9:21 - 9:25the high-voltage system. It was just

9:25 - 9:29arcing over, and causing this blue glow, all

9:29 - 9:34over the whole circuitry here, essentially.

9:38 - 9:42So then we took this part, and put it outside of our vacuum chamber,
