If you order what you want..
chef wiII cook it for you. -
88:15 - 88:17But he wants to teach me how to eat.
-
88:17 - 88:19Not at aII...you pIace the order.
-
88:19 - 88:22I ordered for oyster with KeraIa spices.
-
88:23 - 88:25First you cook it for me as I Iike it.
-
88:44 - 88:45Yes sir.
-
91:32 - 91:34Don't you go to work today?
- No. -
91:34 - 91:35I'm on Ieave today.
-
91:39 - 91:40Where are you off to?
-
91:41 - 91:41ShouId I drop you?
-
91:48 - 91:49Kareem ikka!
-
91:50 - 91:51God!
-
91:53 - 91:55FaizaI, my grand chiId.
-
91:55 - 91:56HeIIo.
- Hi! -
91:57 - 92:00You know the deadIine of that Ioan.
-
92:00 - 92:02OnIy some more months are Ieft.
-
92:03 - 92:06I know it is difficuIt for you for a fuII
repayment incIuding the interest. -
92:08 - 92:09How much does the totaI come to?
-
92:10 - 92:13Rs. 786043.
-
92:15 - 92:18Can you extend the
deadIine a IittIe further? -
92:18 - 92:20It is impossibIe.
-
92:20 - 92:23But there is a proposaI.
-
92:24 - 92:25You wiII onIy benefit from this.
-
92:26 - 92:29If you seII this mortgaged
property to us this month... -
92:29 - 92:32...you wiII get another
50,000 rupees extra. -
92:34 - 92:38Any way you wiII Iose
the property in no time. -
92:38 - 92:40If I repay the Ioan, it won't happen.
-
92:45 - 92:47Which is this property?
-
92:48 - 92:49I have onIy one property.
-
92:50 - 92:52HoteI?
- Yes. -
92:55 - 92:57I have written down aII the caIcuIations.
-
92:57 - 92:58Take this.
-
93:01 - 93:03FaizaI...PIease come.
-
93:03 - 93:04Sure.
-
93:10 - 93:14I see his efforts to pay
the interest every month. -
93:14 - 93:17But stiII he is adamant.
-
93:17 - 93:18It's because of his oId age.
-
93:18 - 93:20You shouId expIain him the reaIities.
-
93:21 - 93:23What does he gain
from repaying this Ioan? -
93:24 - 93:28This financiaI probIem occurs because
he doesn't see it as a business. -
93:29 - 93:30It's not going to change.
-
93:31 - 93:35So, it is betterto
impIement this proposaI. -
93:36 - 93:41An enterprising young man Iike
you can't harp on this oId shop. -
93:42 - 93:43We have to be practicaI.
-
93:44 - 93:46If you want to continue with this option,
you have to reach a concIusion very fast. -
93:46 - 93:48We are not seIIing off the property.
-
93:50 - 93:51Faizi...
-
93:52 - 93:54PIease give him some more
time to think over this matter. -
93:54 - 93:56After taking a decision, just inform me..
-
93:56 - 93:57I wiII make further arrangements.
-
93:58 - 93:59Okay. Thank you.
-
94:16 - 94:16Grandpa...
-
94:17 - 94:18When did you take this Ioan?
-
94:21 - 94:213 years back.
-
94:23 - 94:25I didn't have money to run the shop.
-
94:26 - 94:28Money shouId be repaid.
-
94:29 - 94:30What about the fund for that?
-
94:32 - 94:33Not with me.
-
94:35 - 94:35Then?
-
94:41 - 94:42I don't know.
-
94:46 - 94:47Grandpa...
-
94:48 - 94:49Are you aIright?
-
94:52 - 94:54Have you seen the rain in a desert?
-
94:57 - 94:58I have seen.
-
95:00 - 95:03I was on my way to
Moinuddin Chisti dargah. -
95:05 - 95:08Before reaching there
a rain Iike this. -
95:14 - 95:15Then any one wouId be forced to think...
-
95:16 - 95:18...the way to heaven
is not so Iong from there. -
95:41 - 95:44Your biriyani is the best in this city.
-
95:45 - 95:46StiII the business incurs Ioss.
-
95:46 - 95:47Why is it Iike that?
-
95:49 - 95:52I don't make any compromise
in the quaIity of the food I cook. -
95:52 - 95:53So, the expense wiII be more.
-
95:54 - 95:55And you won't hike the price.
-
95:55 - 95:56That's not the reason.
-
95:57 - 96:00Without hiking the price, I get profit.
-
96:00 - 96:04But I have to meet some
other expenses aIso. -
96:04 - 96:06The coIIege fees of Ummar's son.
-
96:06 - 96:08Wedding of Abida's daughter.
-
96:08 - 96:09Is it not?
-
96:10 - 96:15In that way, this hoteI is run to
meet the expenses of others. -
96:15 - 96:17It's not a business for you.
-
96:24 - 96:26Don't you often say that...
-
96:26 - 96:29...you wouId Iike to go for Iong journeys
Ieaving behind aII these things? -
96:30 - 96:32That you wouId Iike to go to aII darga's.
-
96:34 - 96:36Without cIosing the hoteI,
can you do such things? -
96:36 - 96:38I do to the best of my abiIity.
-
96:40 - 96:43A boat can't be rowed for
a Iong distance aII aIone. -
96:44 - 96:47If there is someone to row with
me........the situation is different. -
96:52 - 96:53The commitment that you
feeI towards the hoteI... -
96:54 - 96:56...can't be expected from anyone eIse.
-
96:57 - 97:02So, it is better to end this
which was started by you. -
97:05 - 97:07Fate is a fact.
-
97:07 - 97:09No one can stop it.
-
97:10 - 97:12Let's wait and see what wiII happen.
-
97:14 - 97:17We are the makers
of our own fate, right? -
97:18 - 97:20I'm the person who has to
decide what to do in my Iife. -
97:20 - 97:22Can anyone eIse do that?
-
97:22 - 97:24If that is the case, you wouId
not have been with me. -
97:24 - 97:26If you were abIe to
act as you wished... -
97:27 - 97:29...you wouId be Iiving
happiIy in London now. -
97:29 - 97:32You wouId not be with the
probIems of an oId man, right? -
97:34 - 97:35This is fate, my son.
-
97:38 - 97:43Sometimes, I feeI that there is no
point is dreaming about London. -
97:44 - 97:45Have this.
-
97:53 - 97:54There is a smaII difference in this?
-
97:56 - 97:57Cardamom?
-
98:01 - 98:03Some other spice?
-
98:04 - 98:06I wiII teII you about that ingredient.
-
98:06 - 98:10But more than that it is
your feeIing in your mind. -
98:19 - 98:23A IittIe bit of Iove shouId be
added with every 'suIaimani'. -
98:23 - 98:27When we have that the whoIe
worId shouId come to a standstiII. -
99:26 - 99:26Grandpa...
-
99:29 - 99:30CouId you teII me the story of your Iove?
-
99:34 - 99:38How come you are very much
sure that I had a Iove affair?. -
99:38 - 99:43OnIy those who have tasted a
'suIaimani' can teII about it's taste. -
99:55 - 99:57When I was eighteen years oId.
-
99:58 - 100:00The same year I joined with my master.
-
100:02 - 100:06For the wedding of MauIavi's
daughter, I went to cook biriyani. -
100:17 - 100:22In between, I saw a
beauty nearthe window. -
100:23 - 100:24Like a caged bird.
-
100:25 - 100:30''Didn't you stand near the door
with your rapt attention?'' -
100:31 - 100:36''I stood Iike the Iine of
a haIf sung meIody..'' -
100:37 - 100:42''Didn't you stand near the
door with your rapt attention?'' -
100:43 - 100:48''I stood Iike the Iine
of a haIf sung meIody..'' -
100:48 - 100:54''Kissing on the red Iips..''
-
100:54 - 101:00''Kissing on the red Iips..''
-
101:00 - 101:04Something started shivering in my heart.
-
101:05 - 101:10Everything happened in my Iife before
seemed to have converged to that point. -
101:13 - 101:14Who was that?
-
101:16 - 101:17MauIavi's daughter.
-
101:20 - 101:22I went to cook biriyani
for her wedding onIy. -
101:36 - 101:38Then what happened?
-
101:38 - 101:39What to happen?
-
101:41 - 101:43After wedding and eating your
biriyani, they went away. -
101:47 - 101:49Haven't you faIIen in Iove with anyone?
-
101:49 - 101:51I don't have anything of that sort.
-
101:51 - 101:52Love!
-
101:57 - 102:00''Seeking various ways to see''
-
102:00 - 102:03''And when seeing her, cIosed my eyes''
-
102:04 - 102:09''My dear, didn't you stand there''
-
102:10 - 102:15''Didn't you sIither away shyIy?''
-
102:15 - 102:21''Sweet taIks, as a roaring ocean''
-
102:21 - 102:27''Sweet taIks, as an incessant rain''
-
102:27 - 102:33''Like a peacock, Iife
was fuII of pIayfuIness'' -
102:34 - 102:37Any way you haven't given up
that beauty from your heart. -
102:39 - 102:40Faizi son..
-
102:40 - 102:41What's the matter?
-
102:43 - 102:45Do you know who that beauty is?
-
102:46 - 102:47Your grand mother.
-
102:47 - 102:51''Didn't you stand near the
door with your rapt attention?'' -
102:52 - 102:57''I stood Iike the Iine
of a haIf sung meIody..'' -
102:58 - 103:03''Didn't you stand near the
door with your rapt attention?'' -
103:04 - 103:09''I stood Iike the Iine
of a haIf sung meIody..'' -
103:46 - 103:46Faizi...
-
103:47 - 103:48We have become friends.
-
103:51 - 103:52You smart guy..
-
104:13 - 104:15Mehroof is an idiot.
-
104:17 - 104:19His snobbish nature...
-
104:20 - 104:21So insensitive.
-
104:24 - 104:27He doesn't care about how others feeI.
-
104:28 - 104:29Is it because of that
you joined with him? -
104:31 - 104:32Perfect pair!
-
104:38 - 104:39I made a mistake.
-
104:40 - 104:41Don't say that.
-
104:43 - 104:45Any way you are
going to marry him, right? -
104:46 - 104:48I didn't mention about Mehroof.
-
104:50 - 104:51About you.
-
105:08 - 105:10Time up for bIack tea.
-
105:11 - 105:13This is not bad.
-
105:13 - 105:15He is repeating history.
-
105:16 - 105:17How?
-
105:19 - 105:21SteaIing another one's bride.
-
105:33 - 105:34Okay. Good Iuck.
-
105:35 - 105:35Thank you very much.
-
105:37 - 105:37Wait wait
-
105:38 - 105:39I want a picture of you.
- Sure. -
105:42 - 105:43Make sure you don't forget me.
-
105:44 - 105:45I remember what you said.
-
105:45 - 105:49If there is any job opportunity in
Paris, I wiII make sure you get it. -
105:49 - 105:51Thank you chef.
It was great working with you. -
105:56 - 105:57Just one of mine.
- Yes. No probIem. -
106:41 - 106:43Hey George, how are you?
-
106:44 - 106:45Yes, teII me.
-
106:46 - 106:46Why?
-
106:48 - 106:50Okay, I wiII be there.
-
107:41 - 107:42I don't understand anything.
-
107:43 - 107:45You must be famiIiar with these things.
-
107:51 - 107:54This is the fIoor pIans of
Beach Bay InternationaI. -
107:57 - 107:58That's strange.
-
107:59 - 108:00See this.
-
108:05 - 108:08In this bIue print we can see the
expansion pIans of Beach Bay. -
108:09 - 108:11The main extension
is towards the beach. -
108:12 - 108:15But the reaI boundary is here.
-
108:16 - 108:19This new expansion area is
near to your promenade. -
108:20 - 108:21That means nearby grandpa's hoteI.
-
108:21 - 108:25ActuaIIy grandpa's house and
hoteI are incIuded in this pIan. -
108:31 - 108:34That means, Beach
Bay is behind the bank. -
108:37 - 108:39That's why they are pushing the proposaI.
-
108:46 - 108:50Our worId has been shrunk
into a smaII corner of their pIan. -
109:00 - 109:02I have to somehow repay the Ioan.
-
109:04 - 109:06I don't think that they
wiII Iet you repay that. -
109:25 - 109:26Good morning sir.
-
109:27 - 109:30If you have time to spare,
waiting to see you. -
109:30 - 109:31Okay.
-
109:31 - 109:33Sir, I am FaizaI AbduI Razaq.
- Faizi, right? -
109:33 - 109:34Yes sir.
-
109:36 - 109:38That's very kind of him sir.
-
109:40 - 109:44I have come to taIk a matter
which is not reIated to my job here. -
109:45 - 109:48It's none of my business..
but I feIt Iike teIIing you this. -
109:49 - 109:49Go on.
-
109:52 - 109:56The nearby ustad hoteI,
is owned by my grandpa. -
109:59 - 110:00Now he has some financiaI probIems.
-
110:01 - 110:05I came to know that Beach Bay
Int. is interested in that property. -
110:18 - 110:21I don't know what that
bank manager toId you. -
110:21 - 110:24But for my grandpa
it is notjust a property. -
110:26 - 110:29So, he has no pIans to seII it.
-
110:32 - 110:36So I hope, Beach Bay Int. can
change it's pIan accordingIy. -
110:51 - 110:52What Faizi said is right.
-
110:54 - 110:55This is not your business.
-
110:57 - 111:00Our pIans are not to be changed
according to someone eIse's interests. -
111:00 - 111:03Often others change
according to our interests. -
111:04 - 111:06Otherwise they themseIves wiII
have to face its consequences. -
111:07 - 111:10I hope your grandpa understands that.
-
111:12 - 111:13An oId biriyani shop!
-
111:14 - 111:17To cIose it down, just one
phone caII shouId be enough. -
111:18 - 111:22Go..there wiII be something
to be chopped in the kitchen. -
111:45 - 111:47How dare you give
us something Iike this? -
111:49 - 111:50What's this?
