>> Hi, I'm Rick Hall.
-
Several months ago on the show introduced
-
the new concept into the
English language, sniglet.
-
Now, a sniglet is any word that
should be in a dictionary, but isn't.
-
For instance, the word
spratchett to those with
-
that giant windshield wiper looking thing
-
you always find at checkout counters.
-
You don't have to go beyond
-
your local supermarket to find
a good half dozen sniglet.
-
>> Speraws are the star-shaped
marks on the end of hotdog.
-
Squimmets are those
disgusting thread that you
-
always find hanging from bananas
when you try to peel it.
-
>> This is a motspur,
-
pesky fourth wheel on that shopping cart.
-
Never seem to get along
with the other three.
-
The actor picking goods
from one section of
-
the store and replacing it in
another section is known as
-
purpitation and to see them
-
purpitator who can camouflage
these foods effectively.
-
The misplaced foods are
known as food [inaudible],
-
and they have a pretty mysterious
way of showing up on your grocery.
-
>> [inaudible] sniglets common
folks, we can use them.
-
Now on the Sniglets P.O. BOX 27901
Hollywood, California, 90027.
-
One of these swank t-shirts
that we happen to like
-
and use it on the air.
-
Thanks a lot.
-
By all means watch out for strumble,
-
those unclean objects,
-
they always pretend that made
you trip when it was actually
-
your own stupid [inaudible].
