he told the guy if you want to succeed as bad as you wanna breath then you'll be successful

you know that one when you lose and you aint got no sportsman ship, you know that one. normally you know you lose you just man up. you dont wanna shake their hand but you do it anyway

But when you get so tired of losing, when you get pissed,when you cant take losing nomore, you lose the whole look shake their hand and you just walk off. AND mike walked off with a tear in his eye and let me tell you something he walked off and said this will be the last time the pistons ever beat me again.

you gotta promise me when i give it back you give me something. She like alright cool, she took the jewel and she said "what do you want from me " and he said "what i want from you is whatever was inside of you that allowed you to give this to me "

it's a differant mind set, it's a differnt mind set

whatevers in you that allowed you to be WILLING to give that to me

Worst thing in life is not to be broke. Worst thing in life is to Taste some success and then you gotta go back to being a nobody. thats hard

If you only have 24 hours in a day. your success is depended upon how you use the 24.

Thats it you get 24. i dont care if you grew up broke, i dont care if you grew up rich i dont care if your in college your not in college. YOU only get 24 hours

we talk about oppurtunities. you right here in it. and the differance between of those of you who will succede and those who will fail, you not taking advantage of you oppurtunity

you party, you smokin, you drinking. listen to me very closely i have guy come to me all the time you know " ET what you trying to say, something wrong with smoking weed". When you become succesful you dont ask whats wrong with something, you ask whats right for it.

im here to tell you today that somebody came in my office cryin.I said " to cry to give up, cry to keep going.

Dont cry to quit. You already in pain you already hurt get a reward for it. dont go to sleep UNTIL you SUCCEED

Listen to me im here to tell you today you can jump up you can do flips you can be excited when we give you money. but listen to me you will never be succesfull until i dont have to give you a dime to do what you do.

im here to tell you today that the reason why is god is allowing you to go through what he's allowing you to go through, cuz you been to smooth and you aint goin as far as he needs you to go.

And so god is allowing you to go up the rough side of the mountain not so he can hurt you or break you, But god is trying to change that he trying to redesign you.

when you get to the point where all you wanna do is be succesfull as bad as you wanna breathe then you'll be succesffull

and im here to tell you #1: that most of you say you wanna be successful but you dont want it bad you just kinda want it, you dont want it badder than you wanna party, you dont want it as much as you wanna be cool, Most of you dont want success as much as you wanna sleep

when you have something good You dont play with it, you dont take chances with it, you dont take risk with it. when you have something good you get every single thing you can get out of it.

because guess what when you take care of something good, that something good takes care of you.

you might be smarter, you family might come from privelage, your daddy might own a company but you will not outwork me.

you will not have more drive than i have, more passion than i have, and i'll beat you every single day because i got passion.

You will not wake up in the morning cuz you SPOILED. you will not get up before 8 you will not get up before 6, I will out rep you . Pushups every day im doing more and more each day im trying to do them til i cant do then no more, im doing situps everyday, I WILL OUT WORK YOU

some of you need to give up your cellphone, because the time you spend on you cell phone could be used for you success.

the time you can be using to be successful you using on the cell. and the cell phones not bringing you nothing but a BILL. and somebody has told you, you couldnt live with out it.

im talking about going deep now, giving up stuff. watch what it sais. to be able at any moment to sacrafice what we are for what we can be.

Last one. listen to me . Pain is temporary

it may last for a minute, or an hour, or a day or even a year. but eventually it will subside. and something else will take it's place.

If i quite however, it will last forever

You spoiled, we gonna keep it real tonight some of you are spoiled brats. everytime you ever got in trouble somebody in your house got you out of it

everytime you done something you not supposed to do people say " eric you mother is mean " Your right she kicked me out, your

right she's mean. but she developed a man because she put me out there and said " you gonna have to grow up " and some of you have never learned to grow up

And so everytime something get hard you quit , you call mama. i dare you to take a little pain, i dare you, i dare you not to go home. somebody said " i gotta go home i feel bad " go through it, you aint gonna die. at the end of pain is success. you not gonna die because you feel a little pain. im not eating like i eat at home thats why your goin to the next level

because if you keep eating like you eat at home you'll keep being a boy or a girl. I'ts time to become MAN WOMEN
