    is often, in my view, misleadingly

    referred to as 'Memory exercises.'

    It's nothing to do with 'Memory exercises
    Your memory comes into it but

    that is not what you're exercising.
    You're using your memory,
  • Not Synced
    but you're not exercising your memory.
  • Not Synced
    What you're doing is training yourself
    to concentrate
  • Not Synced
    on what somebody else is saying.
  • Not Synced
    A part of that entails
    the use of your memory.
  • Not Synced
    But the objective of the exercise
    is not to use your memory.
  • Not Synced
    And in the first two or three, or ideally,
    in my view, four weeks, if you're working

    without the help of
