‘Abdu sh-Shakūr

Our brother from Switzerland, ‘Abdu sh-Shakūr, passed away yesterday. He was with Mawlānā (q) for over 30 years and was a sincere and dedicated Muslim and did his best to bring his people to Islām. He died shahīd and although we are sad, we are sure he is in a good place. Most Europeans are being cheated by not being given the correct picture of Islām.

As-Salāmu ‘alaykum wa-raḥmatu Llāhi
wa-barakātuh.

A‘ūdhu bi-Llāhi mina sh-shayṭāni r-rajīm.
Bismi Llāhi r-Raḥmāni r-Raḥīm.

Aṣ-ṣalātu wa-s-Salāmu ‘alá Rasūlinā
Muḥammadin Sayyidi l-awwalīna

wa-l-ākhirīn. Madad yā Rasūla Llāh,
madad yā Sādātī Aṣḥābi Rasūli Llāh,

madad yā Mashāyikhanā, dastūr
Mawlānā Shaykh ‘Abdu Llāh

al-Fā’iz ad-Dāghistānī, Shaykh Muḥammad
Nāẓim al-Ḥaqqānī. Madad.

Ṭarīqatuna ṣ-ṣuḥbah,
wa-l-khayru fi l-jam’iyyah.

By the will of Allāh ﷻ everyone

will depart from this world one day.

We ask that Allāh ﷻ gives us health

and does not separate us from īmān.

One of our brothers,

a representative in Switzerland,

had an accident and passed away today.

And we should be

happy that he left with īmān

and found Islām

in a place like Switzerland.

And he found Ṭarīqah.

His belief was firm.

Over 30 years ago

he met Mawlānā, they say by chance.

It is not by chance. Allāh ﷻ appointed

that time for him to meet Mawlānā

and be honoured with Islām.

He was meant to meet Mawlānā

on that day, in that place,

to choose to become Muslim.

And he joined the Ṭarīqah. For 30 years,

maybe more than 30 years,

he has been doing service. He would come

a couple of times throughout the year.

We are sad that he passed away

in an accident.

However, in shā’a Llāh our sadness...

Allāh ﷻ is Arḥamu r-Rāḥimīn.

There is wisdom in his
passing away like that.

He left with the rank of shahīd.
He was unique anyway.

Despite everything,

he was trying to teach Islām

on his own.

He would wear Islamic clothing,

and get along with everyone.
He was a good example.

Always smiling,

he was never seen fighting
with anyone.

Therefore, may he have a high station.

He is gone to the eternal world,

the true abode.

This world is an illusion. It will pass

in some way. Important is

to pass away with īmān.

People of Ṭarīqah

leave with īmān

within ṭarīqah and reach

Mawlānā's presence,

Muslims, and

people of Ṭarīqah.

A person who leaves Muslim,
meaning with īmān,

his soul hangs in Paradise like a bird.

Who goes to Hell remains in Hell.

They say they call spirits.
Spirits don't come.

What comes is a silly thing.

As we said, important is

his service

and creed.

These are the things that will reach him

following after. He will be

with his loved ones,

with his Shaykh and our Prophet ﷺ,

with Allāh's ﷻ permission.

May Allāh ﷻ increase his station.

Of course, they have their own

ceremonies to be done. We will pray

ṣalātu l-ghā’ib after he is
washed, in shā’a Llāh.

They don't bury immediately in Europe.

They make a lot of things.

In shā’a Llāh it will be good
if brothers living

closer to his area go to his
janāzah. Allāh ﷻ will

reward them for their every step.

Our life of course some
day it will be end.

We are not living in
this world forever.

Eternal life – after death.

So, today, last night, yesterday we hear

one news, sad, about

our brother ‘Abdu sh-Shakūr

from Switzerland, he has accident
and he pass away.

Pass away when he has accident
with īmān in hand, is you

counted as shahīd, martyr.

Martyr.

He was real very sincere,

very nice murīd, all time laughing.

Since first time I meet him in Basel,

he was laughing and I was, "Why this
man laughing too much."

So he was like this.

And he invite us for to one and
half year to Switzerland.

He was really very good,

make his best to

bring people to Islām, to bring

murīd together, to help

people, to show them right way. And this,

since maybe 30 years or more we know him.

And he said, was telling us
how he become Muslim.

You say accidently, but nothing
accidently. It was

Allāh ﷻ prepare this time and place

for him to meet Mawlānā.

And when he meet Mawlānā he become Muslim.

You say where it was? He said, "I was
in petrol station, selling, help for

working in petrol station and saw
Mawlānā Shaykh there,"

and immediately he become Muslim,

and he become real sincere one.

Since more than, I think

more than 30 years. So I know
him since '85.

He was before maybe two years –
maybe 35 years he is Muslim.

And he with accident,

Allāh ﷻ also want this.

We are sad for him, but maybe
he is happy with this

because become martyr and his,

he is higher and higher, in shā’a Llāh,
in Divine Presence.

And he will be, in shā’a Llāh,
with who love –

he loved Mawlānā, he loved Prophet
ṣallá Llāhu ‘alayhi wa-sallam.

We are sure he is not going to bad place.

Even we are sad for his – we will not see
him in this world –

but, in shā’a Llāh, also we will meet
again, not forever this separat[ion].

It is short time. Life it is so fast.

So, in shā’a Llāh, for Jannah we
meet him, in shā’a Llāh, there.

And in Europe they make too much time to

make preparation for janāzah but when he
will be prepared, we will pray for him

ghā’ib janāzah namāz.
But who as near this area

from our murīd, we ask them who can go

to attend his funeral, he must
go there, in shā’a Llāh.

Allāh ﷻ reward these people
who is going also there.

Allāh ﷻ raise his maqām and give

hidāyah for his family to be,

he will be more happy
with this, in shā’a Llāh.

Allāh ﷻ save you,

Allāh ﷻ give hidāyah for other
people, because

there is many good people in

Europe and, but they are all
cheated. They are very...

they have

like...

pollution of knowledge –

showing Islām as bad.

But if they know, all they will be,
most of them will be Muslim.

But there is real attacking for Islām,

and they are making many thing,

many theatre, but

bloody theatre they make, and they are
saying, "This is Islām, this is...

Don't go there." Because before,

in time of Mawlānā, when
he first going to England,

there was many English, German,

coming by hundred, by thousand
people to Islām.

And they make this theatre – first one to

Iranian revolution. They say,
"Look, Islām this is."

Second they make with...

Afghanistan and other. All this,

this all not from Islām. This is theatre,

bloody theatre from

enemy of Islām,

to not let people to come to Islām.

Even they kill their own people,
they are not,

no harm for them to do this.

So, real one like Shaykh
‘Abdu sh-Shakūr, there is

million like him, but they are cheated
to not be come to Islām.

Allāh ﷻ give hidāyah for all
of them, in shā’a Llāh.
