Caesarean Section: Step 3 - Uterine Incision

So now the next step would be to incise the uterus

before that we'll have to identify the uterovisecal peritonium

and we'll have to pick up the uterovisecal fold with the forceps

and we'll cut the uterovisecal perotonium using our scissors

and we'll try to make a bladder flap

by holding the uterovisecal peritonium and the

and bluntly dissecting with our index finger

and then after making a bladder flap

we'll insert the x retractor in the bladder flap and then the next step will be

to make the uterine incision

so we'll make a transverse incision on the lower segment

and usually we can, the preferred method is to

to bluntly dissect the uterine incision using our fingers
