of bread, you see everything in it.

you hold in your hand is

the body of the cosmos.

And with a little bit of mindfulness
you can see

that the piece of bread is
an ambassador of the cosmos,

coming to you.

And if you can see the piece of bread
-
in it's true nature, and then
-
you can put it in your mouth.
-
Don't put anything else
in your mouth, like your projects,
-
your fear, your anger, it's not healthy.

Just put the bread.
-
And when you chew the bread,
just chew the bread.

Mindfully, with joy.
-
Don't chew your sorrow, your anger.
-
It's not good for your health.
