I started contributing to Mozilla in 2011

working on a school project to
localize Mozilla Firefox

to one of the local languages in Uganda

It was an exciting project because,

in terms of localizing,
we had to create language packs

um, then I moved on to join the rep's program

where I've been helping advancing
across of Mozilla until now

I'm the founding member of the community

I founded the community
but I also lead the community

I've had a lot of interesting experiences

obviously, five years is a long time

but the most recent one has been

the success of
Mozilla Festival East Africa

where we had the president come

and officiate the event

and many other interesting people
and things going on during the event

I would say it's great.
I've learned a lot,

I've met a lot of people

I've come a long way

I think that maybe you'll see
me and admire me

and that's because of what the community
has shaped me into
