It operates with impartiality as to nationality, race, gender, religious beliefs, class and political opinions.The French Red Cross has run the Global First Aid Reference Centre since December 2012, following an agreement signed with the IFRC. The Global First Aid Reference Centre has the primary objective of serving as a technical expertise centre for the IFRC and providing support for the member National Societies on all questions pertaining to first aid. Thanks to its engagement and the engagement of the association SIKANA Education, this first aid awareness program was created. These videos are not a substitute for formal first aid training (First Aid Certification), and it is advisable to consult www.croix-rouge.fr if possible.
