и искаме да го сравним с 156.348

Ще го направя стъпка по стъпка, дори и да ви е ясно, в случай, че не ви е.

Да видим стотиците.

1-цата при цифрите на стотици показва колко стотици имаме.

Имаме 1 за цифра на стотици и в двете числа.

Да видим десетиците. Имаме 5 десетици, което е 50.

И в двете числа имаме 5 десетици, т.е. са едни и същи.

Отиваме при единиците. Имаме 6 единици

и в двете числа, т.е. са равни отново.

Отиваме при десетите. 3 десети и в двете числа.

Какво става със стотните? Имаме 7 стотни

в първото число и 4 стотни във второто.

Второто число има по-малко стотни. Да видим хилядните.

Едни и същи са, но нямаше да има значение, дори и ако бяха различни,

понеже стотните са различни. А стотните са с по-голямо значение.

7 > 4, т.е. 7 стотни е повече от 4 стотни.

И тогава 156.378 > 156.348
