Not Syncedcan put a lot of pressure on your

Not Syncedshoulder and your rotator cuff where it

Not Synceddoesn't need to be. The exercise is only

Not Syncedfrom 90 degrees and up. So you want to start

Not Syncedas close to that as possible. Right now

Not Syncedyou can see that the seats pretty high and

Not SyncedI'd have to push the weights all the way

Not Syncedto here just to do the exercise from there

Not Syncedto there. So what I’m going to do is

Not Syncedhips. Keep your core tight. Come down 90

Not Synceddegrees. Straight up. Breathe out as you
