ロードアンドシフトテストは関節窩上腕関節の
前後方向の安定性を調べる検査です。

関節窩上腕関節を押さえながら上腕骨に
長軸方向の力をかけ、手で上腕骨頭を前後に動かします。

前後にずれが起こる場合、
不安定性は陽性であると判断します。
