Fishbowl Friday: April 26

If you could have one superpower what

would it be? Um, I would want to be able

to, like, turn into any person I wanna be

cause then I feel like I could go around

and do really cool stuff.

I think it'd be cool to, like, time travel

-Yeah? That'd be cool
-Yeah

I talked to somebody once who said that

they would have the power to refill things

That would be cool.

That's probably what I would do.

Invisibility.

I would have to go shapeshifting,

just because you can like invisibility

but you can be like micro and still

I just feel like with invisibility you

can get away with a lot more things.

Okay, well I have a track meet later today

and just, not because of that, but just in

general, super speed has always been kinda

cool to me and I feel like you do a lot of

stuff with super speed. So, super speed.

If you could choose any superhero to be

commencement speaker which one and why?

Uh, I'd say The Flash because he's gone

through a lot and I think it'd be really

cool to hear him talk about it.

I'm gonna say Batman cause of his voice,

I guess.

I would probably go with Iron Man because

I feel like he's really smart and he's

definitely given big speeches before, so I

think he'd do a good job in telling

students what to do next in their life.

What superhero do you think would fit in

well at Truman and why?

Um, I would have to go with Spider-man just

because he is younger like all of us and

he's kind of- he's in high school so he's

our age.

I feel like the super hero that would

probably fit in the best at Truman,

probably Charles Xavier, just cause, you

know, he's really smart and uh he knows

what he's doing and he can read people's

minds and I feel like that would be

a pretty- a pretty uh, valuable skill at

Truman. So, uh, yeah I'd have to go with

uh, the, the leader of the X-Men for that

one.

Um, I think Spider-man because he's in

college and he has that, like, kind of

snarky attitude that I really enjoy.

Who's your favorite Avenger and why?

Oh man, that's a tough one. Uh

I think I gotta say Rocket Raccoon. He is,

uh, one of the best cause he's just, he's

going around being', uh, like, he's the

funniest in my opinion, you know. He's

just doin what he wants to do. Not playin

by any rules.

So the Avengers is Marvel, I'm pretty sure

so I'm gonna go with Spider-man because my

boyfriend and I just watched the

Spider-man movie and it was super good.

The Homecoming movie was super good.

Isn't Captain America an Avenger?

Oh, I like Captain America cause he can

like throw his shield, like I just see

those kinds of videos.

Win in a fight: Iron man and Captain

America?

Well, we already proved that one, didn't

we? Didn't, uh, Captain America make it

out first? So I would say Captain America.

Iron Man.

I think Iron Man cause he's like the head

of all of them. Like, he can, like, build

stuff and make whatever he wants to beat

whoever he wants.

And cause Robert Downey Jr.

Yeah, Robert Downey Jr. is a king.

Well, we've already seen that haven't we?

Right? And we just- I'm pretty sure

Captain America won that fight in Civil

War, so. Well he also did have Bucky

helping him that whole time, so, yeah,

I think we've had that question answered

for us in the, in the film canon.

Okay, oh my gosh, um, I would have to say

Captain America. I might be little biased

because he's one of my favorites, but I

say him because he is very powerful just

within himself and Iron Man relies a lot

on his brain and his technology, which is

still powerful but I still think Captain

America.
