-
Dear Everyone, welcome back to
Qigong meditation channel again.
-
Today we have just five minutes to practice
massage your head and your face to relax,
-
and to heal headache
especially also relax your face.
-
Sit on your chair or on your yoga mat,
feel comfortable, with your whole body.
-
Your feet on the ground.
-
Open your palms, inhale deep.
-
Exhale slow, so you may
bring your mind back to the body.
-
Close your eyes,
and feel your two palms on your thighs.
-
You feel your back
upright and relaxed, okay.
-
So you may use your two palms
massage together until you feel warm.
-
And then you may put
on your eyes and your face, okay.
-
You massage your face.
-
It's wonderful to take a break
from the all the computers
-
and the devices and the work,
-
so that you can
massage your face and rest your eyes,
-
okay, you may close your eyes,
and massage up and down.
-
Okay, breathe in.
-
Out.
-
Inhale.
-
Exhale.
-
That's wonderful.
-
Open ten fingers together,
and you can put on your head, okay,
-
look like you are brushing your head.
-
So brush in the back of your head.
-
And then beside your head.
-
And then front.
-
This one can
help yourself to relax your brain
-
and help yourself to stop your thinking
and just— just feel the relaxing of the head, okay,
-
feel it, feel your head, feel all the skin sensation
between your fingers and your brain, your head,
-
and allow all the cells of your head, on the skin
of your head, relax and release tensions, okay.
-
In the back of your head,
beside, and front.
-
That's wonderful.
-
And then you can use all fingers together
-
and you put on your outside
of you eyes' brows right here, okay.
-
Your eyes' brows, outside,
beside your forehead.
-
You may press and make a circle.
-
Breathe in, and then
release it, breathe out.
-
Make a circle, inhale.
-
Exhale.
-
You can make a circle three times, in.
-
Press it and then release, out.
-
Inhale.
-
Release it, exhale.
-
You can press and do
this acupressure point
-
to help yourself to release also
the headache and migraine, okay.
-
Breathe in.
-
Out.
-
In.
-
Out. That's wonderful.
-
Open your palms, inhale deep.
-
Exhale slow.
-
Relax your face.
Relax your head.
-
Okay, so you may
face your two palms up together
-
and you may click outside
of your little fingers together,
-
like this way— area, this area,
-
from your little fingers until your—
beside your— your palms, here.
-
Go onto your wrists, okay, like that.
-
Click into that.
-
This one is wonderful to help yourself to
reduce and heal your migraines and headache.
-
You may smiles to your palms,
you look to your palms and offer love,
-
and care, okay. You may clicks
from 60 times and 200 times.
-
That's wonderful.
-
Open your palms, inhale deep.
-
Exhale slow.
-
May holding your two hands
together this way, breathe in.
-
You look up in the backwards, okay.
-
Out, you look forward, relax your head.
-
This movements look like you are
bending your head, inhale, look up.
-
Exhale, look down.
-
Okay, relax your neck and your head.
-
In.
-
Out. It's wonderful to
relax your head and your neck.
-
In.
-
Out.
-
Out.
-
One more time, inhale.
-
Exhale, look down and relax your neck.
-
Okay, that's wonderful.
-
You can put your left palm inside and
right palm outside on your lower abdomen,
-
and you just feel solid,
with your two feet on the ground.
-
You feel your lower abdomen,
two palms support your lower abdomen.
-
You feel your lower abdomen
rising when you breathe in,
-
lower abdomen is falling
when you breathe out,
-
and just follow your breathing in that way.
-
You relax your head, also
relax your neck, relax your face.
-
Feel the sensation
between your palms and your lower abdomen.
-
Feel grateful to your body.
-
Breathe in.
-
Out, letting go all tensions and worries
from your head, your neck.
-
Breathe in.
-
Out. Release tensions
from your lower abdomen.
-
Okay, open your eyes.
