Reporter:In your opinion, what type
of character is Cesur?

Cesur, is a man that experienced
complex tragedies in his past

We will surely portray to the viewer the
detail of such tragedies in future episodes

The viewer will learn of these important details
that will clarify the story of his past but

His past is complicated and deep. He has
a lot of past problems linked to his family

that needs to be solved and resolved

He is seeking the truth to find out about his
family. He wants to know exactly what

happened to his father, to his mother, and
to each member of his family

He was raised to the fact that all of his
problems that Tahsin Korludag was

involved in them. His return is mainly to
learn the truth, solve them & seek revenge.

His character is extremely calm, cool tempered.
Excellent people person, well liked by many

with great communication skills. Highly
educated, confident, strong personality,

and brave just like his name.
(Cesur in Turkish means brave & strong)

As an actor, I was tempted to play this role
due to his cool temper and calmness.

I have been lucky as an actor to have had the
chance to play an array of roles & characters.

But as I look at Cesur today, I see how he sees
things. He calmly handles each situation,

and calculates every step. He foresees the reaction
of each person and knows exactly what will occur.

He pre-plans everything.

He is such an organized person that he has
different plan for each and every person.

Prior to his arrival, he studied each person
and knew exactly how to deal with them.

What amazes me the most about his
character, is that he thoroughly

analyzes everything & everyone. He is precise on
how to reach that person and gain their trust.

This is how he is able to form different forms of
relationships with either Suhan, Tahsin, Kemal,

any person living at the Korludag ranch,
even members of the Korludag family.

I had to form distinct characteristics
in order to deal with each character.

I needed to learn a trick in acting to master the
skill of dealing with each character differently.

In reality, he is very sensitive. If he wasn't,
he wouldn't have left his established life

to return and uncover the unknown

He has deep emotions buried inside of
him and his main mission is to unfold them

It was thrilling to portray this character. My
excitement, entire cast and crew were just

as thrilled and that is visible from the very first
episode

I was extremely thrilled to work with all the
cast and crew both on and off camera.

I want to thank all of the cast, the crew who
are not seen by the viewers for a job well done

Reporter: Did you face any challenges while
preparing for the first scene?

The first scene in itself is a complex scene

Cesur suddenly sees Suhan while she's
riding a horse that was out of control

As we saw in the scene, he interceded to help
her with his car

This scene took four days to film

Yes it was a challenging scene to film due
to its danger, risk, and specific detail

In a matter of one minute, everything had to be precise.
The distance of the car to the horse, movement of
the wind

How Cesur needed to jump out of a car in motion
and land onto a moving horse

All of this and other details as well

Truthfully, I was hesitant to how this scene can be
conducted without flaw or problem

But after watching the finished scene, I was thrilled
and ecstatic of how it all came together

The subject of the horse and with what happened to
me in my previous project Kurt Seyit

I still managed to continue my training
regardless of my injury, pain, even

the difficult freezing weather conditions
of St. Petersburg

Due to the training I received in Turkey
& Russia before filming Kurt Seyit

I know how to ride horses, but I needed
to refresh my training again for this role

I also trained on how to properly maneuver
and steer the Jeep at high speed myself

Thank God that was done well & without
facing any accidents or problems at all

Reporter: What is the best thing you
liked about the character Cesur?

To be honest, I always do a comparative
analysis of all the previous characters I've
played

His character is like no other. Although his
character doesn't resemble any of the them

It is however a part of all of the them but
doesn't look like them

In reality Kivanc is pride, and "Pride" is
the Kivanc that is on the screen acting

in an unfamiliar new role is what honestly
excited me the most.

It is very difficult to play such a calm, cool
tempered person

It is hard for me to be cold blooded or cool
tempered and calm. That isn't me at all

On the contrary, I am short tempered

My anger lasts for a second,
and my passion is momentary

However, Cesur has perfectly trained
himself in that aspect and has become a pro

All the problems he faced in his lifetime
helped him master the skill to remain

calm and thoroughly think

He is a man that is focused on his mission
to seek revenge

I found the revenge process to be exciting
because he will have many challenges of

having to choose love over revenge.
At the same time he will battle

between the two feelings and how his
love will grow more and more.

I find those challenges and obstacles
fascinating to work with

I am enjoying playing the character more.

The recent episodes have left a delightful
taste in my mouth

Reporter: Before the series aired, it was said
that Suhan & Cesur are the dream, ideal couple

and they have waited a long time for you to
co-star with Tuba Buyukstun. How did it feel
to be a couple?

After watching the 1st episode, I saw
that Suhan & Cesur got along very well

Just like Korhan and Jaheda and all of the
cast that are on the ranch got along

beautifully and fit in to their character
as if we we were filming the 10th or 15th episode

I don't know, but when I saw them, I liked
them all

In my opinion, the warmth and understanding
of the entire cast is essential

This reflects on the performance of the
actors and entire project

Overall the entire cast and crew get along
greatly and work harmoniously together

From this point, I want to send out a special thanks
to the screenwriter, dearest Ece.

She recently returned with this wonderful
project and once again I want to thank her

viewers an outstanding 1st episode
