    is the bell of mindfulness.

    An occasion for you to stop.

    And smile.

    And enjoy your in-breath
    and out-breath.

    The sound of the bell
    helping you to relax.

    You sit back.
    You relax.

    You smile to red light,
  • Not Synced
    very thankful to it.

    And you enjoy mindful breathing.

    If not,

    you will be the object,
  • Not Synced
    the victim of your anger,
  • Not Synced
    of your willingness,
    of your desire, to arrive.

    It seems that you believe that
    when you arrive, you'll be happier.

    But the fact is that,

    at the point of arrival,

    things may get worse.

    We want to arrive.

    Yes.

    But the most....

    ...meaningful address,

    the most important address
    of your arrival

    is life.

    And where is life?

    Life, its address is here and now.

    And that is why
    every step you make

    has to bring you to
    the here and the now,
  • Not Synced
    namely...

    in deep contact with life.

    That is why walking meditation
  • Not Synced
    is a practice that helps you
    to touch deeply life
  • Not Synced
    in every step,
  • Not Synced
    and touch peace and joy in every step.

    And driving, we can do the same.

    And that is why the red light

    is a powerful bell of mindfulness
    to help us.

    And after the red light
    has become the green light,

    we continue to drive in mindfulness

    and enjoy every minute of

    our driving.

    You can drive mindfully.

    You can enjoy your breathing.
