KIDS vs. FOOD - PORK BLOOD STEW (DINUGUAN)

- (FBE) So today you'll be eating this.

- (FBE) Wait! (laughs)
Where are you going?

- What am I eating? Eee!

Ew. Ew. Ew.

It looks like sewage.

- It smells like raw chicken.

- It's very jiggly.

♪ Jiggle, jiggle, jiggle, jiggle ♪

- It just looks like a swamp.

- It looks like mud or pudding.

- Something that assassins would use
to give to someone,

so when they get home,
after they're done eating,

they're gonna die in their sleep.

- It looks like some sort of stew.

I don't think I have tried
anything like this ever.

- (FBE) Maybe this will be
more appealing over some rice.

- Now it looks like steak.

Don't know how, but it smells
better from the last one.

- That looks so gross!

Okay. Ready?

(chewing)

Hey! That tastes good.

- (softly) I'm so scared!

(breathes in preparation)

I gotta prepare myself mentally.

It's not good, but it's not bad.

A lot of the times when I think
they look bad, they're good.

- That part was kind of good.

- I think I like it.

This tastes better than
how I expected it to be.

- Ew, this is gonna
be disgusting probably.

(chewing)

It's not that bad.

It's a little tangy.

- That's not bad.
Ten outta ten!

- It's definitely a type of meat,
but I don't know what.

- It tastes like a meat.

- It tastes like pulled pork,
just a little bit spicier.

- It's one of the waaaaaay better things
I've had on the show.

Try new foods. They're actually good.

- (FBE) You just tried dinuguan,
also called pork blood stew.

- What?

- Pork blood stew?

- So gross! Blood?!

- There's blood in here?

Aaaaaaaaah!

I ate blood.

- Is it made from a pig?

- (FBE) Simmered in a gravy of pig blood,
dinuguan is a stew

made of garlic, chili, vinegar,
and, of course, pig's blood.

- I'm not sure how I feel
about eating this now.

- That's just kind of weird.

- Ew.

Pig blood!

Why isn't it re-- why is it brown?!

- It makes my stomach hurt
just thinking about someone eating blood.

I mean, vampires do that.

Cannibals do that, but a regular person
just eating blood?

I feel like a horrible person.

- (FBE) Do you recommend
that people try dinuguan?

- No!

- No.

- Yeah, unless you're a vegan
then I don't think you should try this.

- Yeah, 'cause it's good.

- Yes, I recommend it.

- I don't care if the world's
gonna explode if I say no.

I'm going to say no.

- I recommend that they try it,
but I'm not 100% sure they'll like it.

- Yes. The more you try it,
the more you're like, "Okay, I'm okay.

I'm not gonna die!"
