Kuzey artık kararını vermiş, Cemre'ye evlenme teklif etmek üzere nişan yüzüklerini almıştır. Bu kez Cemre'ye, bu kararın Güneye olan öfkesinden değil, sadece hayatına O'nunla devam etmek için aldığını ispat etmesi gerekmektedir.
Planının ilk bölümünü tamamlayan Güney, Sinanerlere şimdilik istediği zararı vermiştir. Köşesine çekilip sessizce karşı hamleyi beklemeye başlar.
Cemre'yle Kuzey'in ne olursa olsun birbirlerinden vazgeçmeyeceklerini anlayan Handan Hanım sonunda yumuşar. İyi niyetini göstermek için Gülten'le konuşur.
